Geez this guys tough" Nami says out loud as she send out another burst of lighting. "He's not tough, we just cant hit him!" Usopp yells at her as he watches the guy dodge her attacks while the kid bounces from tree to tree. "Man how did we even get here!" he yells out annoyed. Oh yeah they had gone shopping.

"Haaa~ its such a nice day." Nami stretches and looks over at the island they had just docked at. "I bet they great deals at the shops here!" She says. "We should decide who does what before anyone runs off" Robin says coming to stand next to her. "Thats true, well how about I take Usopp to go shopping with me, as he was left with chopper on medicine duty for the last island." she exclaims before watching as Luffy flings off onto one of his adventures to explore the island. "That meat head, always running of, I swear." she huffs and walks off to her friends huddled into a group on the deck.
"Alright everyone, You Brook, help chopper with medicine this time" She points at him before turning to Sanji "Sanji and Zoro, your on food and supplies. Frankie, your on ship watch this time around. Me and Usopp will scout the shops" Usopp lets out a quick, "you mean Buy random stuff" which is quickly ignored by Nami. "Robin you are free to do as you want this time around."
She quickly grabs Usopp who was still throwing out complaints about being kicked out of stores for her trying to haggle prices that are way to low. Usopp is dragged around for awhile as Nami bargains with a few shop owners, And they set of for the next shop. The only reason they stopped was someone trying to pick pocket Nami. "YOU LITTLE SHIT!!!" she sends out her famous Nami slap, typically reserved for perverts, but the guy just dodges. From what he could see, it was a teen just on the older side, most likely 15 or 16. A crowd had started to grow at the commotion .
"I'LL TEACH BRATS LIKE YOU TO STEAL FROM HELPLESS WOMEN" He watches helplessly with his hands full from all of Nami's shopping earlier. She takes out her bo staff and send a quick shot of lightning only for the guy to dodge and take off running, which Nami quickly follows after. "O-OI, NAMI, WAIT UP" he looks around frantic before dropping all of her things in front of a random store and quickly thanking the owner for watching their things and takes off after her.
"This guy!" Nami mutters out as she keeps sending out bolts of lightning but he keeps dodging. "NAMI, I THINK HE HEADED FOR THE FOREST!" She can hear Usopp shouting from behind her. And just as she glances up, she sees the edge of the forest just as Usopp had said. "Shit." she starts to send out some of her clouds in hope he doesn't dodge as easily only for him to not only dodge, but throw random things to pop the bubbles and make the clouds poof.
The kid makes his way into the forest just as Usopp lets out a yell "JU- huff JUST LET HIM GO!" he finally starts to catch up with her. "Its not about the money anymore, its the principle of the matter. He needs to learn he's not allowed to do as he likes and get away with it." She shouts back. She runs into the forest sending more attacks. "Usopp start helping m-" She dodges a rock thrown at her. "OI, YOU BRAT" More rocks are thrown as she evades them, but one hitting Usopp.

Just then Luffy jumps out from the tree line. "LUFFY!!" Usopp yells out surprised. The kid suddenly sends out a random blast from his his hands. "A devil fruit?" mutters out Nami watching the blast, aimed straight at Luffy. "AH- WATCH OUT" both Nami and Usopp yell out just as Luffy is sent flying backwards. They run to Luffy's side, or rather his pile of clothes. Wait. PILE OF CLOSE. "LUFFY! OI LUFFY!!" Usopp yells as he reaches his side. "WHAT THE HEL- DEVIL FRUIT- OI BRAT WHAT DID YOU DO!" Nami yells at the kids retreating figure. just as she gets up to run after him Usopp grabs her arm stopping her. "Nami now isn't the time, we need to find out what's wrong with Luffy"
Just then, they hear rustling from behind them. They quickly turn around just as a head pops out from the pile of clothing, with Luffy's hat falling over a small face. Its a kid, possibly around 2 or 3. He glances around before looking over at them.

"WHAT THE F-
