“No.”
“Yes.”
“Fuck you.”
“Later.”
Senpai was buried under the covers and grabbing onto the bedposts for dear life. “I am not leaving this bed until I see you cancel that thing,” he threatened. It wasn’t a very effective threat.
“I told you, it said no refunds.”
“I don’t care. I’m not jumping out of a fucking airplane flying at a thousand feet-”
“Ten thousand, actually.”
“I DON’T CARE!”
John groaned. “Sen, there’ll be an instructor. I’ve done this before, I’ll carry you-”
“I told you, I’m not jumping out of a fucking plane! Go fuck yourself. ” He stuck his head under the pillow.
He waited. And waited. And waited some more. John didn’t give another retort.
“...Cap?” He loosened his grip on the bed. “Cap, I’m sorry-”
“TOO LATE SUCKER WE’RE OFF!”
He felt a pair of hands yank him off the bed by the waist. John hoisted him up onto his shoulders and carried him out of the hotel room like a rag doll. Senpai was still screaming indignantly when the elevator door opened with a pleasant ding, and John plopped him back onto the elevator floor.
Senpai shot a glare at his boyfriend. “You did not have to do that.”
John gave him a cheeky smirk. “Sure I did. You weren’t budging.”
Senpai released an exasperated sigh as the elevator arrived at the Lobby floor.

The couple pulled up at the parking lot. It was another struggle all on its own to get Senpai out of the tank and into the actual place, but it went well enough, considering that neither of them broke any bones.
John half-carried, half-dragged Senpai to the front door. He opened the door and did a quick scan of the room- old habits never die- then froze when he set eyes on a guy at the cash register, waving his arms at the two of them. “Fuck, is that…”
“GUESS WHAT, I LIVED,” hollered the guy.
“HOLY SHIT BILL WHAT THE FUCK!” John dashed over to the register, a huge grin on his face as he clapped the man on his shoulder. “How the fuck are you still alive?”
“I have no idea!”
“Sounds good, I’m sky diving with my boyfriend here, and-”
Bill looked at him like one would a crazy person. “What boyfriend?”
John glanced behind him and realized that Senpai was, in fact, nowhere to be found.
“...That lil’ shit.”
-
It took them a while to find Senpai, tucked into a ball at the corner of the men’s restroom. After that, it was a small matter of giving Senpai, the only newbie at skydiving, a short explanation about what this thingy and that thingy does, and it was time to drag Senpai onto a plane and jump off said plane at ten thousand feet above sea level.
“...Cap?” Senpai whispered to John as the plane steadily rose into the air.
“Yeah?”
“...I’m having second thoughts about this.”
“Nah, you’ll be fine. ‘S not like these are those shitty parachutes we used to get at the base, these are almost guaranteed to open when they should.” He smirked at Senpai. “I’ll be strapped to you, by the way. Looking forward to trying that tonight.”
“Dirty bastard,” Senpai mumbled and snuggled further into his arms.
It wasn’t long before the plane reached the right altitude. Bill helped the two strap themselves together. It was an… awkward position, to say the least.
“John, we’re about to jump off a plane. Don’t you dare get a hard-on.”
“I wonder what cumming during free fall feels like.”
“Fuck you.”
“I told you, we’re doing that later. Stop whining about your horny ass.”
“Oh, I’m the one who has a horny ass?”
“You know, it’s really tough not to get hard when you’re rubbing your ass against my dick.”
“Shut up, you-”
“Alright!” Bill hollered over the roar of the wind as he opened the plane door. John and Senpai waddled awkwardly to the opening. “You two going first or me?”
“We’ll-”
“YOU GO FIRST!” Senpai screeched. He was trying desperately to back away from the gaping hole. John meanwhile was trying desperately to hold back his moans.
Bill snorted. “Sure. And by the way, you do have to jump eventually.” With that, he leaped out of the door with a whoop. Senpai could see his parachute puff out as he got closer and closer to the ground, then disappeared into a little black and orange dot on the landscape.
“Alright, Sen.” Captain’s voice was surprisingly gentle. His hand reached for Senpai’s fingers. Senpai grabbed onto them. “It’s our turn now. You okay?”
Senpai took a deep breath and looked down at the ground one more time. Somehow, it looked even farther from him than when Bill had jumped.
“Don’t look. It’ll only get worse. On three, two-”
“W-wait. Just one more minute.”
Senpai closed his eyes and took another deep breath, trying to slow his heartbeat down. It wasn’t scary. John would be with him. He’ll be safe. He won’t die.
“It’ll be just like flying,” John muttered. “Not scary at all.”
“Three.”
“Two.”
“One.”
He felt a push from the back, and the couple tumbled off the plane.
Senpai screamed as they hurtled through the sky, the wind whooshing and blowing against his ears. John was whooping like a madman behind him. The violent sensation of free fall in the pit of his stomach fell away bit by bit until he was no longer falling, but flying, soaring through the air with no restraints whatsoever. The cool wind hit him in the face and send electricity arching down every sense.
After a few seconds, he felt a tug come from above, and a shadow covered him. The whooshing wind slowed down around him.
“Y’ like it?” John yelled down at him.
“Yes,” Senpai mumbled.
“What’s that?” Senpai could almost see his shit-eating grin.
“It’s not terrible you fucking asshole.”
“Good to know.”
