I’m so mentally ill. I can’t believe I’m starting another long fic literally the day after I finish the last one.
While I was working on my first “Avatar” fic, oel ngati kameie (I see you) , I referenced the “Avatar” script a lot. The script that I found was the original, which meant there were lots of scenes that were cut from the movie or never even made it to the filming stage.
Basically, this is going to be the entire first movie, written out like a book. It’ll be from the perspective of Jake, just as the first movie was, and it will follow the original script exactly. Of course, I’ll have to improvise when it comes to memories of Jake’s past and his internal dialogue, but I’ll do my best! Please pay attention to notes before the chapter for any content warnings (and notes after the chapter for fun facts :) ).
Same disclaimers as in the last fic: I don’t have a consistent posting schedule and I won’t be editing the chapters because that’s boring. Read at your own risk.
