Summary:

Some unique and some redone stories within a alternate universe of My life as a teenage robot, the differences are minor, but they still exist in some places.

Work Text:

Brad walked into the kitchen after finishing his daily routine with a confident smile on his face, to find Tuck eating his cereal extremely loudly with lots of smacking.

"Why are you chewing so loud tuck?" Brad asked with a raised eyebrow.

Tuck stopped for a moment as he looked at Brad, before returning to the loud chewing.

Brad facepalmed before saying a bit louder.

"Why are you chewing SO LOUD DUDE!?"

Tuck would smirk as he said.

"because.... I thought it'd be funny."

Tuck chuckled at Brad's mild annoyance as he noticed Jenny through the window, he'd point to the window as Brad turned over to see what he was pointing at.

"Whoa...Jenny sure is scuffed up...sure hope she's alright."

Brad would immediately go outside as Tuck slowly began chewing his cereal loudly again.

Jenny was currently hunched over looking annoyed at ground as she walked home, soon brad ran outside as he waved to Jenny as he approached her.

"You good jenny?"

She'd do an unintentional glare.

"Do I look good to you? I look like I went through blender."

Brad would awkwardly scratch his head.

"Uh...I guess you do look pretty bad right now...what happened? Was it a super powerful robotic alien overlord?"

Brad dramatically said as Jenny rolled her eyes.

"I wish it was that cool....in reality a few of the low level villains I fought before jumped me, I was able to defeat them still easily.. But I can't lie my pride is a little hurt from falling for the little trap they set up."

She eventually stopped at the front of her house as Brad followed.

"Well we all make mistakes sometimes Jenny, I'm sure now you won't fall for that kind of trick as easily now, will you?"

Brad said with a confident smirk as Jenny quietly said.

"yeah...I guess."

Brad waved as he walked away.

"See ya later Jenny, hopefully Tuck isn't still eating his cereal when I get back in there, it was so loud and annoying.."

Jenny nodded as she entered her home.

Nora would rub her goggles with slight annoyance as she spoke.

"Xj9, you need to be more careful, even the most easy and predictable foe could have a new trick up their sleeve, especially when teaming up...you are lucky nothing under your armor was damaged or we'd be repairing it all day..."

Jenny did a small sigh as she sat down as Nora did various tests on Jenny, afterwards Jenny had her body repaired and polished with a bright new shine.

Nora would then say as she was done.

"Alright Xj9, I'm gonna be busy with personal work for a few day's, so I will need you to be a bit more careful, I can't be repairing you every single day... and I highly doubt you wanna be repaired daily either."

Jenny slowly nodded as she said.

"Yeah I really would like to skip this part of the day..."

Nora nodded in agreement.

"Well anyways...off to my lab, I have some extra cans of oil set up for you when you need it, try not to disturb me unless absolutely necessary."

Nora said as she went off to her lab leaving Jenny in the room with her thoughts.

Jenny's Pov:

This day really sucked, first I woke up late due to my stupid alarm clock.... And then then one of my screws came loose making my hearing bad for most of the day, which the kid's at school didn't pass up the opportunity to make fun of... and then I get all bruised up by those jerks and their stupid evil plot....ugh, why can't I just have a normal day for once? Where everything goes absolutely perfect without any errors, if only it were that easy....

After my little mental rant I'd go into my room, flopping onto my bed and then would I sip on my can of oil while flipping through the internet on my phone. I usually like to watch videos about cartoons and music, but as of lately I've been listening to relaxing music mixed with nature sounds...although the sounds of rain make me uncomfortable sometimes... Thinking about getting rusty always makes me uncomfortable... I've been thinking about seeing a new movie that is coming out about robots invading the earth, apparently alot of people are gonna go see it....although I'm not sure how much I'll enjoy a movie making robots seem sinister and evil...even Brad seems mixed on the idea of me seeing it...and I can only imagine the amount of mean jokes the kid's at school will be making about me with that movie as fuel....and ignoring all that, who'd I go see the movie with? Brad already told me he and Tuck are gonna be going camping apparently...should I try and make a new friend to go with me...or...maybe even find a boy to go with... It'd be really awkward to be there alone.....geez why is this so complicated?

Jenny was sitting in class, but her mind was still pondering this movie, and more specifically if she was going or not, since it's gonna be shown tonight, she was so distracted she barely learned much that day.

After an uneventful day of school Jenny and Brad were walking home, it was incredibly hot, Jenny could tell due to how much her inner systems were heating up, needing to be cooled by the fans within her, and obviously due to how much Brad was sweating, Jenny then mentioned something she just remembered.

"Who were you looking for today Brad? I saw you looking around the class room looking confused."

Jenny said while Brad scratched the back of his head, while wiping sweat off his forhead.

"Well a little before I met you one of my distant friend's in class got a minor injury, I was expecting to see him today before I went camping with Tuck."

Jenny rubbed her chin as she asked.

"What kind of injury?"

Brad shrugged and said.

"It was something to do with his eyes, they are totally messed up now, he needs glasses now...I really feel bad for him."

Jenny then said while doing a small concerned frown.

"I sure hope he's doing okay...anyways why are you and tuck going camping anyway?"

Brad shrugged.

"My parents said me and tuck could use some fresh air before autumn and winter hits...it's only gonna be for a day though so no big deal."

Jenny looked down as she said.

"I really wish it wasn't today, it'd be alot less awkward seeing that movie with you...if I go alone I'm gonna look like a weirdo...and it's unlikely that I'll find a boy, much less a friend who'd go with me."

Brad would shake his head.

"I dunno' what to say Jenny, I really don't have any good suggestions, I wouldn't bother seeing it anyway, it's probably just some cheesy movie with bad acting with Super evil robots...ooooooh."

Brad says in a dramatic way which makes Jenny laugh.

"Maybe your right, maybe I should just stay home and relax instead..."

Brad would then say.

"Not to mention, it'll probably be on home release soon anyway, or maybe on a streaming service, and then you'd get to watch it without any of the worries of public places."

Jenny nodded as she said.

"Thanks for talking me out of making a fool out of myself Brad."

Brad would then say with a smirk.

"Ah finally, so this is what it feels like to be you talking to me.."

Jenny would chuckle before shaking her head.

Jenny's Pov:

I'm so glad I stayed home, besides all the reasons stated before, it's also raining currently, imagine how much it'd suck walking home in this...I really dodged many bullets here, it must really suck being brad and tuck right now, camping in the rain sounds really bad, regardless of being robot or human....well anyways at least I get to hang out in my room before going to bed, and with mom being busy in her lab, I don't have to worry about her testing anything, or ranting or trying to upgrade something.. I get to just relax and be a normal teenager.....

Suddenly I heard a loud bang against my window, when I went to go check...there was nothing there? After I returned to my bed to relax I heard the same sound again which I ignored this time, I'd hear it again, I'd then instantly rushed to my window with weapons ready to see something unexpected.... Outside there was a small puddle of water outside that was slowly growing, slowly taking the form of a monster, with the rain only adding to it's ridiculous size.

I groaned to myself due to knowing this means I'm about to get all rusty..and mom is gonna be so annoyed... Ugh..my free time ruined, this thought was cut short by my window being broken by a large punch by the Water Monster.

I'd instantly attempt to absorb the water by vacuuming it into my stomach to reduce the water from the monster, however the monster seemed to have some strange control over the water, being able to resist most of the water from being sucked up.

I'd Give this up and would then attempt to turn the water into steam by burning it.

I'd use many flamethrowers and other means of burning the water which did work to some degree but not enough to truly make progress, my room is really getting soaked now as the monster kept slashing at my window, uuggh....this is soo annoying..

I then decided to attempt to separate the monster by doing many quick slashes with various different built-in weapons, from swords, chainsaws, blades and more, the monster would only be barely effected though, leading to the monster returning to its original form.

With all the noise going on, I'm surprised mom hasn't stormed up here yet....she's probably using headphones or something... I really don't wanna bother her right now.

As I sat there for a second I noticed a small gray object at the core of the monster, I'd adjust my vision which revealed that a small robot at the core of the monster was what was controlling this thing.

I'd charge at the monster again, as the monster continued attempting to strike me with his watery attacks, thankfully I've dodged nearly all of the attacks, if I hadn't I'd be a hunk of rusty junk by now.

I'd mostly focus on getting to that small robot by slashing through the monster to get closer to the core.

I'd grab ahold of the small robot pulling it out, which unfortunately made a bit of water splash onto me, which made me glitch a bit as I was shocked from the water.

Once I removed the robot the water dropped into a giant puddle, half outside and the other half falling on my carpet soaking the floor, great...mom.is gonna be complaining about that now...

The water would continue to attempt to wrap around the small robot again, so I'd crush it in one grip which made the water finally drop, returning to normal.

I'd quickly try and prevent myself from rusting by using the liquid that my mother usually used on my rust, thankfully I was able to handle it all on my own without bothering mom.

I'd sigh as I prepared to clean up this annoying mess.

After spending hours cleaning this mess up, I'd feel pretty tired, I decided I should go check on Mom.

Once I peaked down in her lab with my extended eyeball I could see that she fell asleep over her papers with headphones in, I would then extend my arms into the lab with a blanket and would cover mom up with the blanket.

After that I went to my room to lay down and prepare for the day ahead, hopefully Brad's camping trip with tuck went better then my day had...
