A Song of Ascents: When Game Freak returned/שִׁיר הַמַּעֲלוֹת בְּשׁוּב גֵמְפרִיק

Summary:

I dreamed that Game Freak announced that they would be reversing Dexit, and I sang a song in joy - this song is a cleaned-up transcription of what I was able to remember, along with an interpretive translation. It mostly taken from Tehillim 126.

אָז יִמָּלֵא שְׂחוֹק פִּינוּ פּוֹקִדוֹרֵנוּ רִנָּה

אָז יֹאמְרוּ פּוֹקִימוֹנִים הִגְדִּיל גֵמְפרִיק לַעֲשׂוֹת עִם אֵלֶּה

הִגְדִּיל גֵמְפרִיק לַעֲשׂוֹת עִמָּנוּ הָיִינוּ שְׂמֵחִים

שׁוּבָה גֵמְפרִיק אֶת פּוֹקִימוֹנֵינוּ כַּאֲפִיקִים בַּמִדבָּר קַלוֹס

A Song of Ascents: When GameFreak returned the captives of Galar – we were like dreamers.

Then laughter will fill our mouths, and our Pokéballs with joyous song.

Then Pokémon will say – “great was Game Freak to this with these”.

Great was GameFreak to do this with us, now we have become happy.

GameFreak is returning our Pokémon, like streams running through the Kalosian desert.

They who uploaded (their Pokémon to Home) in tears will in joyous song download (them)

They who walked with leaden steps, crying – bearing the biting usury of Pokémon Home, they will most certainly return in joyous song, bearing their Pokémon.
