9 PM
" What are you doing Via" Elizabeth said as she looked up seeing her best friend on a ladder hanging Christmas lights on the roof top trying to wrap it around the house as she bended down to make it look nice.
" What do you mean what am I doing, I'm hanging lights for Christmas time!" she yelled as was shaking up there since she is afraid of heights, and it was really cold outside. Plus, it was difficult doing it alone without any help with lights dangling down.
"But it's November man, we don't start decorating until December, plus isn't it weird to do it early?'' Elizabeth said.
"But I'm in a Christmas spirit right now and it's going to be colder in December, I'm already doing it so too bad. Now can you help me please?"
"No. I'm busy watching men, I just came to see if you wanted to watch some hot men, but I can see your busy soooo bai!"
Before Via can say anything, Elizabeth ran back inside the house, grabbing a big blanket and wrapping herself as a burrito and yeeted herself on the couch grabbing her snacks that were already there and grabbed the remote and pressed play, letting the video play. Both Elizabeth and Via are best friends living together in a 2-story house in Moscow, Russia with their many pets like cats and 2 hamsters. Via owns a Cafe shop 25 minutes away from where they live in the city where business is booming and being able to afford a nice 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms and a loft, with a decent size backyard. Elizabeth having no other income other than helping at the cafe and doing the chores in the house. She is too lazy to find a job and just decided to be a stay-at-home roommate and a streamer for her hundreds of followers, of course they don't know how she looks like as she hides behind a custom-made mask that she made herself. The main one who is the main financial person is Via, who takes care of the expenses and goes places with Misa.
After a while things started to get a bit heated as she started to fan herself and yelling out things for Via to hear what she's missing.
" OOooo0~ They making out!" she yelled as she heard Via grunt and told her bestie to shut up as she was getting upset missing out the good part of Young Royals on Netflix. Elizabeth kept yelling out, ignoring her friend's request and then heard a shout and a loud thump.

After that all was heard was silence, Misa looked behind her to look at the door to see any signs of Via but nothing. Then after a couple of seconds later she sees the door open and an angry little shit standing with a lot of snow all over her. She stomps in and looks at Elizabeth before she heads inside her room. She got confused and waited for her and saw that she changed her clothes into pajamas and sat down next to her.
"What was that thump? It was pretty loud-" " I fell."
"From the rooftop?!" "Nah dur! You kept distracting me with men making out and i tried coming down the ladder but i missed a step and fell on the ground. Now my back hurts and I'm cold now" Via says as she takes Liz's blanket and covers herself.
"Tomorrow you're taking the early shift you bish." Elizabeth's eyes widen and she claps her hands together.
"NOO! I'm sorry! Please, I don't want to work in the morning! I hate it-" "Too bad! You didn't listen to me now so you got to work the day shift early and go home with me at the closing shift"
Via was stern and didn't budge which made Liz pout as she dislikes working the early day shift because she has to wake up early and do her face to look decent. They both finished watching and ate dinner before heading to bed around 11pm and have to wake up around 6am and head out at 6:30 am. Liz tried to convince her bestie to not go so early, but she didn't budge and went to bed, now Liz had to take a shower and get ready for in a couple of hours instead of gaming till 5 am.
- Next Day-
8:30 AM
"Man I'm so tired already... I want to go home" Liz said as she placed her head on the counter. Via rolled her eyes and went to the front of the cafe windows and flipped the ' Closed' sign to ' Open'.
" Who's fault it was to distract my ass with BL huh?"
"....."
"Exactly now hurry up and stop drooling on the counter customers are already coming in" Via said as she walked behind the counter and beginning the day with taking orders of customers already heading inside and choosing off the menus. Elizabeth sighed as she had no choice but to work along with other employees that Via hired and Liz interviewed. There were about 9 employees there. Cooks, Servers, Cashiers and bakers. It was a well known place with a evenly cowded place, a successful business but not top like World wide known restuarants. Hours go by and it was already evening around 4pm and Liz was about ready to die and just go home and pass out. She was currently finishing up her break when Via told her to hurry up and go since it was her time for her break. She sighed and got up heading to the register to see someone beside the display area looking at the desserts. She noticed the wearing a nice outfit on, wearing a black jacket, a silk button up and some tight blue jeans. He looked nicely built but couldn't really tell, he had a black mask on and boy was he tall. He looked to be around 6'2 but she wasn't sure as all she can tell was that he was tall asf that she had to look way up that her neck hurt.
The male noticed her and went up to the cash register and Elizabeth was nervous as she never noticed this guy ever coming in, plus he was tall as fuck. She shook her head and smiled up at the male and greeted him.
" Good evening, how may i help you today?" Elizabeth said as she was ready to input the order on the machine.
" I would like to order 1 large Americano, 2 blueberry cupcakes and a nutella crepe please?'' The male said with a nice med size deep voice. Her heart fluttered a bit when she heard him talk and inputed the order into the machine.
"Okay that will be $16.75. Will that be all?" She asked as the male nodded and gave her the money, grabbing it and giving him his change.
"Okay your order will be ready in a few minutes, what is your name again?" She asked as she grabbed her notepad and pen.
"Alex, Alex Newhook."
