Nervous Alban entered the club room, much to his luck most members weren't there yet leaving him to mentally prepare himself further.
He loved to be with the club members but the previous day he had messed up with someone in particular, Sonny Brisko.
They weren't exactly known for being friends and always keeping some sort of automatic distance which occasionally was broken for a friendly chanter.
In all honesty it wasn't too different behind the scenes. The key difference being that the two somehow had gotten into an netflix and chill kind of relationship. Even though that was the only connection they had Alban felt fond of what he could grasp.
In fact he had gotten bit too fond and forgot what they really are to each other. The previous day Alban had been feeling quite drained longing for gentle affection. Luckily Sonny was open to meet up.
This was when Alban's mistake came to play.
"Sonnyyy give me a kiss~"
Without hesitation Sonny complied giving him a gentle kiss on the cheek but that wasn't enough for Alban.
"Noo on the lips!"
Half whining Alban looked up at Sonny who in return chuckled.
"Why? You know we aren't lovers."
Within seconds Alban felt a shudder run down his back. Never before had he seen such a cold stare coming from Sonny.
"Right."
Chuckling Alban walked past Sonny into his apartment beelining for the bedroom.
Stopping at the door drama Alban looked back at Sonny with a smile.
"It doesn't mean we can't have fun in other ways doesn't it?"
As such they spent yet another night in each others embrace, Alban slightly clingier than usual.
In truth Alban would've loved to leave at that Moment but he wasn't one to back down, besides that leaving would show that he does really love Sonny.
Now he sat next to a window in their club room wondering if he will be able to act normal and not like he just had gotten his heart broken.
As it turns out it was easier said than done as they naturally didn't flock to each other and with Sonny getting busier he also called Alban out less for some private time.
Alban would be relieved if not for another sudden problem, he had been feeling increasingly nauseous in recent times. Alban denied his thoughts but begrudgingly was forced to go out and buy a pregnancy test out of fear.
As soon as he returned to his little run down yet cozy apartment he didn't hesitate to go through all the steps of using one.
Half of the hardest part had been done now all that was left was to look at the result.
Burning a hole into the small stick on his desk Alban waited until finally... one line. Sighing with relief Alban sunk in on himself. "Thank god.."
With newly calmed nerves Alban threw on his night clothes and let himself sink into the bed.
Soon enough he dozed off into deep sleep.
