Everyone assumed that Ryuko wasn’t married or dating anyone. The woman seemed too reserved to want to just be doing anything casual and it was clear that Ryuko would never do hook-ups.
So yeah, Ryuko was known as one of Japan’s nicest and single ladies.
But, here’s the thing: she wasn’t single.
“Hah? What do you mean by Darlin's single?” Rumi was too shocked even to realize what she had just addressed Ryuko by. “Darlin’ is mine.” Rumi said and Ryuko looked over at everyone else with a blush on her cheeks as she smiled an awkward grin.
“We didn’t mean to keep it secret. We just got used to being affectionate in a more private and romantic setting.” Ryuko explained with a laugh, knowing that there was another reason as well. She wasn’t wearing Rumi’s hoodie just for fun.
