Humming, Adora happily taps away at her phone, though she’s been bored out of her mind for the past few hours.
It was Valentine’s Day afternoon, though she’s yet to see her girlfriend for a single second.
Sighing, she opens up her chat with Catra. As she types out a message, though, her screen goes black.
“Huh?” Adora muses. “I thought my phone was on like 90%? What?”
Suddenly, the speakers on her phone get set to max volume, as delicate violin music begins to emit.
“What the…”
The screen turns from black to rose red, as words pop up.
HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY. I LOVE YOU <3 - Catra
“Catra!” Adora calls, laughing. “Get over here!”
The door to their bedroom opens, Catra snickering as she walks in with her laptop.
“Well? Did I get you?”
“Yes,” Adora admits, humming as Catra sets her laptop off to the side and hops onto Adora’s lap. “I thought my phone was dying.”
“In actuality, I wouldn’t put it past you to accidentally download some virus onto your phone.” Catra quips.
“Hey!” Adora pouts. “That was one time.”
Catra rolls her eyes, laughing. “Whatever you say, Adora.”
Humming, Adora leans up and kisses Catra, who reciprocates the action. Nuzzling into Catra’s soft fur, she hums happily.
“Oh, and Catra?”
“Hm?”
“Happy Valentine’s Day, hon. I love you too.”
