Work Text:
Bluey was walking back to her house and was greeted by her little sister, Bingo.
Bingo: Aww, Bluey, you already got a boyfriend before me? So sweet. Maybe you can also give Mackenzie a bouquet of roses while you're at it too?
Bluey: Ugh, leave me alone, how do you even know about it already?
Bingo: Oh you know, I'm involved in a series of connections we've made through the years with the gang, even your cutie-pie Mackenzie is in there, he told me EVERYTHING!
Bluey: Dammit Bingo. You're embarrassing me!
Bingo: Cmooon! It's not as bad as you think.
As Bingo led Bluey into the backyard, she grabbed a backpack full of handcrafted javelins she specifically made for this single moment.
Bluey: What are these?
Bingo: Javelins, I've been finally waiting for this moment.
Bingo set up a large wooden board behind the house before leaping in the air, arming the javelins in her hand.
Bingo: FIRST! You gotta love him!
Bingo threw a set of javelins into the board, preparing to form a heart-shaped formation embedded in the board.
Bingo: Then! You kiss him! With great force! Every angle... He'll love you back! With a great relationship, he'll marry you!
Bingo throws one last javelin towards the board dead at the center, and then lands on her feet with a singular rose between her teeth.
Bingo: And in the end...
Bingo claps her hands, causing most javelins to explode due to the firecrackers stuffed in them.
Bingo: You're both satisfied.
Bingo throws the rose at the last javelin that didn't explode, exploding it as a final statement.
Bingo: But as we both know, nothing can last forever...
The final explosion caused the heart-shaped board to split into two, forming a heartbroken shape. Bluey simply stood on the ground, reflecting if she was truly ready for being in love. But bingo reassured her.
Bingo: Trust the process and yourself, it'll guide you.
