Atsushi is a happy man.
Like, why wouldn’t he? He’s an Alpha, a respected group in today’s society. He happily graduated high school and university despite his past delinquent ways. Still on great terms with his friends from high school. He’s been married to the most cool, cooler, and coolest omega to ever walk on planet earth; they even have a beautiful daughter together.
Ah yes, his husband, his omega, Sakamoto. They first met in their first year at Gakubun high school. During that year is where he transferred there from his old school Innocence private academy. His first impression there was… well, perfect! The Alphas and betas were all down bad for the guy and most of the omegas seem to resent him. The only person that saw him as an actual person despite his cool and elegant persona was his beta friend Kubota.
Him? Well he didn’t really care for “omegas” like a regular teenage horny Alphas would. He believed in gender equality, if a person is being an asshole to him and his friends, no matter what their secondary gender is, will get a punch in the face by him.
At first he thought of Sakamoto as Mr. Perfect Goody two shoes with a pretty face. Now that Atsushi thought about it, it was more out of jealousy. So, being the dumbass that he and his friends were, started to bully him or at least tried to. That guy was just too damn perfect, always having an elegant solution and soiling their bullying attempts. Even at the end when they decided to take it a step further with the bullying (a moment that he still very deeply regretted) he still managed to both avoid another bullying attempt and saved all four of them from being burned alive.
And after that he begins to have a big fat giant crush on the black haired boy, and before he knew it he began courting the omega. At first he started small, like asking him for a smile at his part time job at Wacdonalds and just simple (bad) flirting, then later on the year he began with big stuff like asking him out to places and giving him gifts that he likes. All of that with his supportive friends cheering him on. Then it ends with him confessing and giving him one big courting gift to seal the deal. And wouldn’t you know it! He said yes!
He did it! He did the thing that he thought was impossible and it worked all very well! He fought well against his thousands of suitors that wanted Sakamoto all to themselves. The most annoying one being obviously Aina, that Alpha snake bitch tried everything in her power to destroy his chances with him as she wanted him all to herself, like a god damn trophy.
There was also Hayabusa, who took a liking to Sakamoto when he was in his 3rd year and Sakamoto and him were in 2nd. Though he found out about his friend’s obvious crush and attempted courting he stopped his own attempts for Atsushi’s sake on being happy with the man of his dreams. Man, what did Atsushi do to get such a wonderful Senpai?
And finally there is Kubota’s crazy ass mom. The first time Sakamoto mentioned it to him he got the chills. Despite her also being an omega, that didn’t stop her from falling deep in love with Sakamoto, as he reminded her of her favorite Korean actor that look identical to Sakamoto, the only difference was that Chon Chorizo (Atsushi still laughed every time when he heard that name, as it reminded him of a that one foreign meat that came from the Spanish North American country) was an actual Alpha. Thankfully that woman snapped out of it and stopped pursuing an omegan high school boy.
Anyway, most people think that he was living the dream. He dated the boy of his dreams, went to a university, and got married to his high school sweetheart. What was the issue here?
Well… in their last year of high school, he couldn’t take it anymore, and by that he meant his hormones. Even when he wasn’t on rut he could barely concentrate when Sakamoto, his boyfriend at the time, was always on his mind. So one school day he convinced Sakamoto to “relieve” themselves in an abandoned school bathroom on the higher level of the school during cleaning time. It was tough since the black haired boy didn’t want to miss cleaning time but he agreed, seeing how bothered his lover was.
The most fucked up thing was that they were so into it that they forgot the most important part when a Alpha and omega are doing intocurse. To wear a condom in order to prevent sexual diseases or pregnancy. It even brushed past Sakamoto, probably one of his first times missing something so important, he even kept some in his bag just in case for crying out loud.
So after that fiasco happened, Sakamoto dragged him to the school rooftop and the first thing he did was break the news to him and showed him the pregnancy test. Atsushi almost had a heart attack right then and there.
After calming down they both agreed to tell their parents or else if they didn’t tell them they would kick their asses even harder. With Atsushi’s parents it wasn’t fun telling them, they yelled their ears off at them while Atsushi trying his damn hardest not to cry and Sakamoto being very calm as always. In the end his perfect boyfriend unsurprisingly managed to convince them with a working plan that would benefit both them and the parents, to have them going to a nearby university instead of a faraway one while working on part time jobs, their parents can take care of their grandchild when they’re gone and if necessary, him and Atsushi would take care of them if their parents are busy or just hire a babysitter.
With Sakamoto’s mom (he told him that his dad had passed away when he was very young) it was a lot more tame. It was actually the first time he met her. She was very tall, had really long black hair, and had a mole on the side of her lip*. Who knew she was just as beautiful as her son? Like mother like son, Atsushi guessed.
Anyway, when they told her the very next day she just broke down in tears and hugged both of them and then scowled at them for not using protection. She was a hundred percent on broad with her son’s plan.
They tried to keep it a secret in school since it was pretty early in the school year but oh good lord the one and only Aina managed to get ahold of the secret and told everyone in school in a fit of rage. For the rest of the year his fellow classmates treated Sakamoto like glass and occasionally provided him with gifts for him and their child, which he accepted the ones for the baby and rejected all the ones for him unless it was food. All while Atsushi was being glared at by almost everyone, so much for claiming to not be interested in omegas and look at him now, having the most perfect omega as his boyfriend who is expecting.
His bros KenKen and Mario were still supporting him even after they found out. Only the difference that they tease him relentlessly on “losing his virginity to such an omega babe”. That led to them both being punched in the head.
Thank god by the time their daughter would be born it was already Spring break and they had fully graduated from high school. Atsushi still cries to this day the moment his daughter was brought into the world. She looked almost exactly like Sakamoto, Silky black hair, big and beautiful black eyes (eye color is from Atsushi), and a beauty mark on her right cheek. Acchan was so delighted that she came out beautiful like his partner and not ugly like himself.
Sakamoto wanted to name her Hatsuko, which just means first born daughter. For him he wanted to name her something cute or cool like Rumi or Futaba. But he loves him so much he agrees with it regardless.
And the rest of the years went by smoothly surprisingly. They both attended their closest university together, Atsushi studying engineering and Sakamoto studying business, while also having Astronomy as a side career, how he does that, well… he’s Sakamoto! He can do anything.
The plan worked great! There were less troubles so they were able to live out peacefully. By the time they graduated university Hatsuko already turned 4 years old. And soon they did indeed get married with the blessing of both of their parents, seeing how well they worked together they definitely are meant for eachother.
Atsushi took a closer look at his daughter from time to time whenever he or he and his husband spent time with her. Now the ex-delinquent doesn’t know how genetics work since he was shit in science and he’s too lazy to look it up, But Hatsuko….
At first when she was a baby there was nothing wrong with her. She acted like a normal baby, she cried, she ate, she giggled, her first words were literally just a normal ‘mama’ and ‘dada’ respectfully. But when she started walking… is it possible for perfection to be genetic??? Like Sakamoto was just born that way and somehow passed it onto their daughter? Acchan doesn’t even know life anymore.
Like as soon as she started walking she immediately started walking and running smoothly. At first Atsushi didn’t seem bothered by it but as the years passed… like whenever they go to the playground Hatsuko will immediately impress the other kids and parents with her athleticism, and she didn’t even know anything about athletics! She’s four! Like most of the time she was doing all types of gymnastics shit on the monkey bars, the swings, the spinner, etc!
One day his curiosity was just too big to ignore, when they were at the playground he whispered to his husband while Hatsuko was building a mini colosseum of Rome in the sandbox while being surrounded by a lot of kids.
“Hey Sakamoto*? You gotta tell me, did Hatsuko learn that from you in secret or was she just born that way?”
“ I have no idea what you're talking about,” He said, never taking his eyes off his book he was reading.
“You know what I mean!” Acchan pointed to the little girl, “like we all now your perfect and cool and everything but-”
He looked back at his daughter, who just finished her masterpiece. The other kids all clapped and complemented her. The girl smirked in pride while wiped her nose with her finger.
“Like did you see that!? She built the colosseum from Rome out of sand in under five minutes for crying out loud! When did she learn that!?”
But Sakamoto didn’t give him a proper answer, he just smiled (he rarely smiles, he only does it at certain times with either Atsushi, Hatsuko, or with both), gives him a light peck on the cheek, and tells him not to worry about it.
Atsushi was so dumbstruck by his husband’s smile and kiss that he dropped the subject altogether. They continued watching their child build all sorts of sand sculptures before it was finally time to go home.
Now that Atsushi thinks about it, Hatsuko’s personality isn’t stoic like Sakamoto is. She expresses her emotions way more than her mom does. Though it can change later in the years. He just prays that she would still be bubbly and expressive as she grows up in her teenage and adult years. He loved Sakamoto no doubt but it would be nice if he smiled, laughed, and hell even be angry more often.
Also he guessed Hatsuko being a cool and perfect person wasn’t all that bad, in fact he is relieved that if she ever gets bullied she would just handle them like Sakamoto once did, and she also will be very successful in school. Though he is worried about the many potential suitors she would get, much like Sakamoto had in their high school years. It doesn’t matter if she comes out as an Alpha, Beta, or Omega, she will have boys and girls coming at her through all corners.
And it’s also very worrying if she becomes a delinquent like Acchan did! A beautiful delinquent that is perfect in every way! She would be such a troublemaker! Doing all sorts of illegal or cruel things like underage smoking or successfully hitting her targets in an elegant manner. Her school’s principal can’t kick her out because she’s the top student in the entire school! Oh god what did he and Sakamoto create!?
“Father!”
“Atsushi”
The ex-delinquent blinked, the voices of his family made him snap back into reality. He was sitting on the couch in the living room, in front of him was a fancy see-through flat screen tv that was playing some weird game show. He looked over to his right where the kitchen entrance is. There standing was his omega husband adjusting his glasses with his middle finger, his other hand gently holding the little girl’s hand.
Ah, he remembers now. While Sakamoto and Hatsuko were busy eating, Atsushi finished his meal early and went to watch some Tv while they finished. He’s probably sure that as soon as he turned on the Tv he was so bored out of his mind that his mind went to another place and just stared blankly at the screen for who knows how long.
“Dear, Ha-chan wanted to go to the natural park to feed some birds she befriended days ago. We’re also picking up some groceries for dinner later. Would you like to come with us?”
“A-Ah! Yes I will!” Acchan quickly got off the couch and went to get his keys and wallet. “Let’s go now”
Yes, Atsushi is happy all right. He is very happy with his (literally) perfect family, he wouldn’t trade it for the world.
