One might need to squint their eyes a little bit to catch "the moment" when watching the latest Human Idol Theater, but Lee Hyunjae really went from sitting one meter apart to holding his crush's hand in one chicken fight game. However, even when he's being so obvious to the whole world, Sunwoo still says "Eyyy, there's no way that hyung likes me," when the other members (BbangNyuKyu) confronted the boy about it.
One night at the BbangNyuKyuSun dorm...
Younghoon: God, the two of you are so frustrating.
Chanhee: Sun, think about it. Why would he touch you? I don't see the need for two people to hold hands when watching a chicken fight game.
Sunwoo: Like... Why not?
Changmin: SERIOUSLY??? HOLDING HANDS??? WHEN YOU GUYS AREN'T EVEN CROSSING THE ROAD?!?!
Sunwoo: Oh, I'm sure he sees me as a good friend, just like he sees all of you.
Younghoon: Alright, then let's test it. How about we send him the same text, asking him to go out right now and see if he replies to us differently?
Sunwoo: But it's almost 1 am.
Changmin: So? We go out till dawn all the time.
Sunwoo: But wouldn't it be suspicious if we all send the same thing at the same time?
Chanhee: That's true. Well, maybe it could be just Bbanghoon and you.
Younghoon: Why me?
Chanhee: Hyung is closer to Hyunjae hyung than Changmin and I, right?
Younghoon: Ahh... right. Okay. So, what should we text him?
After 10 minutes of everyone throwing their own ideas (read: total chaos) while trying to decide what they (each Younghoon and Sunwoo) are going to text to Hyunjae, the four of them finally came up with a plan.
Bbang to Jae: Hey, I'm hungry
Jae to Bbang: Hi Hungry, I'm Jaehyun
Bbang to Jae: You're so annoying, do you know that?
Jae to Bbang: So? I'm not your mom. Go cook yourself something
Bbang to Jae: No bro. Let's eat somewhere
Jae to Bbang: Nah, too tired bro. Just order something online
Sunwoo: See, he said he's tired. I don't even need to text him, we all know what he's going to answer.
Chanhee: Just try it first, sun. Trust me.
Sunwoo: Ugh, seriously. I don't see the point—
Changmin: JUST TEXT HIM!!!
Sun to Jaehyun(hyung): Hyung, r u still up?
Jaehyun(hyung) to Sun: Yeah, what's up?
Sun to Jaehyun(hyung): I'm hungry...
Sun to Jaehyun(hyung): Do u wanna—
Sunwoo hasn't even finished what he's typing when a call comes in...
Sunwoo: Shit shit shit! Hyung is calling! What should I do?
Younghoon: Pick it up!
Sunwoo: But... What if... What if he asks me to go somewhere out with him to eat?
Chanhee: What's wrong with that?
Sunwoo: I'm not hungry. What if he really thinks I'm hungry?
Changmin: JUST PICK UP!!!
Sunwoo: ALRIGHT ALRIGHT!!! But after this, I'm going to bed!
*ring ring ring*

Sunwoo: H-hello?
Hyunjae: Sun?
Sunwoo: Yeah...?
Hyunjae: Why does your voice sound so weak? Are you that hungry?
Sunwoo: Umm no...?
Hyunjae: Should we go eat somewhere? I know a place that is open 24hr. Or we can go to the convenience store just below, that'll be quicker—
Sunwoo: Hyung, that's—
Hyunjaw: Or should I cook? Are you okay with instant noodles and nuggets? Ah, maybe it would be better if I go to your dorm first, and later we can decide on something together. Wait let me grab my hoodie—
Sunwoo: NO! DON'T!
Hyunjae: ...Sun? Are you okay?
Sunwoo: Y-yeah, I'm just... I think I'm not hungry anymore. See you in the morning, hyung!
*click*
Sunwoo ends the call in a hurry. His heart beating a mile a minute. His cheeks are flushed. And even though it's in the middle of winter, his body feels hot as if running a fever. And, as Sunwoo looks up from his phone, three pairs of eyes are watching him with the same "I told you so" looks.
