He can’t take it anymore. He’s done. The years of abuse and torture almost pushed him off the edge, and today has. School’s shit, life’s shit, everything is fucking bullshit. He grabbed a knife out of he kitchen and ran into the bathroom. He’s going to fucking do it. He held the blade to his wrist, hands shaking so fucking much. He digs it into his already scarred wrist, wincing at the burn. The warm crimson liquid runs down his arm. He repeated the action multiple times on both of his arms. Once he’s done, he puts the knife down, feeling slightly dizzy.
Eddie’s bedroom door opens. Shit. Steve’s over.
“Eddie, sweetie?”
No reply.
“Eddie?-“
Shit he’s worried.
He goes into the bathroom and finds Eddie’s bloody form.
“Eddie!?-“
At that moment, Eddie falls, too dizzy to stand.
“Shit!- Eds!-“
He picks Eddie up.
“C’mon, Eddie, we need to get you to hospital-“
Eddie weakly shakes his head.
“Yeah-“
“No.” Shit even his voice sounds weak.
He’s fading. He can feel himself going. At least he’s going to die in a safe place.
“Won’t make it- safe though..”
And with that, he’s gone. He’s dead. He died in his boyfriend’s arms.
Steve sees his eyes clouding over.
“EDDIE- NO- DON’T LEAVE ME-“
That night, he screamed his heart out, crying until he passed out.
