Two minutes after the clock struck twelve, two children were born. Both destinied to rival eachother. Both killing their mothers in the process of being born.
On the fateful morning of January first, a knock is heard at the front door of Potter mannor. Henry potter, the only one awake, walked to the frontdoor proply. Who in their right mind would disturb him during his one hour of freetime from his family. He did truly love them, but they would quickly become too much, so he needed time to himself.
He opened the door and was greeted by Nicklaus. The brother of his, well- mistress. "This is all your fault" Nicklaus huffed out angry. He handed a huge basket over to Henry. "My sister died giving birth to this miscreant, only for it to look completely like you. Not one ounce of him looks like her. He's your problem now, discard of him if you will." Henry looked into the basket, and behold was a child. One with his sunkissed, freckled skin. The brown curls on top a replica of his own. Dread filled him. " Nicklaus, please. I can't care for him, my family what if they find out about him?" A hollow laugh comes out of Nicklaus. "Then may justice finaly be served. You should thank merlin's right bottock i don't tell your family-" dread seeps through Henry once again. "-however, my sister insisted on me keeping your secret. I will never get what she saw in a filthy, cheating bastard like you." Henry let out a loud sight. Rubbing his nose as a migraine was building up. "Did she name him?" Nicklaus nods, and pulls out an envelope from his pocket. "He is yours now. If you plan on keeping your affair a secret, say someone dropped him off at your door with no note, simply a abandoned child." Henry takes the letter and shakes the hand of Nicklaus. "Thank you, i owe you one for keeping my secret." "No, you owe her, you owe him" Nicklaus says as he points at the sleeping child. "Take care of Harry, he deserves the best of the likes of you. He may not look like it, but-" his eyes gloss over "- a bit of him is her." He promply turns and walks forward, passing the magic shielding the mannor and quickly apparates away.
