“Hey Alex, I’m gonna go on a walk. I’ll be back later.” Morgan called as their spouse appeared in the kitchen.
“Oh, cool, I’ll come with you, I should get my steps in.” Alex called.
“Oh, you got a smartwatch to focus on your health too?” Morgan asked, gesturing to their smart watch.
Alex, thinking of all the fanfictions they’ve been reading and listening to while they fought heroes all day, “Yeah, health reasons. That’s it.”
