The Order of The Phoenix were in their usual meetings making plans to protect the secret weapon. Outside Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Fred and George were playing Gobstones. While Hound, their bodyguard hired by Dumbledore, a cold and detached person, was patrolling the house.
Order of The Phoenix members: Mr. Arthur Weasley Mrs. Molly Weasley Sirius Black Remus Lupin Nymphadora Tonks Mad-Eye (alastor Moody) Severus Snape Albus Dumbledore Minerva McGonagall
Suddenly a bunch of teenagers fell into the room where the Order was. Everyone jumped startled and raised their wands against the mysterious travellers. One blonde, one raven and one pink haired.
“Who are you?”, Moody Asked
“We are not your enemies. Correct me if I’m wrong, but you hired a shinobi bodyguard named Hound?”, the blonde one asked.
“Yes, How do you know?”, Lupin Asked
“Who we are or how we know, doesn’t matter. You are here to watch Hound’s past”, the Raven one answered.
“And why would we want to do that?”, Harry retorted. The teenagers had heard the commotion and had come to see what had happened.
“You deem him a heartless monster. Then to have the right to define him as such a horrible character, you must understand the history behind that cold demeanour…”, said the pink haired one. “What’s Happening Here?”, a cold voice interrupted
“Oh, good. Everyone is here, so let’s start. But first drop your Henge, Kakashi. Oh, and before I forget, don’t force Hound to give a lot of information, the video will explain everything”, The blonde one ordered. With that, all the three mysterious teenagers disappeared leaving the wizards in confusion. What was “Henge” and “Kakashi”?
“This is stupid”, Hound commented. He was about to leave when the door slammed itself shut.
“Well, I guess we don’t have much of a choice”, said Albus, his eyes twinkling in unsaid amusement.
“They said that we needed to watch your past. And you can begin introducing yourself properly.”, Snape said.
Hound seemed reluctant but in the end sighed. “My name is Kakashi and I am the last of the Hatake clan. I am a jounin of Konohagakure”
“What’s Konohagakure?”, Ginny asked
“And what do you mean by clans?”, Sirius asked, Kakashi seemed reluctant to answer, but then he glanced at the door and all of the reluctance disappeared.
“Konohagakure is the name of the place I am from. It’s a country, like France etc… And In Konoha there are old families like yours, Black-san. We call them clans, they have powerful dojutsu and their own techniques and abilities.”
“What’s your clan ability?”, Hermione asked
“I believe that’s enough questioning Miss Granger. We have to watch the video”, Professor McGonagall interrupted.
“Not yet Minerva, If my memory serves me correctly our keen mysterious guests told our dear bodyguard to drop his “henge” ”, Dumbledore glanced at Hound.
Kakashi was trying to avoid that subject, now he had to show them exactly how old he was. A part of him was hoping the henge release could be delayed as the wizards had forgotten about it, but apparently not Dumbledore. “Kai” The wizards stood surprised as Hound took off his ANBU mask and his figure became smaller. A body around the age of twelve years old. One of his eyes was covered by his headband with a swirly symbol on it, which the wizards figured would be representing Konoha, a face mask completely covered the lower part of his face and the single visible eye was void of any emotion at all.
“How old are you?”, Tonks asked
“13, I’ll turn forteen in a few months” To say that everyone was horrified, was an understatement.
Dumbledore knew the guard was young, but never in Merlin, had he ever thought that he would be even younger than Harry.
Minerva was aghast, thirteen years old should be studying and/or pranking, not killing. “
Did you know about this, Albus?”, Molly questioned, anger sweeping into her tone
“I knew he was young….” “How could you? The boy is even younger than Harry!!”, Molly.
Harry was outraged, his bodyguard was even younger than him. Did Dumbledore really think of him as that useless?!. Feeling the anger radiate from their friend, Ron and Hermione tried to cool him down. While Moody contemplated what the kid had to go through in his young life to have such cold and dead eyes. The others were surprised. The weasley twins were the first ones to break out of the stupor, and joked to lighten up the mood, needless to say, it didn’t work.
Kakashi was pissed off and severely annoyed. They had forgotten he was even there as they argued about his age. He should have known this was going to happen. ‘Screw those mystic travellers’, he didn’t want to explain nor watch his backstory. The scars were too fresh and too deep.
“If you’re done, we have a video to watch”, Hound’s tone was cold.
“Let’s start”, Ginny said
The scene started with a introduction:
Shinobis (boys) and Kunoichis (girls) use chakra to help them in battle.
The three main battle techniques are:
Taijutsu- Martial Arts
Ninjutsu- Using one of the five elements chakra to control and develop attacks
Genjutsu- Disrupting the chakra flow or in simpler words ‘drowning’ the opponent in an illusion
Three clans have their own dojutsu (special eyes)
Uchiha- Sharingan- Can see patterns
Hyuuga- Byakugan- Can see through things at a impressive distance
Otsuki- Rinnengan- Loads of powers. But the rinnengan hasn’t been seen in thousands of years.
The shinobi world is divided in 5 great Nations, each representing an element
Fire- Konohagakure- The village hidden in the Leaves
Air- Sunagakure- The village hidden in the Sand
Water- Kirigakure- The village hidden in the Mist
Earth- Iwagakure- The village hidden in the Stones
Lighting- Kumogakure- The village hidden in the Clouds
For years these lands have battled with each other for power and there never has been any unity between them
“Sounds”, Fred “Like”, George “The”, Fred “Houses back”, George “At good old”, Fred “Hogwarts”, They both chorused
“That’s a good definition Mr. Weasleys, Minerva said
There are creatures composed only of chakra called the tailed beasts, there are a total nine of them.
They were divided between the Great Five nations. Their power is defined by their number of tails. The most powerful of them, Kyuubi no kitsune or the nine tails, belongs to Konoha.
Every one of these tailed beasts needs to be sealed in a human at a young age. These people are called jinchuuriki or in other words they are sacrifices to contain the kyuubi.
One of the oldest clans is Uzumaki and their clan children are generally used to contain the tailed beast in them. Suffering a life of insults, abuses and biases because of what they contain
“That’s Horrible!”, Molly commented and Arthur agreed Lupin could compare his status as a werewolf to these jinchuurikis and their difficult life.
Another old clan is the Hatake clan.
“Hey, it’s your clan”, Ron whispered-yelled
They are known for their loyalty to Konoha and are the reason many of the wars have been won in their favour. The Hatake clan always hunt in packs, but a tragedy left a lone wolf behind. Each clan member of the Hatake clan has their own ability. This story is about the last of the Hatake clan!
“You’re the last of your clan?” Snape asked in a mocking voice, “What happened to your parents or did they die too?”
“Severus, enough” and “Enough, Snivellus” could be heard
“Yes, they’re all dead”, Kakashi hated the looks of pity directed to him Harry was surprised to know this, Kakashi was a lot like him.
Next Chapter is also going to be an intro, but in the next one they’re going to watch Kakashi’s backstory, this chapter was only the intro of the shinobi world.
Sorry this chapter is a bit short, the next one will probably be too. But afterwards the chapter will be long
