The man in front of me jumped in alarm, dropping his lighter. There was no mistaking it - he was the real deal. The real, actual, factual, Jack I. Box, CEO of Jack in the Box. I leaned down and clumsily grabbed his lighter, handing it back to him. “Sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you.”
He shoved the lighter in his pocket and took the cigarette out of his mouth [how was he even holding that thing?], swiftly stomping it out on the ground. His face was fixed in a nervous expression. “Y-you’re fine. Please don’t tell anyone what you saw.”
“Saw what?”
“Good, thank you.”"
