Rick watched you from behind. He was sure you heard the portal open behind you but instead of greeting him you were humming away while filling the dishwasher full.
You had food cooking on the stove for you and Rick to enjoy later tonight as you had the house to yourself while your parents were on vacation down South.
Rick watched as your body moved stooping and bending filling the machine giving him a nice full view of your ass. He couldn't take his eyes off you and what you were doing.
He rarely seen you in this sense, normally he was between your legs or you were helping in him the garage. One of the two..
But for this split moment Rick got to see you in a domesticated light. One where he could imagine you and him together like this all the time. The two of you together somewhere away from the annoyance of his family, just you and him.
"OH hey Rick!"
You greeted pulling him from his thoughts. He seen that smile you gave him. That warm smile that melted away little chunks of ice around his cold persona.
And for the first time in a long time Rick thought about a lot of domesticated things that the two of you could maybe, someday, have between the two of you.
