033. Villain

Summary:

when he hears the story of valentine and Luke (of how a monster transformation had ended a great friendship) Simon anticipates that clary will send him away too, eventually. but she doesn't, if anything she brings him closer than ever.

Work Text:

In a surreal sequence of events, he’s part in their story has changed.

He has gone from being by her side, her best friend, her assist; to being one of the monsters, unwittingly and unwillingly pitted against her.

Simon became a Downworlder, and Clary became a Shadowhunter and everything before that can never be the same again.

When he has thoughts like this, she will tell him that if she’s learned anything these past months, it’s that there is a difference between being a monster and being the villain.

the only enemy of yours is one that wishes you harm.

it is to be noted, that the drabble topics are from my own choice, not a particular challenge or collection, so i dont know how many i will make as i am making them up as i go. a random word and a hundred words, i want to make a hundred drabbles. i am open to requests, however, you can only give me a word and a couple, not the whole plot. for e.g ( escape, harryxhermione, harry potter series). not ( harry and hermione escape to rome. or harry and hermione escape a stuffy ministry party) for more clarification, comment and ask below.
