Chapter 1: ~🧪Anatomy🧪~

Chapter Text

Bakugou POV

It was around noon of the second day in this shit hole. I was bound to a chair with my hands cuffed in cuffs similar to the type of ones used at the sports festival when that half-an-half bastard played it easy on me.

I was surrounded by the League of Villains, most of them were standing by the wall. A knock off magician who can turn people into marbles, a girl… I think with a huge metal rectangle, a lizard, a guy with multiple personalities in a full body suit I think his name is twice, and a walking corpse named Dabi. On the other side of the room is a bar.
Behind the counter was the warp guy from the USJ attack and a psycho teen who won’t shut up about Deku. Shigaraki was sitting at the bar with another person she had long bright green hair and eyes and wore a lab coat I didn’t see her at the camp attack Tch she’s likely weak as fuck.

Shigaraki was starting up his usual speech asking me to join dancing around the bush. It was damn annoying. I let out a low growl of frustration when suddenly the green haired girl spoke up.

“This isn’t working.” Everyone got quiet as she continued. “Talking his ear off all day isn’t doing anything!”

Shigaraki took offense to that.

“Well then..” he growled.“ What should we do Doc ?”

Doc? I tried to think of a villain with a Doc in her name

“Did you not look at the way he acted?” she questioned “ He’s very forceful and prideful. So why not break that pride with force~”

The way she said it felt unnerving.

She pulled out a syringe filled with a dark green liquid

“No!” Shigaraki stated, glaring at her. “We want him on our side, not against us!”

I smile at the comment “TO BAD FUCKER!! I’LL NEVER BE ON YOUR SIDE!!.”

They both looked at me and then the girl pointed at me and said.

“See he said it himself he’ll never join us!”

Shigaraki opened his mouth to say something but she wasn’t finished.

“Willingly… but if we use my methods even if he doesn’t join us we still get something out of it and destroy an inspiring hero.”

My smile faded as everyone looked at each other. Shigaraki Nodded in agreement. My stomach flipped a bit as she walked towards me with the syringe. I started to panic slightly

“HEY… Get away from me!” My demand was in vain as she held my forearm and stabbed it into me. A small pinch was all I felt

“ That’s it?! What was that?! You bitch! I’ll… kill you…”My head felt light and my vision started to blur. I felt myself falling out of consciousness. "Shit" was the last thing I thought before I passed out.

                                                                                                                                                         ---------

My head pounded as I regained consciousness. The realization hit me that I was knocked out. My eyes shot open only to close right away due to the bright light just above my head.

“Take it easy now princess.” It was that girl. She had her back turned to me.

“OI! What did you just fucking call me?!”

She ignored me as she continued messing around with whatever the fuck was on the table.

“Do you know who I am?” she asked.

The girl turned around, she was different. Her hair was in a high bun and a white mask was pulled down around her chin, but that's not what threw me off. It was her eyes they were glowing a sickening green, her stare made me anxious.

“Well?... Are you going to answer me?”

her words snapped me out of my trance. A bead of sweat rolled down my head.

“Since you’re not going to answer me I’ll tell you myself. I’m The Surgeon. But most of my clients call me Doc.”

At first I disregarded her as a wannabe villain like the rest of them.

“Oooh… Scary.” I mocked.

“That's right, scary!”

her face twisted into a wide Cheshire cat grin that made my hair stand up on end. She turned to left the room

“I’ll be right back let it sink in.” She slammed the door.

I took a moment to analyze my surroundings. I was laying down on a table of some sort. To my right was the door and a glass cabinet. I couldn’t make out what was in the cabinet, but it looked like jars. To my left, a mirror which was an obvious one way window, and a table covered in test tubes and flasks full of green liquids.
I craned my neck to see south of myself, as I looked I noticed I was shirtless…

I also noticed a metal bar around my torso. It was warm, how long have I been laying here? I tried to move my arms and legs. Not surprising they were bound too. That's when the realization hit me, I was bound to a table with someone called The Surgeon.

I started to take deep breaths in an attempt to keep calm. The Surgeon walked back in, she now had glasses on, and went straight for the table next to the false mirror. She looked out of the corner of her eyes at me

“You ready?” she asked

“For what!?” I half yelled at her trying to seem not scared in the least.

“For your operation.”

My heart sank into my stomach as she pulled out a sinister looking gun.

“What fucking operation?” I started to sweat.

“Of course you don’t know, how silly of me~” She giggled. “My specialty is quirk removal.”

I lightly gasp. She can’t be serious, it's impossible.

“You see I have figured out a way to surgically remove a quirk, and if you don’t join the League you’re my next appointment.”

“So you’re telling me. Either join the fuck faces that kidnaped me or lose my quirk?” I look at her with disbelief as she nods “ YA FUCKING RIGHT LIKE YOU CAN TAKE SOME ONES QUIRK!! THIS IS BULLSHIT!!”

her smile went away as she asked. “Is that your final choice?”

“Y-Yes.” damn it why did I sound so weak.

“Well then…” She picked up a small glass vial filled to the brim with a light neon green substance.

her smile returned as she twirled it around. “Let's get started shall we.”

God why was I so damn scared, I’ve never felt this before. I hated it. She started walking towards me with the vail and gun in her hands “You seem tense.” She stated. “Will it help to explain what's going to happen?” I didn’t answer, she continued anyway.

“You see this vail… this vail goes into this gun like a battery… and then this gun goes somewhere against your anatomy.” She pressed the tip of the gun against my abdomen.

My eyes widened in fear as she pulled the trigger, the gun sparked. My head lurched forwards as the liquid was injected inside of me. It felt like a punch in the gut. As the sensation left a new one arose a sickly feeling, like someone was stirring my insides. I gulp trying not to puke.

“Don’t worry, the real pain hasn’t started yet. I still need to map out where I'm going to work.” She reassured me.

She started to take off the cuffs I was wearing and I thought this was my chance, as she removed the first one I tried to blast her face off… nothing happened. I tried again… nothing. I started to hyperventilate, that's when the real fear set in.

She laughed at my actions “Do you think I’m stupid. Why would I leave your quirk active while I’m working on it?”

Then she pushed a Button next to my hand. Little restraints bound my fingers to the table.

“Aren't they cute!” She gushed. “We just had them installed.”

She walked over to do the same to the other hand. After she was finished she got out a sharpie and started to draw a circle with dashed lines around my palm and down my forearm about three inches away from my restraint. After she was done with both sides she pulled up her mask and started to speak.

“Time for the first incision.” Her voice sounding like ant filled oil being dumped down my spine.

She picked up a scalpel and dragged it along the lines she made. I hiss in pain as she cuts into my skin.

“First I have to find the core of your quirk which I guess is your sweat glands.”

Every push, pull, and cut she made sent sharp throbbing pain up my arm. I clenched my jaw trying to make it seem like I wasn’t in any pain, but in reality it hurt like a motherfucker. I could feel my warm blood leak out onto the table as she continued digging into me.

“Aha!” She exclaimed.

Before I could ask she answered me.

“After I find the core. I need to loosen it.”

She picked up a tool I didn’t recognize, until I heard a small whirring sound.

I let out a choked scream as she started to drill into my arm. My body started to tremble from the pain as my blood fell from the table to the floor. My dry screams filled the room for what seemed like hours of drilling and cutting, she finally stopped.

“Once I've loosened the core it’s time for extraction.” All the color left my face as she pulled out a small circular shaped saw.

The sounds of splattering blood and muscle filled the room. It was horrible. I thrashed my head trying to distract myself from the Aching torture I felt in my arm. Small screams left my mouth unable to hold them back. Suddenly it all stopped, I was naive to think it was the end.

A wet ripping sound emerged from the silence, the pain that followed was unbearable. I screamed louder than ever before followed by a few tears. She put whatever she took out of me in a jar and sewed my arm up.

“You fucking monster!” I choked out. She looked at me with narrowed eyes.

“How do you sleep at night. You torture people for a damn living. How can you live with yourself?” I don’t know where this strength came from but I wasn’t complaining.

“Easy!” She replied. “I simply enjoy it.” she grabbed another vail from the table. It had a slightly darker color than before.

She loaded it into the gun and shot me in the same place as before, but something was different: the sick feeling was stronger

“Oops! I forgot the numbing!” She smugly cried out in a fake concerned voice.

There was numbing! There was no way there could be numbing. While I tried to wrap my head around it she started on my other arm. It was pure hell.

Hours passed, I couldn’t take it any more. It hurt too much.

“Please…” I begged. “ Please stop…” I tried not to cry.

“Oh come on we’re half way done you’ll make it.”

That was my breaking point, all I could do was writhe and cry in agony for the rest of the surgery.

                                                                                                                                                   ---------

No One POV

Bakugou sat on the edge of the table dazed. His eyes were dull and his cheeks stained with tears. His arms were bandaged from his fingertips to his elbow. His shirt hid the remaining dried blood around his shoulders.

The Surgeon was cleaning his blood off her glasses. “Now, if you want your quirk back you’ll listen and obey.”

Bakugou nodded, his voice too sore from screaming to reply with words.

She smiled at his broken state.

“You’ve been a great patient… here.” She said, handing him a light mint green lollipop.

Bakugou looked up in confusion, though you couldn’t really tell.

“It helps with the pain and clears your mind.” she explained.

Bakugou put the lollipop in his mouth. It took a little but the pain in his arms became a buzzing and his head felt slightly less cloudy. To anyone that little change wouldn’t mean anything, but to Bakugou it was heaven.

“Stay here.” The Surgeon Ordered as she disposed of her bloody gloves and mask.

She left the room, careful not to slip on the blood that was splattered around. She walked along a hallway to another room out of the three added just for her, her bed room, her operating room, and her observing room.

She walked into her observing room.

“Like the show?” she asked.

The LOV turned their heads to face her.

“Ya that was awesome!!” Twice called out only to change to. “No, that was awful…”

Mange and Spinner were paler than the moon. It was hard to tell what Mr. Compress was feeling, but by the small trembles he was doing she could guess it was not good. Toga seem freaked out and curious at the same time. Dabi had an unreadable expression. Shigaraki was pissed.

“I thought you were going to kill him, not fuck up his brain!” Shigaraki exploded.

“Well not only did I get him to join but I also got his undying loyalty.” She responded.

“How?”

she laughed at the question “Fear.” She answered and then she left.

A few minutes later they were all settled down in the bar room Bakugou was sitting at the seat he used to be bound to, spaced out.

“Hey!” Dabi called out. “There was a press conference about the attack on the camp earlier.”

“Well did we miss anything?” Shigaraki asked.

“Not really.” Dabi replied. “They seem to have no idea where we are.”

Small conversations filled the room, when out of the blue a knock was heard at the door.

“Hey I’ve got a pizza delivery here.”
