#1 - Tyrannids
The Tyrannids find the planet. Not a single adult sees anything, but Calvin notices a spaceship up above the planet that just *feels wrong*. No one will listen to him, except Hobbes. He doubts Spaceman Spiff can really handle this alone, and in desperation he decides to tell Susie. Susie and Mr. Bun see it too - and they realise they're going to have to deal with this themselves. Somehow, using only their toys and the contents of the school kitchen and science lab, they manage to scare off the Tyrannids and convince them Earth isn't worth it. Their parents still don't believe them, and Susie gets told not to play with Calvin and that darn tiger, while Calvin gets the mother of all scoldings for misuse of noodles/other food items/science lab equipment and supplies. They're both happy despite the trouble though - they suspect they've just saved the planet.
