Todoroki isn’t gay.
Quite the opposite, really. Some would even go as far as to say he’s homophobic.
When he sees Kirishima and Bakugou together, it makes him sick to his stomach. Seeing Momo and Jirou holding hands in the hallway fills him with disgust
But Midoriya…
He’s different
And Todoroki has a big fat crush on him
It’s not like he’s trying to hide it, everyone knows. Especially Midoriya. All of the failed attempts to get him to go on dates definitely proves that
He’d do anything to be able to kiss those freckled cheeks. He would sell his own father if it meant that he could always be able to show Midoriya affection
But he’s not gay
Just because he’s on one knee in the middle of the hallway with a diamond ring, proposing to Midoriya doesn’t mean he’s gay
But every time he tries, Midoriya says the same thing
“Todoroki, we can’t get married. We’re 16. We aren’t even dating and I don’t think I’m ready for a relationship. You have to stop doing this.”
But he doesn’t
Every other month, it’s a new attempt in a new place. At the mall, in the middle of class, right outside Midoriya’s dorm. And he keeps getting rejected
Every. Single. Time.
Todoroki is starting to think that Midoriya doesn’t want to be his wife
Just a reminder, Todoroki isn’t gay.
No matter how many gifts he gives, no matter how much he says he’s in “love love” with Midoriya, no matter how many times he’s gotten on his knees and begged Midoriya to be his wife
He’s not gay
