"Really, Alban? You're not doubting yourself now, are you?" The brunette's best friend, Uki questioned.
"...I'm trying not to, but... I can't help it." Alban turned his gaze away from the galactic eyes towards a lone flower bending in the breeze.
As of now, the two had decided upon settling in the school yard, sitting on a bench farthest away from the main building until it would be time for their next lesson.
"Listen, I'm sure Moony loves you, maybe he just needs time to open up." Uki suggested with a shrug of his shoulders.
"He could atleast start by actually speaking to me." Alban rolled his eyes, getting upset at the thought of his own boyfriend ignoring him.
"Don't you guys hangout and speak during breaks?" Uki tilted his head in confusion upon remembering the times he's seen them together.
"Well... yeah, but that doesn't mean he speaks to me nicely."
"What exactly do you mean by that?" Uki inquired.
"He only speaks few word sentences or he doesn't even say anything at all when I talk to him. It's worse that the first time I told him I loved him, he only hummed at me while looking at his phone." Alban ranted, his blood boiling at the memory.
"How often do you say it?" The ombré haired asked, wanting to understand this problem better.
"I've told him so many times, but every time he either hums at me or completely ignores me—." Alban cuts his own words off with a sharp breath, knowing well that he should calm himself down.
"You know what? I think you two just need to spend more time together, and maybe you should ask him directly how he feels about you." Uki recommended before adding on, "He accepted your love confession for a reason, Alban. Try asking him out on a date to get closer."
"Moony doesn't like going on dates, he's told me that atleast." Alban scoffed at the fact that the price for this piece of information was a rejection to going to the movies.
"Try asking him again— oh! It's white day tomorrow, use that as an excuse." Uki remembered, his face lighting up in glee.
"What difference will white day make? Last time I asked him out on a date was valentines day. I ended up giving him his gift during school." Alban pouted with a small sigh.
"...You never know if you don't try, and what if he does say yes? You'll finally be able to go on a date with him."
"Erm... what about when he says no? What then?"
"We can always think of something else. But trust me, I have a good feeling about this." Uki spoke with a grin, his senses tingling positively.

Upon being forced by Uki to find Moony and ask him, Alban found his boyfriend in his usual spot on the rooftop, away from other people as they tended to be frightened of him due to his dark persona. Alban couldn't lie, part of him was afraid too... not that he'd say anything.
"Uh, Moony?" Alban called out as he saw the taller leaning against the railing, attention glued to scrolling on his phone.
"What?" He replied, not bothering to look up.
"Can I ask you something?" The brunette muttered hesitantly as he approached closer towards Moony. "What do you want?" He responded, once again not even gazing up.
"Y-you know how it's white day tomorrow," Alban internally cursed himself for stuttering.
"So?"
"I, um... I know you don't like dates but, can we... go somewhere? Maybe?" Alban asked in a higher pitch, turning his head away to face a different direction, bracing himself for another rejection.
Nothing but silence from the man was heard. From the corner of his eye, Alban witnessed a pause in Moony's movements of his hand. He seemed to be pondering about the question from what Alban could see.
"Where?" Moony questioned.
Oh? That was new.
But it was something Alban hadn't considered as he was anticipating a refusal. Which, he was honest about.
"I didn't actually think about that... you can decide the place, if you want to go."
For another moment, pure silence engulfed the area, all that could be heard was the wind and rustling of leaves from the trees below.
"Tomorrow, 5pm. I'll pick you up." Moony spoke as he looked up, causing Alban to let out a slight gasp at the approval of a date.
"Wait... really?" Alban blinked his eyelids, staring directly into the taller's eyes, needing to process and confirm it once again.
"I'm not repeating myself." Moony claimed, his eyes darted back towards his phone screen.
"Okay, I'm looking forward to it." Alban blushed, containing his excitement.

His emotions couldn't be limited for long however when he saw Uki again the next day. They still had school, so the moment Alban found his best friend sitting on the same bench as they did yesterday, he squealed.
"Uki! Hear me out!" Alban yelled as he rushed to plop down next to the other.
"Moony said yes, didn't he?" Uki predicted, and judging by the blush that spread across Alban's face, he was correct.
"Yeah! He did! I'm getting picked up today at 5!" Alban screamed quietly into his sleeves as he suffocated his face with his hands.
"Congratulations you bitch. Now will you stop worrying?"
"I would if I knew what to wear." Alban moved his hands to the side of his face instead, leaning on it while looking at his best friend with cute, rounded eyes.
"You want me to help pick out an outfit, don't you?" Uki crossed his arms while looking in disbelief at the pleading expression.
Alban vigorously nodded, clasping his hands together to beg even more.
"Pretty please?"
"What do I get in return, huh?" Uki raised his eyebrows, leaning closer to the brunette.
"Anything you want!"
"Oh? Anything?"
"Yes! Anything."
"Okay, then what I want is for you and Moony to finally start acting like a couple." Uki smiled gently.
"Deal!"

"So... where even are you two going?" Uki questioned, scanning through Alban's wardrobe.
It was currently 4pm and Uki had followed Alban home, fortunately, his mother and older sister were nowhere to be seen. He assumed that they went out for a girls day which left the brunette home alone.
"I don't know, I said that I'll let him decide the place, he never told me where though."
"That's helpful isn't it." Uki sarcastically rolled his eyes. "I'm sorry! I didn't think about it so I had to let him decide." Alban apologised, watching as Uki began pulling out and checking whatever clothing he had.
"Hm... Moony probably doesn't like public places, right?" The ombré haired posed the question, turning to face Alban for confirmation. "I believe so? Yeah."
"But he's also crazy rich, right?"
"Yeah... he has his own driver and everything." Alban looked down at the floor, to which Uki frowned.
"Why do you look upset now?"
"Because... Moony's really rich and now that I think about it, he's so out of my league. Like, he could've gone with someone so much prettier and richer to match."
Uki stilled for a second before releasing whatever item of clothing he held in his hand, walking gently towards Alban who sat on his bed.
"Alban, look at me." Uki spoke, placing two fingers underneath the brunette's chin to face him.
"It doesn't matter whether he's rich or you're not. Nor should you care about him being out of your league or whatever. Because would he really date you if he cared about all that? I'll say it again, he dated you for a reason, he wouldn't have accepted you if he was blinded by money or extreme looks, would he?
You're already perfect as it is, and don't you dare tell yourself otherwise. Bitch, I'm sure Moony would agree that you're literally the cutest thing to exist."
Uki finished his speech, gazing at Alban's eyes which now were glistening with warmth.
"Uki..." Alban whined, he soon after hugged his best friend as a thank you for reassuring him. "I love you." He whined as their bodies swayed from side to side as comfort.
"I love you too bitch. Now, let's pick out that outfit, okay?" Uki chuckled with the ticklish feeling of Alban nodding rapidly against him.

By this time, Uki had left Alban's home, not before giving a few words of encouragement and a good luck to go with it.
The time Moony had said drew near which caused Alban to mentally prepare himself.
The brunette gazed at his reflection in his mirror and admired his outfit. Uki decided to dress him in something casual, that being loose blue jeans that weren't long in length with a belt.
A white turtleneck that framed his torso perfectly, paired with a sleeveless, black puffer jacket and black boots.
He wasn't sure whether he'd suit the occasion Moony was planning, but he figured it shouldn't matter too much.
Alban brought his black chained bag to keep his phone and other essentials.
As he stared for longer, he knew a necklace was missing from his outfit, but he decided against it, not wanting to be too fancy anyways.
It wasn't long before Alban had received a text from his boyfriend, saying that he's outside of his house. The brunette's cheeks flushed as he took a few deep breaths and jogged towards the front door, hastily unlocking it to see Moony waiting outside of a fancy car for him.
The brunette's jaw dropped as he stared at his lover, he had to quickly close his mouth before any drool came out.
That was because Moony was wearing well... all black for starters. Alban saw leather jeans, also with black combat boots and he couldn't help but admire the black turtleneck neck he wore. From what it seems, it was sleeveless as his dark hoodie rode off his shoulders, making his muscles known.
"Hurry up." Moony spoke, snapping Alban out of his trance as he traveled towards the car and his partner.
"Hello." Alban awkwardly laughed, trying his best to not get flustered at the sight of his hot boyfriend.
"Get in." Moony spoke as he opened the door for Alban to enter. In order to stop his heart from beating heavily at his boyfriend, the smaller quickly entered the car and sat down with a quick "thank you" before the door was shut for him.
Alban then put his seat-belt and watched as Moony disappeared from his view, only to be seen again as he sat next to him at the back. So much for trying to calm his heart.
After Moony had closed his own door and put his seatbelt. He spoke to his driver that Alban only now acknowledged. "Let's go now."
With that, the car started to move. "Hey, Moony?" Alban caught his attention. "What?"
"Where are we going?"
When silence began to occupy the car for a couple of seconds, Alban mumbled an "Okay then" after realising the man wouldn't speak to him.
All the brunette could do was admire the nature he had observed from beyond the window, waiting for the moment they reach their destination. At the same time, Alban took this opportunity to remember the taller's appearance when he first saw him, his outfit truly suited him and made him appear even better than what he thought was possible. He could only imagine what it's like to be that attractive.

"We have arrived." The chauffeur informed from the front. Alban watched as Moony unbuckled his seat-belt, opening the door to exit. He was about to do the same until the voice of Moony stopped him from doing so. "Wait here."
Alban hadn't a chance to respond when the blue-haired male had already left and shut the car door. For around 5 minutes, it was only the driver and Alban, of course, it was silent, no words were exchanged however the smaller didn't have to worry about that anymore as Moony had emerged from god knows where and had opened his door, motioning him to come out.
The brunette then unfastened his seat-belt too, carefully getting out of the car as he scanned his surroundings. The place seemed like... a garden?
"Let's go." The taller urged, already beginning to walk to which Alban quickly caught up and followed behind.
As soon as they entered what seemed to be a massive garden, Alban immediately noticed that the place was completely empty. He had saved that thought, when Moony began to speak. "This place is famous garden."
They walked past gorgeous trees and intricately cut hedges, mixed with an array of flowers that Alban recognised grew in the school yard. "How come it's empty?" The smaller posed the question he'd been meaning to ask.
"I rented the place out." Moony admitted.
"You what?" Alban's eyes widened at that, it was the only answer that made sense and yet he wasn't expecting it. "Why are you surprised?" Moony asked as if the reaction was unnecessary. "Because it must've costed a lot, and it's only for one day." Alban wanted to say, but he shook his head and opted with a quick "Nevermind."
Moony continued moving forward, again, Alban followed behind until the taller abruptly stopped infront of the statue of a fairy sitting atop a flower. Alban was too busy staring elsewhere to notice the sudden stop, he only did when he accidentally bumped against Moony's back, letting out a quiet "Oof," and apologising to him. "Sorry sorry!"
"Watch where you're going." Moony scolded, "I will, I'm sorry." Alban apologised again. Moony released a sigh before all of a sudden, he had held onto Alban's hand, making the smaller gasp quietly at the unforeseen contact. "Moony?"
"You'll bump into me again if I don't guide you." The taller gave reasoning.
A sudden rush of confidence came upon Alban, initiating his next words. "You're right, I will." He grinned, holding Moony's hand securely. He swore he could see him roll his eyes but didn't comment on it. All that was said was, "Look at it."
The smaller turned his gaze to where the other was looking, he finally noticed the statue of the fairy and admired her beauty. "It's beautiful."
Moony nodded in agreement.
After appreciating it, the blue-haired tugged his lover's hand as an indication to start walking again.
Their next stop was of another statue, except this one was that of an Angel with her hands out. "Woah... she's also really heavenly."
Once again, Moony agreed with a nod, but it was added on with a gentle kiss being placed upon Alban's hand. "Don't speak about it." The taller commanded, cutting off whatever Alban thought of saying.
"This way." His voice was perceived again, directing them to their next location. This one happened to be an elegant fountain, it's gently flowing waters creating a therapeutic sound for them to listen to. No one mentioned anything, not even Alban when Moony had pulled him closer and planted a soft kiss on the crown of his head. He was greatly affected by it. Alban's heart was bursting at the gesture, he wanted to squeal, to ask why he's been kissed randomly. But he also just wanted to appreciate the calming sound of the fountain, so he instead snuggled his head closer onto Moony's shoulder, leaning against it as their hands were still attached, listening to the additional sound of Moony's heart beat unusually fast.
"There's still one more place." Moony claimed, his legs moving and dragging them both to the last area they'd visit.
The smaller surveyed in awe as the place included a large cherry blossom tree with a decorative seat that was guarded by mainly roses. Moony pulled them to it and took a seat. Alban did the same and cherished this scenery within his memory, he'd never seen a place as enchanting as this up until now.
"I love this, thank you." Alban felt the need to vocalise his thought.
"I love you."
With that, Alban stared at his lover in confusion and shock. It was the first time Moony had ever stated that, the brunette stayed silent as he processed those three words. "Stop looking at me like that." Moony groaned as he turned his face away. "Moony..." Alban called out, and after a few months of dating, the smaller took hold of his boyfriend's cheeks and kissed him right on the lips. Of course, the taller was bewildered at first, but he eventually held Alban's waist and kissed back without hesitance. They ended up kissing with passion and excitement for a great minute, neither of them wanting to pull away easily, too addicted with the taste and feeling of one another's lips.
The two gradually pulled apart, catching their breaths as they gazed into each other's eyes lustily, craving for more. Due to this, it was no surprise when they made out again. Alban was pulled up onto Moony's lap in order to feel each other closer and more deeper. Whimpers from the smaller could be heard when Moony had intruded his mouth with his tongue, ravishing his own. The brunette also felt a hand travel under his top to feel his bare skin, causing Alban to moan quietly at the slightly cold feeling.
It took them a good few minutes to fully pull away from each other, and regain their oxygen back. "God... you're beautiful." Moony complimented, his thumb underneath Alban's shirt tenderly rubbing his waist. The smaller could only giggle at the praise, too dizzy from the kisses to say anything.
"I have something else for you." Moony claimed, reaching under the seats to pull out a letter and a small box that Alban failed to notice before. "Huh? What's this?"
"Read the letter first." The taller instructed, letting the envelope rest on Alban's lap for him to take.
The brunette then clutched the paper and opened the flap to reveal a letter with a golden frame on it's edges. It was an intricate design that made the paper look delicate.
Alban gazed at the writing that seemed to be from his boyfriend's own hands, and he began to read it's words in his head.
To Alban,
Happy white day. I want to start off by saying that I'm sorry. I know that I don't express my emotions a lot and it might seem like I don't care about you, but trust me, that's far from it. I really care for you and adore you so much. You're the best thing that's appeared in my life and you deserve all the happiness you can get.
I have difficulty showing my feelings and that's why I'm telling you them through this letter. I hope that whatever doubts you have about me loving you have disappeared after reading this, and I hope that soon I'll be able to use my voice to tell you what I really feel. I love you so much my dear.
From Moony.
With that, teardrops of happiness were released from Alban's eyes, his heart felt warm and he felt loved.
The tears did startle Moony however the brunette was quick to assure him that they were tears of joy.
"Moony, I love you too." The smaller spoke as he buried his head onto the other's shoulder, wiping away the few tears that remained.
"You have a box to open." The taller reminded, the temptation of kissing his lover's forehead surging, so, he did exactly that.
Alban gently took the miniature box from Moony, it was a small blue colour with the fabric of velvet, with that, he could immediately tell it was jewellery.
He lifted the box gently to reveal a silver necklace with a moon hanging from it. Alban giggled at the thought of it matching his boyfriend as he slowly took it out of it's box.
"Let me put it on you." Moony offered, reaching his hand out for the necklace. He then gently placed it on the smaller's neck and clasped it together, pulling away and staring for a few seconds.
"It's pretty." Alban smiled, holding the moon in his hand and looking down.
The brunette was confused when Moony pulled a hand away to reach into his own turtleneck. His actions made sense when the same necklace was revealed. Moony had been wearing it this entire time.
"You got a matching one?" Alban gazed in adoration at the now two cresents which were close together. "Yeah."
The ended up going in for another make out session, the sun was beginning to set, creating a relaxing and sensual atmosphere for the both of them.
Alban couldn't even remember, nor did he want to, the previous thoughts of doubt and insecurity. Instead, he'd witnessed the loving side of Moony that only he'll get to see, and that made him feel accomplished.
This truly had been the best white day they both could've asked for.
