He has to tell himself not to stare, it gets harder and harder the older they grow and the prettier rin gets.
Kakashi doesn’t understand how a person’s physical appearance can be useful to a mission, compared to their skill, so he doesn’t put much stock into it, ignores the vanity of people.
that said this infiltration mission requires rin to act as a distraction, and at exactly noon, the whole street was staring at the pretty girl dancing in a red kimono.
Kakashi was so annoyed, rin did such a good job he nearly lost sight of the target.
