   Summary

   Instead of getting killed by Sūn Wùkōng, the Six-Eared Macaque is enlisted as another disciple to protect Tripitaka on his pilgrimage.
   No one is happy about it at first (least of all two certain Celestial Monkeys). Fearful of Sūn Wùkōng's potentially deadly resentment, the Macaque keeps a distance at first.
   But as secrets are revealed and views alter, Liù'ěr Míhóu observes the cameradery between the other pilgrims and the desire to become a part of that becomes stronger.
