Akito stared at the mirror as he hummed gleefully as he picked out clothes to go meet his partner as well as his best friend, Aoyagi Toya, whom had invited him to go to a "friends date" (basically a hangout) type of thing, basically hanging out to a new cafe recently opened, usually Akito would bring Rui with him but he's currently busy with a new show and had no time available, or so Akito thought
Akito finally picked his outfit after some minutes, a simple black and white checkered blazer with a black shirt inside and a pair of jeans with a necklace to top it off, his taste in fashion was yet not to be underestimated, well if you don't want Rui hunting you down that is
"I'm going out now, theres a slice of cheescake in the fridge if you want some" Akito yelled out, their parents are in a business trip so of course only Ena heard him, he slammed the door behind him and ran off to the cafe, his athletic skills was put in use for this one
Akito spotted the two colored haired boy already waiting near the cafe scrolling down on his phone as Akito yelled out towards him, waving his arm as well to catch the others attention
Toya turned his phone off as he spotted Akito running towards him as he waved and greeted him, "Yo, I hope I'm not too late, how long did you wait out here?" Akito questioned as he fist bumped Toya, "Hmm, try guessing" Toya blankly answered
Akito let out a giggle and started to think deeply as he closed his eyes and mumbled a few numbers, "10.. no, 30 minutes?" Akito guessed
Toya chuckled, "35 minutes but close enough" he smiled
Akito groaned out of frustration and lightly punched Toya as payback, "You little demon, exactly how smart can you get huh?" Akito jokingly said, giggling
"I can be quite scary you know? Come, the pancakes wont appear in front of you either" Toya joked as he took Akito's hand into the cafe
As they both entered the cafe, they were greeted with the cheerful yet calm employees as they were lead to their seat, the cafe was pretty complex yet simple, well a 50/50 but its still comfortable to be in, there weren't many visitors there as well which made it even better
The waiter gave both Toya and Akito their grand opening menu which will be only available for a short period of time, a limited edition dish to be exact
Everything looked tasty, but Akito only focuses on the pancakes available there, there were many.. many options Akito could choose
Chocolate and caramel pancake, Oreo and cookies pancake, Strawberry and rasberry pancakes.. there were unlimited options, they even came with a custom pancake that you could costumize the toppings and flavour with! This was instantly Akito's favorite cafe (same akito, same)
Akito was extremely indecisive but he chosed the chocolate and caramel one, because chocolate.
Toya on the other hand ordered salad and black coffee as his chosen dish (bland mf)
Moving on from Akito's and Toya's "friends hangout", Rui on the other hand was on the other side of the cafe they were in.. coincidence? yes
Rui was not alone fortunately, his troupes was together with him, trying to prevent Rui from even disturbing both Toya and Akito.. well Tsukasa and Nene is, Emu is too busy eating her waffles and strawberry milkshake anyways to even pay attention on whats happening
You may be wondering, why was Rui there as well? Simple, he wanted to check if this cafe was worthy enough for Akito, but Toya seemed to move faster than he thought
"R-Rui you gotta stop glaring at them.. look theres a cake themed rainbow..?" Nene offered nervously as Rui paid no mind to her and kept on glaring on Toya with an annoyed expression portrayed on his face very clearly
"I'm sure Toya just wants to hangout with Akito right..? He's my brother and I trust him and you should too Rui" Tsukasa reassured, fortunately Rui eventually agreed with Tsukasa and let them off.. for this once as he gave a defeating sigh
"Well that actually worked" Nene said in surprise
If you think Toya haven't noticed Rui yet then your definitely wrong, he noticed Rui a while ago when he was waiting for Akito
Well his original plan was to tease Rui a bit but with Rui being there as well? this excites Toya even more
He caught a glimpse of Rui staring at him through the window reflection (they we're sitting right next to the window) with an annoyed expression on his face which didn't suprised Toya
"Enjoy your food!" The waitress spoke as she gave both Akito and Toya their pancake and salad, Akito's pancakes had a little waving cat deco on the center of the pancake with an "Enjoy" text bubble on top of it, it was absolutely insta worthy for teenagers
Although Akito found the cat deco cute, he didn't paid any mind and started digging on his pancakes almost immediately
The first bite in was absolutely amazing, the pancake was fluffy and the chocolate mixed with caramel was a fun flavour to taste, this made Akito's eyes lit up in excitement as he smiled widely, this was a cute scene for anyone to see, even the cashier seeing this was awestruck by Akito's cuteness mixed with his beautiful features
Rui who had been observing Akito couldn't miss this opportunity as he swiftly took his phone and took a quick picture of Akito
He couldn't contain his smile seeing Akito like that, its a once in a lifetime opportunity after all, he couldn't miss even a second of it
In the other hand, Toya took pictures of Akito as well, Akito of course didn't notice it like an idiot he is
This is where Toya's plan to tease Rui began
He posted Akito eating his pancakes gleefully on his mikugram and captioning it "cute" as he casually tagged Rui in his post
As he 'casually' posted it on his gram, he awaits Rui to see this and becomes jealous or annoyed, and yes fortunately enough once Rui saw the post he became extremely annoyed
Rui figured that Toya is just trying to tease him, BUT even if he's Tsukasa's brother he wont let Toya off the hook after this
Toya saw Rui glaring at him with absolute annoyance in his face but Toya sees that as a way that amused him, he couldn't contain his giggle and so did he let out a small laugh which Akito noticed
"Why are you laughing? Is something on my face?" Akito questioned
Toya took this as an opportunity as he leaned closer and wiped the chocolate near Akito's mouth, "This was on your face" he mumbled
"Oh, thanks" Akito replied
It seemed innocent, but Rui was infuriating with rage at that and was itching to interrupt them, but luckily Nene and Tsukasa was there to stop him
"H-Hey calm down Rui! Tsukasa do something!" Nene glared at Tsukasa as panic strucked her mind
Tsukasa in the other hand is also panicking on what to do as he tried to take Rui's attention with any kind of topic conversations, but that also, doesn't seem to work
Rui continued to glare at Toya menacingly with annoyance and anger written all over his face very clearly, and Toya doesn't seemed to be bothered, in fact he sees this as an entertainment for himself
"You know what I've had enough of this" Rui stated as he stood from his seat and approaced both Akito and Toya
"R-Rui!?"
"We're going now." Rui stated as he hold a grip onto Akito's wrist as he starts pulling him out of the cafe, practically running away from the cafe
Toya sat there smiling as he (sarcastically? Idk) waved to the two lovebirds running
While Tsukasa and Nene there groaned in defeat to prevent Rui from interfering while Emu is just.. there witnessing while drinking her milkshake peacefully
"O-Oi Rui! What the fuck are you doing!? Where are we going!?" Akito shouted as he forcefully stopped Rui and himself from running
They were far enough from the cafe, no one could hear them, it was quiet here
Rui stood there without giving a response to Akito or even to look at Akito directly into his eyes, but Akito refused to take that as his answer
"Hey look at me" Akito said in a serious tone as he turned Rui forcefully to face him
"Why did you take me out of the cafe?" Akito asked
"..I got jealous, is it not normal for your boyfriend to get jealous when another man was with you?"
"W-well.. its normal but.. why were you there as well? I thought you were busy with a new show?"
"I wanted to see if the cafe was worth while for your visit so I visited it first, I was planning to bring you on our next date..”
Hearing that Akito felt extremely guilty, like very VERY guilty, he had no idea his boyfriend was planning their next date.. and here Akito was, being an absolute dumbass
"Sorry.."
"Huh?"
"Sorry, I should've known"
"No no, it was my fault"
"No-"
Before Akito could finish his sentence Rui shushed him up and hugged him tightly, "I should've not let my jealousy took the best of me.. I'm sorry"
Akito hugged him back softly as he patted his back, "Its also my fault as well, I'm sorry"
The two shared a moment before the broke off the hug, "Guess were even?" Akito asked
Rui nodded as he softly kissed Akito in the forehead, "Do you want to go back?" He asked
"Hmm, nope, I think I'll spend my day with you" Akito replied
"Oh? Well then do you want to go somewhere? I know a place"
"Sure"
