Falling for a trick is an April Fool’s schtick
But only when you’re the perpetrator
It gets old and stale quick
And eventually you end up hating her
You could joke about something of no use
Like a politic or something you could lose
But when you play a prank and the recipient isn’t laughing
You’re just purely nagging
It gets to a point where the butt of the joke isn’t joking
When they say to not laugh about a topic that provokes them
At that point they know you aren’t going to improve
And they end up hating April Fools
