Finding The Past

Summary:

Jenna Alcove is a young teenager left confused and alone during the zombie apocalypse. Rick's group is luckily close by and becomes her found family. Can she hold on to her childhood and past while going through the ups and downs of being chased from one place to the next?

Most characters and the plot is based on the show "The Walking Dead" on AMC. Still, a lot of the dialogue, actions, and some to most plot/fate will be made up by me. I only own Jenna and her family and a few other characters. Also, there might be some similarities between this book and the comics although they are purely coincidental.

This is a re-write of my story "Finding the Past" from my Wattpad account onto here.

This fanfic is something I consider from my writing archive. It is old and was written multiple years ago. Since then my writing has much improved. You may also find beliefs that are since outdated or other scenes that feel childish. Please note that this is not a full reflection of my personality or writing to this day. 

I decided to re-release this fanfic just for fun. It is the first and so far only full-length story I have ever written. To this day it remains unfinished. The last chapter I believe references the sequel. Only a few chapters of it were published and are not enclosed in this fanfic. 

Many times I have revisited this story and made edits. So many times that I hope the grammar is somewhat correct. I have many ideas for the story, but it is a large project that would need serious concentration to work on. If I ever do rewrite the story and finally finish it, I will make a note of that here. 

This story has always been something I've thought of. Please enjoy and feel free to leave a comment and kudos! Sticking to one project is my fatal flaw, but who knows? Maybe one day this story will have the ending it deserves. After all, I have already drafted it out...
