Work Text:
Cove and Y/N had been friends since they were eight years old. They did everything together, from playing at recess to sitting next to each other in class. As they grew up, their friendship blossomed into something more but they were too young to understand what it meant.
Their teachers, Ms. Davis and Mr. Johnson couldn't help but notice how Cove and Y/N would always sit together during class, and how they would smile and giggle whenever they talked to each other. They thought it was the cutest thing, and they would often comment on how they were such good friends.
One day, during recess, Ms. Davis and Mr. Johnson were watching the students play. They noticed that Cove and Y/N were standing off to the side, talking and laughing. They both had huge smiles on their faces, and it was obvious that they were enjoying each other's company.
"Look at those two," Ms. Davis said, pointing to Cove and Y/N.
"They're so adorable. I bet they'll be best friends forever."
Mr. Johnson nodded in agreement. "I wouldn't be surprised if they ended up dating someday," he said with a smile.
Ms. Davis and Mr. Johnson continued to watch Cove and Y/N, and they couldn't help but feel happy for them. They both knew that Cove and Y/N had a special bond that was rare to find, even in elementary school.
Years later, when Cove and Y/N looked back on their childhood, they would remember their crushes on each other and how their teachers had noticed it all. They would always feel grateful for Ms.Davis and Mr. Johnson, who had recognized their special connection before they even knew what it meant.

It had been years since Ms. Davis and Mr. Johnson had seen Cove and Y/N, but they still thought about them from time to time. They wondered what kind of adults they had grown up to be, and if they were still friends.
One day, while scrolling through Facebook, Ms. Davis came across a post that caught her eye. It was a picture of Cove and Y/N, and they were standing in front of a beautiful sunset with their arms wrapped around each other. The caption read, "I can't believe I get to spend the rest of my life with my best friend. I love you, Cove."
Ms. Davis's heart swelled with happiness. She couldn't believe that Cove and Y/N had gotten married! She immediately shared the post with Mr. Johnson, and they both spent the next hour looking through Cove and Y/N's Facebook profiles.
As they scrolled through the pictures, they couldn't help but smile. Cove and Y/N looked so happy together, and they seemed to be living an amazing life. They had both graduated from college, travelled the world, and started successful careers. Ms. Davis and Mr. Johnson felt proud of them, like proud parents watching their children succeed.
Eventually, Ms. Davis and Mr. Johnson reached out to Cove and Y/N on Facebook. They congratulated them on their marriage and told them how happy they were to see that they were still friends after all these years.
Cove and Y/N were touched by the message. They replied back, telling Ms. Davis and Mr. Johnson how much they had meant to them when they were younger, and how they had helped shape their friendship. They also promised to keep in touch, and to visit them if they were ever in town.
From that day forward, Ms. Davis and Mr. Johnson felt even more connected to Cove and Y/N. They were thrilled to see that their former students had found love and happiness, and they were grateful for social media, which had allowed them to reconnect after all these years.

It had been years since Cove and Y/N had graduated high school, but their former classmates still talked about them. They were the quintessential high school sweethearts, and everyone knew that they had been together since middle school. Some people even joked that they were destined to be together.
As they looked back on their time in school, their former classmates couldn't help but smile at the memories they had of Cove and Y/N. They had always been so sweet and kind to each other, even when they were just kids. They would sit next to each other in class and pass notes back and forth, giggling like they had some sort of secret.
But as they got older, their relationship became more serious. They were always there for each other, through the good times and the bad. Whenever one of them had a problem, the other was there to listen and offer support. It was clear to everyone that they had something special.
Looking back, their former classmates couldn't help but feel a little envious of Cove and Y/N's relationship. They had been together for so long, and they seemed to have a bond that was unbreakable.
Some of them had gone through multiple relationships since high school, but Cove and Y/N had stayed together through it all.
But despite their envy, their former classmates were happy for Cove and Y/N. They knew that they were meant to be together, and they were grateful to have witnessed their love story. They knew that they had something special, and they hoped that they would be just as lucky in their own relationships.
