It is a known fact that Piers Nivans is a very jealous man, and one thing not to do is to hit on his boyfriend Chris Redfield. Typically a quiet and reserved man who speaks more with his facial expressions, turns into a quick witted snappy one liners that leave the victim speechless and to scurry away. It just so happen, this new Secretary was about to learn the hard way…
It was a relatively quiet day on base, most people were out celebrating with friends and family, only a few remained working in the massive building.
“Morning Mr. Nivans!” Glenda White (idk names blame PuppyPiers69 for Glenda), the new secretary at the head entrance greeted as he walked in.
“Morning” he muttered. It was only her second week but he didn’t like her already. Her perkiness every time Chris would walk in or by her, the way she would throw herself in front of him like a dying fish in search of water. She was desperate for attention and it pissed him off, but he was warned multiple times by his higher ups to lose the attitude.
“Piers!” A woman voice yelled from behind. He turned around to see Jill Valentine running full speed towards him. He smiled at her, she too once was a victim of his jealousness but she quickly and forcibly shut his suspicions about her feelings towards one of her oldest friends. So they quickly bonded over their different types of love towards Chris and became best of friends.
“Morning Jill, thought you were heading out to visit Carlos’s parents?” He asked, giving her a quick hug.
“We had to reschedule the flight, Carlos got sent out for a quick recon. But that’s exactly what I wanted to talk to you about actually.” She said smiling.
“What can I help with?” He questioned.
“Well with Claire being down and Rebecca still on base, I was thinking of having a little easter dinner with everyone. It’s been ages since I’ve seen Claire, it would be nice to have a big reunion too, it’s been too long. Of course you’re needed too, nothing to big obviously, you know us with big parties.” She laughed.
“So where do you need my help exactly?” He laughed, wondering what her point was exactly.
“Oh well, I just wanted to know if you had any plans tonight with Chris?” She asked.
“I was thinking of having a nice dinner but I’m sure this would be fun for everyone.” He smiled “I’ll let him know we have somewhere to be. What time you thinking?”
“7pm? Not too late but not too early.”
“That sounds good to me, still can have some alone time with him.” He said shyly, a small blush quickly glazing his cheeks.
“Oh i’m sure you’ll be having a great time mr” She laughed, nudging him in the shoulder.
“OH Mr.Redfield! How cute you look!” Glenda yelled, getting the duos attention.
“Oh.. ugh… thank you Glenda..” Chris stuttered, blushing a bit. The man was in fact adorable, he was wearing a pastel purple sweater with a cute little bunny in the middle that Claire had bought him before coming down. Not to mention the bunny ears he had on his head. It was definitely a sight to see.
“You think he’s cute now? He was looking even better last night in those ears.” Piers said, causing the older man to blush intensely, Jill to burst out laughing and a very shocked Glenda to stammer away apologizing.
“Morning babe, nice to see you dressed up for the occasion.” He whispered, giving the man a short kiss before grabbing his hand and leading him away with Jill quickly following behind laughing.
