Mizuena
- Whenever Mizuki gets their paycheck, the first thing they do is invite Ena on a date where they spoil her with food and/or clothes
- Mizuki loves when Ena plays with their hair. They’ll bring a brush and accessories over to her house just to have Ena do it.
- Akito is constantly being bombarded when it comes to their relationship. Mizuki will always ask him for advice on things that Ena likes while Ena will ask him stuff like, “Does this outfit look okay?” before heading off to a date.
- Mizuki is the big spoon while Ena is the little spoon
- Ena’s mom loves Mizuki and thinks they’re a good influence on her daughter, changing her mental health for the better. Mizuki thinks she’s a great mother in turn.
- However, they’re scared of Shinei. They met him twice, but always tense up at the mention of him.
- Mizuki made cheesecake with the help of Airi just so they could give it to Ena as a gift.
- Ena actually really likes mushrooms. She’s in utter disbelief that it’s Mizuki’s least favorite food so she’ll try to force them to eat it sometimes.
- Akito was the first person to know that Ena was in love with Mizuki.
- An was always available to give Mizuki relationship advice when them and Ena first started dating.
- Ena has never met Mizuki’s sister, but she really wants to. She’s really nervous to do so, however, as she knows how important she is to them.
- Before dating, Ena would go to the Empty Sekai and rant to Rin about how she really wants to be with Mizuki.
- She was doing that so frequently that all the Virtual Singers caught wind of it. Kaito eventually told her that she needed to confess her feelings since nothing was going to come out of complaining about it 24/7. Ena and Mizuki started dating after that.
- Mizuki realized they had fallen in love with Ena during the ’What’s on Your Mind? Exciting Picnic!’ event. They always had a crush on her, even before the main story took place.
- Ena didn’t realize she had a crush on Mizuki until the ‘Carnation Recollection’ event. She had the feelings of a crush around the ‘What’s on Your Mind? Exciting Picnic!’ event but didn’t quite understand what they were. A couple of weeks after the rooftop conversation, she realized she actually loved them.
- Mizuki fell first, Ena fell harder.
- Mizuki didn’t share their secret until 2 months after they started dating. Most importantly, they shared it on their own terms.
- Ena and Mizuki plan on adopting a cat when they get older.
- Mizuki is always the first like and comment whenever Ena posts on social media.
- Mizuki forced Ena to play Genshin Impact. She eventually was just as into it as they were. Now they play co-op together nonstop. Mizuki mains Hu Tao, Ena mains Itto
- Mizuki has ADHD while Ena has AuDHD.
- They both go to karaoke dates on occasion. Both say it’s to help practice their singing as well as to work on harmonies, but it’s actually to just listen to each other sing.
- They have an Animal Crossing Island that has long since been abandoned.
- Ena is extremely ticklish. Mizuki being Mizuki takes advantage of this quite frequently
- Sometimes after Mizuki’s shifts are over, Ena will surprise them with a drink, accessory, or article of clothing
- The first thing Mizuki said when they met Shinei for the first time was, “What’s up, pops?” out of pure panic, as they didn’t know what else to say.
- Shinei doesn’t like Mizuki
- Mizuki’s parents like Ena
- Shinei didn’t know Mizuki and Ena were dating until months into their relationship. Ms. Shinonome knew from the very beginning, however.
- Ena and Mizuki are always gifting each other items. Their love language is Receiving Gifts.
- They cuddle a lot. A whole lot.
- When they wake up after a sleepover, Mizuki is always the first to wake up. They won’t move though, gently staring at Ena as the watch her chest rise and fall. If they need to wake her up, they softly say her name whilst placing gentle kisses all over her face.
- They don’t really get into major fights. There’s the occasional sarcastic bickering, but they tend to see eye to eye on most things.
- Ena used to be jealous of An. She hated the idea that Mizuki was spending time with another girl. This was before they started dating though, so she felt a little silly for being so possessive. When she learned about An’s relationship with Kohane, she felt embarrassed for even thinking such thoughts.
Ena
- Half filipino. Very detached from the culture, though she loves lumpia.
- An is also filipino and will call Ena ate* sometimes.
- Ena likes all types of pancakes, but her personal favorite is chocolate chip.
- She helps Futaba with her homework sometimes despite not being that great of a student herself.
- Speaking of school, she doesn’t have the best grades. Ena has one A while everything else is B’s and C’s.
- Her favorite Pokémon is Snorlax
- Her favorite Sanrio character is Cinnamoroll
- Ena came out as a lesbian randomly in the middle of dinner in the 7th grade. Shinei wasn’t there for it though.
- Ena was a daddy’s girl. All she ever wanted to do was make her father proud. She idolized him and put him on a pedestal for so long that when he told her she had no talent, it crushed her more than anything in the world. (This is canon but some people don’t know that lol)
- Ena’s first kiss was Airi. They agreed to kiss just for the fun of it and neither liked it. They agreed that it would stay between them forever. Ena and Airi never adressed it after middle school ended.
- She used to have a crush on Kanade. It was very minor and only lasted for a whole month. (Around the time the Main Story took place)
- Lesbian
- Tries to attend all of More More Jump!’s lives (as long as they’re streaming while she’s awake)
- Doesn’t really like Rui, but recognizes that he is a good friend to Mizuki and gets along with him for their sake.
- When Ena started making her braid a part of her signature hairstyle, it was all lopsided and clunky. There were flyaways everywhere. Akito helped fix it for her.
- She likes Toya and hopes that Akito doesn’t mess things up with him. She loves that he found himself a good friend circle
- Additionally, Ena feels proud of Akito’s accomplishments with singing. Mostly because it was her idea, of course
- She teases Akito about Toya all the time wondering if they’ll ever start dating
- Ena is a huge fan of Kohane. Her interest was first peaked when she heard Akito had 2 girls in his circle. Eventually, she got to see her perform in the Fan Festa. She was starstruck immediately, thinking she was the cutest thing ever. Ena has yet to hold an actual conversation with the girl much to her disappointment.
- She’s always pestering Mizuki about if she can ever meet Kohane. She’s even asked An a few times if it would be possible.
- When Ena first found out about the 2 girls in VBS, she felt very curious. Since Akito wouldn’t tell her anything, she tried to do some research about the group and Weekend Garage, trying to find the name of the location. She failed.
- Minori is her cousin from her mom’s side
- She’s very grateful for Honami. She recognizes that without her, Kanade wouldn’t be in a good place and likely would have ‘disappeared’ if she wasn’t in the picture.
Mizuki
- They want to be a cosplayer. Not full time, just something to do for fun
- Lesbian
- A hopeless romantic. They like to think about what their future with Ena would look like.
- An and Akito are their biggest defenders when it comes to their school bullies. Akito even got in a physical altercation once landing him in detention.
- Would steal their sisters clothes when they were younger, performing fashion shows for their mirror and dolls.
- Frequently gets their eyelashes done
- Got super jealous when finding out Minori was Ena’s cousin (but also super happy)
- (This one’s popular ik) but An and Mizuki swapping ties!!! I love this headcanon so much I even wrote about it!
- Both of their parents are highly supportive of them. They’re very good parents.
- Mizuki started their editing hobby with anime edits. They eventually experimented with different styles later on
- When Mizuki first started growing out their hair, they sprayed rice water on it every night after hearing it make their hair grow faster. Seems like it worked.
- Gets super possessive, but doesn’t really say anything about it. When random, creepy dudes catcall Ena, they just shoot a death glare without letting out a peep.
- Loves styling Luka’s hair. They hope they can grow out their hair to be as long as hers someday.
- Always has their nails painted. Mizuki will have them a different color based on what outfit they are wearing
- Loves strawberry flavored foods
- Only started calling Akito ‘otouto-kun’ as a joke since they had feelings for Ena. They just went with it ever since
- Has made outfits for More More Jump before
- Super invested in American culture and learned a little bit of English just in case they ever went to the US.
- Comes from a fairly affluent family.
- Mizuki’s parents helped makeover their room once they started embracing their new identity. They all got into a paint fight whilst doing so.
- Is very interested in seeing how the Virtual Singers react to different foods. They bring in various snacks for them to try every week
- Will secretly clip tiny bows in Len’s ponytail when he isn’t looking
- Tries to do their very best to make sure Mafuyu feels included. They see a bit of themselves within her.
- When An and Mizuki talk during lunch, the topic of conversation is Kohane 80% of the time
- Used to have feelings for Rui in middle school. They went away once he moved on to high school. Turns out, however, it was comphet the whole time.
- Always sewing new outfits for Ena. They think she can pull off any look.
