Chapter Text
"I'm not sure I understand?" Dazai spoke up.
"Allowing Outsiders into Yokohama will not go well." Kyouka stated.
"I agree. Letting sixteen year olds who have no idea what's going on will be catastrophic." Kunikida said. Kenji was still processing what Fukuzawa just said, as well as Atsushi. Ranpo on the other hand looked bored.
"I understand your concerns for the children. Nedzu, a friend of mine, wanted a class of UA to experience what Yokohama was like. As outside, there is only 'Good' and 'Evil'; 'Black' and 'White'. Here you can consider it 'Morally Gray'."
Atsushi, who snapped out of his trance, spoke up.
"Excuse me." Everyone turned to face Atsushi. "I don't mean to interupt but the students are essentially going in blind; They don't know what to do or who to avoid. I also know that the Port Mafia wouldn't allow them to even set foot into Yokohama." Everyone turned back to Fukuzawa.
"I understand your concern Nakajima-kun, but I had already thought of this. When the students set foot onto the bus that will take them here, they are not to bring harm to the students, as long as the students are to not use their Quirks. If they have Quirks that have mutations they are to cover them the best to their abilities. For example: if a student has extra limbs and they can retract them, they are to do so. If another student's skin is a different color they have to wear make-up to hide their skin. Another part of it is to warn the students about this and teach them a little bit about how Yokohama works. I will send 2 people to go and so will Mori-san. If you have any other concerns and/or questions tell me now."
"Whom are you going to send?" Tanizaki inquired.
"I decided on Nakajima-kun and Dazai-kun; Mori-san informed me that Akutagawa-kun and Nakahara-kun are whom he'll be sending. Dress in normal clothes; the four of you will meet outside the agency at 7:00 am tomorrow. You all are dismissed."
-The Next Day-
Akutagawa and Chuuya pulled up in front of the agency. They parked their car and motorcycle, waiting for their fiance and husband to walk out of the agency. Akutagawa was wearing a Metallica tank top with a black leather jacket (finger-less gloves included), black skinny jeans, and black Vans high tops. He was also wearing sun-glasses and silver cross earings. Chuuya was wearing a black turtle neck shirt peeking out beneath his dark orange hoodie, ripped black jeans, black military boots, and his signature hat and gloves. Dazai and Atsushi strolled outside where their partners were waiting. Dazai was wearing denim jeans, a star wars shirt with his signature coat. Atsushi was wearing a oversized yellow sweater, white skinny jeans and his gloves. Dazai joined his husband on the motorcycle and Atsushi joined his fiance in the car. Chuuya was going to follow Akutagawa as Akutagawa can turn on the GPS and hear it better than Chuuya. With that they made their way to UA.
When they got there they had to use special cards Fukuzawa had given them. They parked their vehicles and made their way to the entrance. Shin Soukoku hooked their arms together while they walked and Soukoku were holding hands. The mafiosos kept a neutral face while the detectives' were smiling. They walked to the principal's office to get to the class they were supposed to brief about Yokohama.
When they got to the class they saw "normal" people and mutants.
"Good morning Class 1-A!" "Good morning Nedzu-Kouchou!" (Kouchou is the Japanese honorific for headmaster/principal.)
"I have come here to tell you about a field trip you're going on!" Whispers were soon heard before Nedzu cleared his throat to catch their attention.
"Now Class you're going on a field trip to Yokohama!" Silence filled the class for a moment.
"EEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHH???????!!!!!!!"
The students were shocked at what their principal had just said.
"Sir! With all due respect! Don't Villians run the city?!"
"Quiet!" Aziawa yelled giving his signature glare towards the class.
"As I was about to say, these four come from Yokohama; they've come to tell you about what to do and what not to do in Yokohama to ensure that you can be safe!" Nedzu hopped off the desk and stood next to Aziawa.
"Hello there! My name is Nakajima Atsushi! These are my friends Dazai Osamu, Nakahara Chuuya, and Akutagawa Ryuunosuke! To start off, What do you know about Yokohama?" A few hands were raised. "Guy with the blue hair and the glasses!"
The student stood up. "My name is Iida Tenya; class representitive! After the appearance of Quirks, Yokohama announced independence from Japan. Due to the chaos and panic brought by Quirks, the Japanese government wasn't able to send out enough people to control Yokohama. After they became independent, rumors were that Villians run the city, Heros cannot enter to help, and the citizens are miserable." The student sat back down.
Akutagawa and Chuuya looked like they were gonna pop a vein. Atsushi was trying to calm Akutagawa down. Dazai slinked an arm around Chuuya's waist and rubbed small circles into the small waist.
"Let's get one thing straight." Akutagawa started.
"Things like 'Heros' and 'Villians' do not exist in Yokohama. I'll put it to you like this. Your world is 'Black' and 'White'. 'Good' people are incapable of doing 'Evil', and 'Evil' people are incapable of doing 'Good'. Our world is 'Morally Gray'. People who might steal, might have families to feed and they can't make much money. People who become 'Heros' for fame, don't listen to the other side of things." Chuuya said glaring at the class.
"Take me for example! I was starving for awhile after being kicked out of the orphanage I grew up in. I was so desperate I was planning to pick-pocket someone for some money to survive. Despite being hungry, I saw a man drowning in a river, and saved him." Dazai smirked and continued.
"What's morally wrong might be lawfully right, but what's morally right might be lawfully wrong."
The students were quiet and processing the information told to them.
"Alright listen up!" Chuuya shouted wanting to get out of there as soon as possible. "Time to explain something. Although, the majority of Yokohama is 'Quirkless'; there are people with supernatural powers. Such as myself, Osamu, Atsushi, and Ryuunosuke. They are called Abilities-"
"Yeah right!" a blond student with red eyes spat.
"You're testing my patience young man..." Dazai took his hand off of his husband's waist. A red hue glowed around Chuuya.
"Listen to us or you'll never survivE A SECOND OUT IN YOKOHAMA!" The ginger was furious. Bloodlust in his eyes. The class paled.
"Chuuya, Calm down" Dazai grabbed Chuuya's wrist. A blue light flashed around Chuuya for a second.
"Chuuya-san, Dazai-san if you wish, you may wait outside of the classroom. Atsushi and I can take it from here." Akutagawa said. Dazai nodded
"If you should need us you know where to find us." With that Soukoku left the room.
"Let's make this quick." Akutagawa said. "Abilitys' and Quirks' aren't the same. Quirks come from DNA. Abilitys don't. They come from the soul. Quirks are passed down from generation to generation. Abilitys are random. For example, my sister doesn't have an Ability and I do. Abilitys are far more dangerous than any Quirk is. You should always be careful with who you talk to in Yokohama; you never know if someone is from the Port Mafia, the Guild, Rats in the House of the Dead, or Decay of the Angels. There are many criminals in Yokohama that blend in with normal citizens, police, hell even in the government. You will leave behind any electronic devices, and to bring things that might help some of you look somewhat 'normal'. You aren't allowed to use your Quirks under ANY circumstances. Failure to follow these simple rules you will be dealt with swiftly and quickly. Any questions?"
He was met with silence.
"Good."
"Nedzu, may we finalize things in your office?" Atsushi smiled awkwardly. Nedzu nodded and strolled out of the room; Shin Soukoku tailing behind.
'What the hell was Boss thinking allowing these children into Yokohama?'
