"YOU PUPPET! Where have you taken Ei." The fear in Miko's demand was simple to hear, if you understood the way her mind and thoughts work.
"The electro archon is now gone. I am the new archon of eternity now. She has become MY shadow now, just as she was Makoto's," The puppet, the Raiden Shogun, stated infront of all who knew of the electro archon's existence in Inazuma. The traveler, holding a blade of the wishes of Yae Miko, the one who knew Ei long ago, when she was still the protector of Makoto, shadow of Makoto, the original electro archon. About to strike, the Raiden Shogun puppet raises her own blade to attack the Traveler, Miko, and Paimon.
"It seems as my shadow has refused to learn her place..." The puppet announced to all present at the scene. The cries of the people of Inazuma became louder and clearer the more Raiden Shogun spoke, a clear voice reassured the people to signal them that all will be fine. And not to worry any longer.
"I, Raiden Ei shall not be a shadow to one who does not put their people first. You, the Raiden Shogun, my puppet, is unworthy to obtain the title of "The Electro Archon" as Makoto always put her nation before all else."
"I do not care about Makoto, the original electro archon and her reign," The Raiden Shogun said. "You do not deserve to be the archon of Inazuma. You have done nothing to protect the people either."
"You are right, I understand your point, but I will try harder to be just as good as Makoto," Ei spoke softly to her own creation who is trying to take the position of the electro archon. Drawing her own blade, "Traveler, you don't need to help me I will settle this myself. Do not worry about me."
"Ei!"
"Don't worry Paimon. I know she'll come back to Inazuma to protect her people," Miko claimed, convinced that Ei would always come back to Inazuma no matter what.
In Ei's consciousness the battle between puppet and master began. The speed of the puppet was easily matched by her master.
Breaking the silence between the two, "You have no need to continue our battle, Raiden shogun. You no longer need to be my face."
"There is no need for the younger sister of Makoto to be archon. I will be the person to save Inazuma, not someone who made a puppet that ends up ruining the world." The sounds of blades clashing against each other didn't stop even while they traded opinions of each other.
"Will Ei really make it back Miko?"
"Ei will always come back to the people she loves. She'll never let them go," Miko usually said things with a poisonous look in her eyes but this time she was sincere with what she meant. "Ei wouldn't leave us ever."
In Ei's domain there will be one winner and one loser. One shadow, one face. One puppet, one archon.
With the commotion at Narukami Island many came from the mountains, including Kamisato Ayaka with her brother. "Ayato? What would've caused such trouble?"
"The Raiden Shogun and the electro archon. It seems that the archon we have become familiar with is actually a puppet controlled by the real electro archon." Ayaka stared at her brother in shock.
"Puppet?..." Ayaka whispered to herself.
In the duel for the title of Electro Archon, the Raiden Shogun's pace starts to slow down. Ei's blade didn't slow for a single second for the pupper to be able to strike.
"I shall win this battle and you will become my shadow Raiden." Ei's swift and strong movements didn't slow even after announcing what she would get if she would win the battle.
Hours, and hours, later outside of Ei's domain, fear had grown in Yae Miko. Yae Miko questioned if her friend Ei would actually come back or if she had died or truely become the Raiden's shadow.
"Miko.." Yae Miko turned her head quickly to find Ei standing in front of her. "Miko, Raiden is now my shadow. She'll help me while I try to be a better archon for all of Inazuma..." Ei spoke in a soft calm voice as she sensed Miko's fear in losing her forever. Miko leaped into Ei's arms.
"You tried to scare me didn't you?" Miko hadn't lost someone important to her again.
"Well, it seems like our archon has won, Ayaka."
