The smell of coffee was brewing through the air.
Some pancakes too.
It was a nice day in Bythrone County, it was quite early in the morning. Though, the sun has already half risen.
Jonah went downstairs sleepily, his eyes still droopy and small. He rubbed his eyes and tried to adjust his vision.
All he could focus right now was the sweet amazing, scrumptious smell of breakfast through the air.
"Ah! Jonah! You're awoken! Finally, I've been waiting for an eternity!" Sarah said optimisticly, not looking up from the pan that consists of pancakes.
Jonah couldn't focus much, but he could see the brunette smiling ear to ear.
The smile that he most definitely liked to see as the days go by.
He really enjoyed Sarah's company, whether negative, positive or not.
He would be there and would most definitely enjoy it.
Jonah nodded slowly, he came closer to Sarah, sluggishly with his slow and tired movements, and his messy hair everywhere, wanting to observing on what she's doing. Closer than his past reach.
"Breakfast, it looks amazing." He complimented, that earned a small chuckle from the brunette.
"Why, thank you!" She smiled softly, she turned her attention towards him.
Sarah was almost two metres tall, Jonah too, but Sarah was taller.
Not that he minded that much, he liked it when a woman was better at him atleast one thing.
Is that a type or something? Don't know.
Jonah was no means for hungry at that moment, especially when he had just woken up from a long slumber.
"How was your rest? Slept well just now?" She said with a gentle smile that was plastered on her face.
Jonah nodded slowly, "yeah, it was nice." He weakly smile.
He looked at her.
He loved and adored everything about her. Head to toe.
From her soft, silky smooth hair to her petite small feet.
It was early in the morning yet she had already put on her lipstick.
Her hair was tied in a messy bun to match the early morning attire.
Jonah didn't understand how a person could ever be so perfect all the time.
It was as if she was a real life angel.
Just, less terrifying.
"You look nice today." The boy complimented again once more. Sarah's eyes slightly widened at the statement, she smiled afterwards.
"Thank you, you look adorable too."
She chuckled softly.
Jonah's face turned cherry pink. He actually didn't believe that she said that to him.
He shook his head and looked at the other direction.
"T-thanks .."
'I hope we could be more than friends... Or coworkers..'
