"So why did you make me come back to mentor in the second season? I thought you didn't care for anyone here."
"Don't paint me as someone completely heartless. You and I both have made memories at this camp... Even I can't help but get attached."
"It's strange. Watching everything going down, that is, and not being able to interfere as much as I'd like. Is this how you felt Cee?"
"Sort of. I mean, don't you really just want to... (What's the word-phrase?) prevent the new contestants from repeating the same mistakes as you? It's obvious when they fumble and it's just annoying.
"I guess? I'm not as much as a control freak as you were (-still are if I'm being completely honest). I'm just glad my mentees are doing good. Hopefully, they aren't too stressed about the competition."
"I'm sure they'll be fine. The most you'll have to worry about are the ones who are dating the houseplant."
"They're what."
"Dating the houseplant the host got. I'm pretty sure it's some alien plant he stole from who-knows-where."
"I'd like to ignore the fact a houseplant pulls more than me- Um, anyways, speaking of aliens, and by extension space, how did Ruby even afford to bring so many people to space?"
"I have no clue. Although I've been eavesdropping. (What? I can't help it!) Apparently he's stealing funds from you?"
"No way! I don't even have a legitimate ID, and even with that I still haven't opened up an actual bank account. Must be some other person who goes by Dump Cake."
"Pff yeah, there's no way he's getting funds from someone who doesn't legally exist. Although what are the chances he's getting funds from another Dump Cake? And one that can afford going to space 20-something times over?"
"Well I'm not sure but it's not like I can ask him about that... Although that's really weird, he probably would've noticed that that (God, I hate the English language) Dump Cake probably doesn't resemble me."
"Maybe he's just an idiot, you ever thought about that? Whatever it doesn't even matter."
"Yeah you're right. So, I've been talking to Ge-"
