Work Text:
~ Long Ago, As in Weeks Ago
There was an unknown village where five powerful, hideous witches, each of whom had elements of Earth (Petra), Flamma (Fire), Lorelei (Water), Aura (Air), and Melas (Spirit), attacked and murdered women except for the ugly ones, as they hated beautiful women, viewing them as sluts and anything full of beauty. These witches run on the morality of ugly being good and beauty being evil.
The witches vowed to destroy their village in three days. Desperate, the village mayor asked a demon for help. The monster took the form of an imp with tiger stripes, eyes that didn't match the color of a scar on his right eye, and horns on his head that looked like candy corn.
The Mayor asked for the imp's help. At first, the demon ignored them but told him the witches from the forest caused it. The devil asked how many were there, and the village said five. Then, if they were elemental, the Mayor said yes. And if they were repulsive looking, would a Gorgon turn to stone at their sight? The Mayor was the last one to say yes.
Realizing who they are, the imp only helps the villager, as those witches screwed with him. He lost 16 dollars and 12 cents. He orders the guy to get him ingredients, the opposite of the peddler's disguise from a book he got from a magic mirror.
Hibiscus leaves to freshen the skin and lighten clothes; White of Day makes them sound youthful; A Young Maiden Laugh brightens their hair; Surprise of Joy brings joy. He gave the ingredients to the imp, who started making the potion; the last thing to do was for the storm to mix the potion well and for a lightning bolt to add the finishing touch.
He tells the Mayor to put the potion in the witch's cauldron. He asked how he got those ingredients, but the tiger-striped gremlin told him to piss off and get to the witch's hideout.
The witches focused on finding ingredients to their full power as the Mayor managed to get to their unguarded coven in the woods. They never thought anyone would be brave enough to enter their lair, so they had no defensives. He put the tonic in the cauldron and was forced into hiding under the stairs just as the evil witches entered their home. They drank from their pot to replenish their strength, each laughing maniacally. Then, in a second, they started to whine in agony and pain as the brew began to kick in.
The Fire Witch looked at her wrinkled hands, becoming soft and youthful. Her back cracked upward, and her chest expanded. The Air witch's hair changed from grayish-yellow to pure blonde, and her teeth started rearranging as they became less crooked, from yellow to pure white. The Earth's muscles started deflating as her body got thinner and shrank. As it looked like she was melting. The Water witch's body becomes curvy as her skin becomes softer, causing her intense pain, which causes her to go down on all four, but with her butt in the air, which starts to expand so massively that it rips the fabric.
They were screaming in pain as the purple witch's face melted away to the floor; when she raised her face, it was that of a youthful woman but with pure white fangs. Then all the fat in her gut went up, pushing up her body, causing her to fall on her back, where the fat's destination made them into a pair of firm breasts. The rest of their transformations fade as their crackling old voices become youthful.
When the transformation stops, the witches get up, look at each other, and then look inside the pot to see their reflections. Much to their horror, their bodies have changed to those of the women they killed. The witches look at each other and scream, causing the villagers to run off his hiding spot and leave their cottage. The witches go after him, believing he caused their transformation. They chase him to the village, losing their clothes and getting covered in mud.
Melas (the purple witch) manages to catch her. When they arrive, the villagers think the witches are the lost women and take them in. Melas and her coven move into the village, where they murder the women. The fact that they look like the wives of the men they kill eventually leads to them living with them. After a few weeks there, Mela tries to change them back to their "beautiful" selves, only for their fabrics to change. Symbols of their elements appear, and then their robes disintegrate as they become shining silhouettes, and sailor fuku instantly appears on their bodies. When a skirt or all costumes appear, the shine on her skin disappears, and she makes some graceful moves. Her face gets closer while the jewelry and makeup magically appear on all of them. The other witches were mad at Melas and had to spend their new lives in the same village they once terrorized.
The End.
