The moon has its light thanks to the sun, In the same way that the Sun illuminates Earth, the Moon reflects the Sun's light.
The sun is always bright and lights up everyone's day, and that's what they say about the Avatar Of Greed; Mammon, even though he sometimes annoy people there's no doubt he lights up one's day in a bad and/or good way.
Even though he's a scum, scamming demon, he has a charm, he's good with people and knows how to lighten the mood.
One day he met with a human he was forced to "babysit" because of a student exchange program, Mammon lowkey hate humans but he couldn't say no to what Lucifer orders him to, so he was stuck with the human.
He always thought that the human was annoying, stupid and somehow similar to Leviathan personality wise or the fact that they have a stupid name: y/n.
When the human first arrive they of course is scared and confused, so they limited their interactions with anyone, even with the brothers, angels and the demon king Diavolo himself.
Until they soften up due to the times they spent with Mammon, they started to adjust to the life in Devildom and started to get livelier and talked more witu everyone. They went shopping with Asmo, cooked with Beel and Belphie, went to a cat cafe with Satan and Solomon, baked with Luke and Simeon, often played games with Levi, tea party with Lucifer, Diavolo and Barbatos.
All that thanks to Mammon that convinced them that life in Devildom is not terrifying, and that the demons are quite nice.
Lucifer even complimented Mammon for it.
The time Mammon and y/n spent leads to a deeper connection between the two, not a friend connection or a bestfriend connection.
Apparently Mammon had taken a likinh to y/n, he never would've thought a HUMAN could make him blush just at the thought of them, Mammon was in denial at first "of course i wouldn't have a crush on someone like them, especially a human" he thought, he was wrong, so wrong, because he realized he had fallen in love with y/n, deeply.
He kept his feelings to himself but of course he couldn't hide the blush when ever the two meet eyes or when y/n complimented him, it was so obvious even Levi noticed and teased him. And Mammon of course keeps denying it until y/n accidentally confessed.
They were in the garden of rad after classes because they got punished for talking in class and late to class several times, they were told to sweep the area clean from leaves and stuff.
"aw man this sucks, why did Lucifer gave us this punishment" Mammon complained as he moves the broom in his hands back and forth "would you rather get hanged upside down?" y/n said
"you're right..." he said with a shiver thinking about it. "well at least we're together, i like it" y/n continues to sweep the leaves, Mammon blushed "you like being with me?" he asked
"yeah of course, i like you dummy" y/n said with a small laugh
"...you...you like me?" Mammon froze and stared at the human with a shocked yet relieved expression "what- i...." they made eye contact and their faces are as red as tomatoes at this point
"I- you- you know it then, i like you!" y/n said as they try to throw the subject away by sweeping the ground aggressively
"wait why'd ya never said it before? I thought it was one sided" Mammon approached y/n "i thought you noticed already, apparently not" they said avoiding eye contact with the demon.
So now they're dating, they didn't tell anyone and would often deny if asked but the people around them would suspect that they are.
One time in the tea party they usually have Solomon was invited to talk about the exchange programs "I'm really glad you became more out going y/n, i was worried when you first came in here, i guess Mammon was the right choise!" Diavolo spoke then he let out a small laugh "ah yes, i guess he is" they smiled
"you know you're becoming similar to Mammon now" Solomon said "what, as in i'm greedy for money or something?" they said with a laugh "(laughs) of course not, it's like..talking to you feels like talking with Mammon, maybe just me?" Solomon sips his tea "you're not alone, i feel it too." Lucifer said with a blank but smiling face (idk how to describe his weird usual face) "i guess it's because we hung out a lot" y/n sips their tea.

"hey, do you think y/n's dating anyone?" 'no doubt this is Asmo's voice, but who is he talking to?' y/n thought to himself as they hide themself before the door to the library
"who cares? It's not like i'm interested with them" 'it's Levi?' they thought
"well i am!, but haven't you noticed that Mammon and y/n are hanging out a lot lately?" Asmo said "well there's your answer" Levi replied "seriously? y/n with Mammon, why would they want him? Why would anyone want him?" Asmo crossed his arms before continuing "but like do you notice that y/n is similar to Mammon?" "what do you mean?" Levi asked "you know what I'm talking about, they say things Mammon do, acts like him too sometimes!" he explained
"oh hey y/n, why are you in the doorway?" 'nice timing, Luke' they thought "oh uh...i was searching for my book, yeah my magic book" y/n said
"oh Luke, i didn't know you were coming...and y/n" Levi greets them
"i was coming by to give you guys some cookies i made!" Luke held up a box of cookies "awe Luke how nice of you, we'll enjoy it" y/n said receiving the box from Luke.
