KONIG
SFW ALPHABET
A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)
It takes Konig a long time to grow close to anyone, and he is very hesitant in giving his affections. Once he is comfortable enough though, he is so keen on physical affection. He want to bury his face against his lover, shut out everything but them. He is the king of mindless touching, hands and lips always finding their way back to touch their lover. He also loves quality time with them, sitting with them as they both go about their own tasks.
B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)
Konig's best friend would be his partner, the person who hold his heart and his trust. He relies on them to feel safe and relaxed, only feeling true peace when he's alone with them. They make him laugh, and he does his best to do the same, and for him that’s all the friendship he could want.
C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
Konig cuddles like his partner is the most precious thing in the world. Like a stuffed animal, almost. He presses them to his chest, breathing into their hair and wrapping himself around them. He's a personal heater too, so all cuddles are a toasty affair. He will also positively melt if his lover holds him, his head in their lap or on their chest, keeping his close and making him feel small. If his partner will allow him, he will carry them with him, keeping them tucked to his chest and under his chin.
D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)
It takes him a while, but once he's sure he is with his lover forever he wants to make a home for the two of them. Somewhere in the countryside, surrounded by greenery and peace. When he has to be away it brings him peace to imagine them going about their daily routine in their home, safe and sound.
He is a bit clueless about domestic chores, he's lived on base for so long. He does his best, clumsily but he tries. He's a better cook, and loves to make dishes from his childhood for his partner when hes home.
E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)
He wouldn’t. He knows no happiness better than being with them, and they're his future, his only dream and goal.
F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)
Honestly it just doesn’t occur to him. He never imagined what a relationship like this would look like, feel like. But if his lover mentioned wanting to marry him he would be more than happy to oblige. He would want to shop for rings together, so they could have exactly what they wanted.
G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)
If you look up gentle giant in the dictionary you will see a picture of Konig. He is so tender, so loving in everything he does with his lover. He worries about his size and strength, and no matter how much his lover reassures him he wants to be careful. His voice is also soft, his words slow and reverent. Sometimes his voice is so soft they almost has to lean in to hear him, in those special tender moments.
H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)
Konig likes hugs a lot, he feels like he's holding his whole world in his arms when he holds his partner. He will wrap his arms around their back, caging them against him. He doesn’t hold them for too long, but if they still want to be close he will tuck them under his arm after.
I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)
Once he knew he would hold it, like a secret he isnt ready to share. It would slip out one evening he and his partner were together. He had told a joke, something so stupid it left them both in stitches, tears streaming as they giggled together uncontrollably. And he would blurt it out, and it would take a moment for it to register with his lover… kissing and laughing at the same time is fun, turns out.
J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)
Konig deals with some insecurities, but he rarely feels truly jealous. He has no doubt about his partners love for him, but he occasionally doubts that he is good enough for them. They will squash those feelings as soon as they realize. He just wants a reminder sometimes that they have eyes for him, and only him.
K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
Konig kisses are mostly soft, gentle presses of his lips to their. He just likes to feel them, reminding him how close they are. He finds so much intimacy in such a simple act. A well timed kiss can soothe his worried mind, a balm on any anxieties he may feel. Sometimes his kisses turn hungry, desperate for their breath in his mouth.
L = Little ones (How are they around children?)
Konig loves to be around kids, they're so happy and sweet. They never look at him weird beyond telling him he is very tall (he knows) and they like his mask. Then its right back to playing, and he will get down on their level to help make tea. He doesn’t particularly want kids of his own, unless his partner is insistent.
M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)
Getting Konig out of bed when he isnt working is a herculean task. The moments he can be warm and soft and cozy are too few and far between. And he will not hesitate to trap his loved under the covers with him, caging them in his arms and kissing them until they relax. Once they are both successfully out of bed hes big on breakfast, and he will very sleepily make enough for them both.
N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)
Konig likes to stay up late, playing video games or watching tv. He will fall asleep way too often, unless his partner makes him go to bed. He's the most cuddly at night too, wanting his lover in his lap while he plays games, explaining the story as they watch him play.
O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)
Konig is hesitant to share, its not that he doesn’t want to share… he just doesn’t want to burden his partner with sad things. He shares happy memories and funny details, but they would have to pry for anything more serious.
P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)
Konig is not an angry man outside of a mission. And never at home. Should an argument or situation arise where tempers are high or he feels aggravated he will take a break and go for a walk to clear his head while he finds the right words to say what he needs to say.
Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)
Konig remembers every detail. Its important to him, he wants to be able to remind his lover at any moment that they are his world. He also has a knack for remembering jokes he hears while he's away, and marathons them all over his first dinner back home.
R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)
The first time Konig takes his hood off in front of his partner he is unbelievably nervous. He steps out of the bathroom after his shower without it, his throat dry. When his lover looked at him and smiled he almost fainted, when they asked if it was okay if they could touch his face he was ready to cry. They were so tender with him, and he never wore it around them in private again.
S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)
If Konig could wrap his partner in bubble wrap he would. He would hate himself if something happened to them, and he does everything in his power to prevent that. Any time theyre out together he has their hand in his, or his arm around them (and he will be in heaven if they hold his arm as the two of them walk together). Sometimes though he just needs to be held, he needs to feel safe and protected as well.
T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)
Everything he does is for them, and he would move mountains to see them smile. He loves bringing them back little things when he returns from missions. He always cooks on special occasions, and makes something new for dessert every time. Hes a very accomplished baker!
U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)
Konig loves loong, hot showers, and he will use all the hot water in the mornings. He also drinks milk or juice straight out of the jug, and will put it back into the fridge with one sip left in it.
V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)
As long as he feels clean he does not care, most of the time he's under the hood anyways. At home he just wants to be comfortable. He will allow his partner to climb into his lap if they wish, and preen and do special skincare for him, or wash his hair in the shower.
W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)
Absolutely, his lover is his whole world. If he has to be away from them for a long period he turns withdraws into himself, becoming quieter and throwing himself into his work to distract him.
X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)
Konig is an avid gamer, either long franchises like Final Fantasy or Assassins Creed or cozy games, like Stardew Valley or Animal Crossing. He knows all the lore and fan theories, and keeps a notebook where he writes down strategies or maps.
Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)
Konig doesn’t like unnecessary destruction or violence. He doesn’t like selfish people.
Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)
Konig sleeps with his face pressed against something, a pillow or his lover or a stuffed animal. Sometimes his partner will worry he cant breathe, but he will tug them back against him in his sleep and go back to dream land.
