As the sun begin to set, the beautiful cat-like man with sleek black hair and piercing brown eyes, sauntered into the kitchen. His well knit boyfriend, a muscular man with a warm smile; was already busy chopping vegetables on the counter.
“You look really good in this shirt binnie.” He purred, wrapping his thin arms around his lovers waist. “You appear to like looking at my arms, so I thought I’d help you out.” The huffed out laugh vocalizing itself with a small stamper in his chest as he gave his partner a playful squeeze.
The two of them worked together seamlessly as they prepared dinner, each taking turns stirring the pot and seasoning the dish. Though Milk preferred watching Seung-bin do it so he could gaze at his lover. He liked watching his hair bounce when he nodded along when he tried to explain what traveling over the bridge was like. And Seung-bin liked noticing his lip curl over his chipped canine whenever he laughed at something he said. His boyfriend, a gentle soul. “Love?” Seung gently pat his lovers head to stir him out of his head. “You okay?”
Letting out a puff of air that ruffled his curtain bangs, reminding him that they’re a little overgrown, he moshed his slightly red cheeks as he let out a giggle that dismissed his lovers worry. “I just love you, but the food.” He premised, sliding pass his wall of a devotee to cut the cheese which his nimble fingers were perfect for, telling the older man that he should be careful with lifting the heavy pots.
As they cooked, they chatted about their day, occasionally stealing kisses and playful touches. Milk couldn’t prevent the purr that settled in his chest when Seung pushed past him and set his hands on his lower back, where his tail would be if he still had it. The sound only amplified when Seung let out a chuckle when he realized the effect he had on his boyfriend and leaned down to peck his nose before grabbing his hands and helping him set up the table.
Once dinner was ready they sat down next to each other, with Seung pulling out Milk’s chair for him because ‘He’s a gentleman’. They enjoyed the still and tranquil evening wrapped in each other in bed. Their favorite show on and so much love someone would suffocate if they were with them, But it didn’t matter because they had each other and that's all they needed.
They were lulled to sleep by the crickets chirping their melody, and the birds settling down for the night.
