Destroy the Summoners.
The Anti-Extra-terrestrial and otherworldly entity expeditionary force, an army created in the Year 2600 to destroy any forces that interferes and forces the residents of Earth to fight for them as so called heroes. With the advancement of human race in technology and discovery of psionic powers, travelling to other worlds are now become possible and humanity will use it to save the residents of the earth against the otherworldly barbarians.
Summary:
Year is 2600 and humanity achieved many things like the advancement in space flight, discovery and creation of FTL travel devices and methods, electronics, computer, nano, bio technology, aerospace, robotics and many more fields. Humans are now capable of colonizing several nearby earth-like planets, teleportation is now possible, growing back lost organs and parts of the body are possible, cancer is virtually gone, robots and nanotechnology made human work easier and faster. Biotechnology enabled humans to grow stronger, tastier and more pest resistant vegetables, fruits and lab grown meat is safe and convenient, even a photosynthetic human research is now undergoing to realize and with those advancements, hunger is now virtually non-existent.
With this advancements in civilian applications also came the military one, humans are now armed with rail, laser and plasma guns, missiles are more powerful, faster and more evasive than ever, powerful machines of war like tanks and bipedal robots are now more durable, reliable and now shielded with plasma technology. Planes are now more durable and armed with plasma cannons and almost never missing missiles, helicopters are now obsolete as turbine powered/rocket powered aerospace vehicles are now preferred.
Soldiers have now exoskeleton armoured suits and with combination of biotechnology, they became resistant to most poisons, pain, and can now grow organs back with the combination of nanotechnology but of course resurrection is still not achievable.
With the advancements of technology also came the discovery of the human hidden potential, the using of psionic powers of psychic power as others called it. This power was discovered in more than 500 hundred years ago in a laboratory in the United States that studied the supernatural and unusual on human beings. Psionic powers can be utilized by some humans and along with the combination of technology, they became a formidable force in the battlefield and a helpful one in practical aspects.
Humans in psionic powers are mostly employed in the computer and construction industries as alternative to robots for computing and building jobs. A human that can lift object using his mind can receive some of the highest salary in construction and in computing, since an awakened human mind has a faster computational power, they are employed in the computer industry as an alternative to supercomputers in complicated calculations and predictions but of course, those people are well compensated.
Others with psionic potentials are also employed in practical jobs that is usually paid at a higher price and well received by the society as they are considered as the next step of humankind to achieve higher being.
While humanity is advancing, of course, unusual phenomena happened. Since the early stages of mankind, there were reports and tales about being able to travel or cross to another world, others were summoned and were forced to fight in another world, and more. With the collected knowledge and studies conducted by the United Nations since its start from 1945, numerous incidents of these human loss due to supernatural abduction was carefully monitored but without any clue or knowledge to stop them what the UN can do is to collect reports.
In the early 21st century, the genre called isekai became one of the most popular genre in Japan due to the fact that many Japanese wanted to escape the miserable reality in their country due to overwork and pressure of the society. The stories of those ranging from heroes who became successful with harem to revenge gained also widespread popularity overseas as more people all over the world could relate.
With the popularity of Isekai, the UN investigated it and it turned out that some of the Isekai stories were true and with secret interview to the authors, they now have a clue in which world or worlds that most of the abducted. More interviews were conducted with many willing to give the information they have and some refused due to trauma or some sort of promise.
The collection of interviews revealed that the humans are always summoned mostly by another human Kingdom to fight as heroes against either the Demon Lord or another human Kingdom and it’s rare that some of the summoned became the demon lords themselves, also most the stories conclude that their summoners were mostly trying to betray them and they only escaped by means of reverse summoning obtained from forbidden libraries, ability to do so naturally or by them forcing the summoned to his or her world back.
It was concluded by the United Nations to set up a secret research about this so called Hero summoning and when earth became truly united by the 22nd century, more funds were allocated for the study and when FTL technology, along with dimensional portal technologies were created, a possible armed confrontation between Earth and other worlds are inevitable. By the start of 2600, Earth had more than a thousand worlds as colonies and can travel to one another via teleportation portal gates or by ships with FTL capability.
Back to the UN Investigation, by 2400 after the discovery and invention of portal travels, the former UN now the Earth Galactic Republic decided to create a special Bureau called Extra-terrestrial and Supernatural Special Bureau to investigate, compile and create plans to counter any kind of non-human beings or aliens as well as supernatural beings like ghosts, spectre and etc. Among the most prestigious in the Bureau are the investigation about the Hero summoning and by 2500, an armed branch was created called Anti-Hero Summoning Army, a secret branch of the Army to deal with the hero summoning.
With the creation of portals, satellite tracking device of unusual energy portals, spell analyser and supercomputer of compiled data of accounts and investigations and with psionics of humanity integrated with advanced AI, a possible traceability is now available, that is humanity can now go to those summoning back and forth from Earth to another world. Why only to earth? It was a strange phenomenon even though humanity possessed thousands of worlds, it was only reported that only people on earth were suddenly teleported to another one, that’s why the Anti-Hero summoning Army were mostly concentrated on earth with numbers of more than 30,000 all over earth, armed and ready to go.
As there were many possibilities that the people of another world could overpower the Army, the personnel were selected among the best and elite and with the best psionic potential that could cast attacks to counter magical beings of all sorts. All soldiers were equipped with special teleportation devices, some were heavily armoured and armed with advanced plasma rifles and pistols, the elites, armed with light metallic but very durable armour for greater flexibility and agility and those with psionic potentials were given heavy plasma shielding and cloaking technologies and usually served as commanders.
The Anti-Hero Summoning Army was usually sent to another world in a company formation (100 people) in which the composition as followed
- Regular Infantry (with bulky exosuit armed with plasma rifle).
- Heavy Infantry (with heavier exoskeleton armour and armed with either 12 mm 6 barrelled depleted uranium autocannon or with heavy laser cannon)
- Psionic cloaked sniper team (armed with 12 mm depleted uranium sniper rifle; with psionic capabilities to cast mind control and mind destroying spells, also armed with grenades and energy knife)
- Psionic Warriors (lightly armoured elite team armed with lighter plasma rifles and cannons, energy swords and pole-arms and with psionic powers of casting elemental spells (water, earth, fire, wind, ice, light, dark) and non-elemental ones like telekinetic spells; they are more heavily shielded by plasma shields)
- Medic team (Armed with nano-bio healing rays and kits for support)
- Advanced robotic assistance support (they were bulky robots of 2 meter height with treaded wheels and armed with 20 mm 8 barrelled autocannon in its left arm and a cryo-ray generator in its right arm; the other robot is also two meter walker armed with a plasma rifle and also have an energy based polearm)
- Heavy tank and mech support (as requested, the army could send tanks like the Type 69 tank, a dual 150 mm barrelled plasma cannon Main Battle tank also armed with four single barrelled plasma machine guns at its sides, front and top; they also send the advanced APC armed with 1 20 mm single barrelled rail-gun and lastly the 10 meter heavy mech walker that can float, fly, swim with great versatility and diverse array of weaponry, it was called the Paladin).
A company of soldiers was a necessity according to studies to maximize the chance to save all of the kidnapped people who were forcibly summoned, as the majority of the accounts by more than 89% said that they were forced to fight the so called demon lord or whatever country that is enemy. It was usual that human Kingdoms were the ones summoned the heroes with rare accounts of elves, demons or other races that summoned them. According to the accounts of the returned heroes, the majority of returned were by force as the world they saved in cannot fathom a human or group of humans from another world more powerful than them and according to them, once they returned, the majority of their powers diminished due to earth lacks on what they called mana energy, different from the earth psionics which was recently unlocked.
The Anti-Hero summoning Army tasked on protecting the whole of humanity against the otherworldly kidnappers and exploiters tested their first capability on the 4th of July 2589 in which a large group of students from the New Alabama High School in the Philippines were suddenly transported to another world. With the state of the art tracking satellites, dimensional portals with advanced integrated supercomputer coordinate system and mapping and with instant teleporting satellites, the army responded to the strange energy concentration and began their journey towards the other world.
The first world they travelled, in a country called Kingdom of Trea, a human kingdom that summoned the heroes inside of their Royal castle as willed by their goddess to fight against the army of the Demon Lord and its minions, but even before the summoners could even finish their narrative, the Anti-Hero Summoning army came out all of a sudden and began the evacuation of the students and without hesitation, they attacked the summoning guards and people.
A battle was ensued in which the enemy were thoroughly eliminated and all of the students were accounted for, but they also had a casualty of 2 regular infantry caught in a powerful light beam attack of an enemy magician. After securing the students, the army teleported the students back to earth and they began their next step, planting explosives to the castle and stealing of the necessary books and personnel at the castle to study them to further know the true nature of Hero Summoning.
Once they were done, they left the castle before it exploded into pieces. Back on earth, the army scientists and researchers began to learn the stolen books and interrogate the people whom they took as Prisoners, and almost half a year of investigation, it was concluded that the Kingdom of Trea was not the only nation that could summon heroes which was a great headache to the Army as it was now known that more than 30 human nations on that world alone know the spell, and the Army began the Great Expedition of 10,000 men to destroy any kind of source of information to the summoning once and for all.
Thus it took almost two years in that particular world they dubbed as Planet A to destroy all of the Hero summoning spells. They do not care about the inhabitants of the planet as it was not in their objective, so the demon lord and other leaders of demi human races took advantage of chaos in the human Kingdoms but they also somehow attacked the Anti-Hero Summoning army which angered the Earth Command, and with possibility that the demon lord could reach earth, it was decided to eliminate him with the rest of his minions.
So the war was prolonged with the additional expeditionary force and weaponry were used. The army used Orbital Laser and kinetic weapons alongside nuclear missiles and plasma cannons to destroy the any army that opposed them and withenhanced nuclear weaponry especially the development of the nuclear gun, a special railgun armed with nuclear fusion bullets of 30 mm calibre, monsters such as towering ogres and minotaur stood no chance.
With both the demon lord destroyed and the Human Kingdoms capable of Hero summoning neutralized, the people of another world were traumatized to the point that no one dared to ever summon heroes to their world again and with that, the Anti-Hero Summoning Army left the planet in chaos and destruction.
The Anti-Hero summoning Army, ready to go and will save the citizens of Earth no matter the cost, never to be enslaved nor exploited again by the other world peoples.
