Thank you for reading! I don’t own any of Wednesday! Please let me know if you enjoy!

Xavier wasn’t quite certain how he had gone from a lonely, nervous school boy to become the most happiest man in the world, but he accepted his reality with humble gratitude.
Many years after his Nevermore days had long passed, he found himself in the gourmet, custom kitchen of his exquisite home, preparing pancakes to feed his family.
In the tightly wrapped sling around his chest, his tiny, newborn son slept with his chubby cheek smushed against his father.
Xavier smiled as he glanced down and noticed the fuzzy tufts of raven hair that managed to poke out around the sling’s tight straps.
The soft, whining sounds of an argument between young children echoed from the adjacent living room as shuffling noises soon followed.
“Give me that!”
“No, let go!”
“I want to watch Rainbow Vision!”
“You just watched Rainbow Vision! I want to-“
Xavier jumped as heavy thumping suddenly sounded from the massive television across the room while an intro song started to play.
Monster, Monster High
Monster High,
Monster, Monster High
Come on, don't be shy
Monster High
The party never dies
The baby boy whimpered as Xavier looked up at his twin daughters with an angry scowl as he snapped, “Ixora! Rose! Turn that down! You’re going to wake your mother and defean Taren!”
In the living room, the two, small arguing blonde girls immediately abandoned their fight as they stared at him with wide, green, bewildered eyes.
The girl who held the remote quickly turned and pressed the button to lower the volume while the other whined, “But Daddy, I want to watch Rainbow Vision!”
“Rose, you watched Rainbow Vision last night.” Xavier reminded her while the baby, Taren, whimpered a bit more loudly, “Let your sister have a turn and then you take the remote back after breakfast.”
Rose let out a small wail of despair while her twin sister, Ixora, smirked at her in triumph as she flopped down in her father’s sleek, leather chair.
“You always get Daddy’s chair!” Rose whined.
“You always get Daddy’s chair!” Ixora repeated in a mocking tone until Xavier snapped at them both again.
“GIRLS!”
The Addams-Thorpe twins looked over as Xavier frowned, “That’s enough……One more argument and no more tv, no more dolls all day, new or old. Understand?”
“Yes, Daddy!” Ixora replied with a Cheshire grin.
“Yes, Daddy.” Rose echoed with a sigh.
Between the many Monster High, Rainbow High, and Shadow high dolls, not to mention the piles of doll clothes, accessories, and furniture, the Addams-Thorpe living room stayed in a constant state of disorganized chaos.
As Xavier focused on finishing his preparation of their breakfast, Ixora held onto her very favorite doll while she called to her sister in a hushed whisper, “Rose!......Rose!”
Rose looked up from her own pile of toys with a miserable pout, “......What?”
“Draculaura is prettier than Amaya.” Ixora said with an arrogant grin.
“No she isn't!” Rose hissed.
“Amaya’s ugly. Her head is too big and her hair is too colorful.” Ixora smirked.
Rose turned her back to her sister and focused on her own play, wisely aware even at the age of four that her sister was doing her very best to gain full control of the remote.
Secure against his father, while his sisters waged their quiet war, Taren’s whimpers began to crescendo into hungry cries as he impatiently rooted.
“Hey, hey, she’ll be up soon.” Xavier cooed soothingly to his little son while he bounced him, “Mom had a rough night, remember? Let’s let her sleep for a little longer, can’t we?”
“I’ll sleep when I’m dead, Xavier.”
Xavier’s head snapped over to let him watch Wednesday walk through the kitchen doorway.
Dark bags from long hours spent feeding their baby and soothing their daughters from intermittent nightmares hung under her eyes, but Xavier thought his wife was flawlessly beautiful.
“Good morning, Wednesday.” He said with a sheepish grin that held the same giddy joy he had always experienced upon seeing her each day, “I was trying to let you rest some more.” He explained as she blinked at the pancakes cooking on the stove.
“A kind idea, but not a practical one.” Wednesday sighed as she took Taren from his sling and immediately laid him against the breast she quickly exposed.
Xavier’s handsome face drifted into a dreamy smile of admiration as he watched his lover seamlessly mother their children as she walked into the living room, nursing their son while she took a seat to slyly intervene between their daughters.
Rose immediately joined her mother on the sofa and blinked at her little brother.
“One day, Mommy, will I have a baby too?” Rose asked.
“Only if you want one.” Wednesday replied very seriously.
“Mommy, do werewolves wear purple?” Ixora asked as one of her favorite characters appeared on the screen.
“Doesn’t Aunt Enid wear purple?” Wednesday replied.
“Yeah, but Aunt Enid wears every color. She doesn’t count!” Ixora laughed.
“.......She’s a werewolf, isn’t she?” Wednesday shrugged.
After Xavier scraped the cooked pancakes onto a waiting plate, he walked over to join his family as the pile of food cooled.
He cautiously took a seat next to Rose, careful not to jostle Wednesday and the baby.
“Mommy?” Rose asked as she held up a doll, “Can you help me braid her hair?”
“Mommy’s busy right now.” Wednesday frowned before she glanced over at Xavier and smirked, “.........But I think Daddy’s available.”
Xavier’s eyes widened as Rose blinked at him hopefully and scooted towards him on the sofa with her doll.
“Um, sweetheart, Daddy’s not that good at braiding.” Xavier said quickly.
“Don’t be so humble.” Wednesday grinned, “Daddy can make art. Surely Daddy can braid a doll’s hair?”
“Please, Daddy?” Rose asked as she held up her doll.
She laughed as Xavier reached out, scooped her up, and tossed her through the air to land on his lap.
As he took Rose’s doll and began to do his best on his assignment, he kissed her cheek and rested his chin on her little head while he spoke, “Daddy braided Mommy’s hair right before you and your sister were born……..Mommy asked him to do it, but she didn’t like it very much.”
“Did you not do a good job?” Rose frowned.
“Daddy did a fine job.” Wednesday said.
Rose looked over at her mother while she added, “........Mommy didn’t like anything right before you two were born.”
“Why?” Rose asked.
Ixora abandoned her place in her father’s chair and came to sit on the other side of his lap to watch him work on her sister’s doll.
“Because you two were hurting me very badly.” Wednesday explained.
“Why?” Ixora asked.
“Because you were both ready to be born.” Wednesday scowled.
“Why?!” Rose asked with a laugh.
She and Ixora locked eyes to share a giggle as Xavier growled in feigned irritation and sat the doll down beside him.
“If you two don’t stop…..” He playfully warned his little girls while he gathered them up.
The twins let out adorable giggles as Rose managed to cry out, “Why?!”
The sight of Xavier pulling their daughters into a heaping fit of giggles and frantic scrambling while he tickled them both nearly forced the corners of Wednesday’s lips to twitch into an amused smile.
As her infant son released her and pushed his tiny face into the softness of her breast, Wednesday couldn’t help but be humbled too.
Goody had been wrong.
Between her children and the love she shared with Xavier, Wednesday Addams-Thorpe would never be alone.
