  Transformation
  1) the act or process of transforming
  2) the state of being transformed
  3) a change in form, appearance, nature, or character

  Any and all types of transformations, both figurative and literal, may be included in the fest. Some examples of transformations include: ideals/morals, gender, age, body, size, mental, animal/animagus, corporeal, etc. Authors may also have considered outside forces transforming around the characters such as the seasons or their environment.
