Notes:

Hello everyone! This is my first work. English is not my first language and I wrote this while riding the bus, so it might me a little sloppy lol. My friend told me to post it. Enjoy!

Work Text:

As I walk out of my classroom, I caught a glimpse of her beauty. This girl is the embodiment of beauty itself, for I have never seen anyone as beautiful. She walks past me, but I forget to pay attention and I fell into the ground with a loud bang. She directs her gaze towards me and shows an expression of disdain. I just want to be swollen by the earth.
She never notices me, except when I do something extremely embarrassing. My throat burns, for I can feel tears forming in my eyes.

I walked out of the classroom, and I all could think about was how annoying school is. I can’t wait to go home. I had no intention of staying in the classroom any longer than I needed to when I suddenly watched as this girl fell into the ground. My face should have been very mean because I saw her quickly get up and rush to the bathroom while sobbing uncontrollably . I feel bad now. she is a very cute girl, why did I make such face? I try to brush off this thought with no success. Maybe I’ll bump into her later and I’ll be able to make it up to her, I think as I walk to my next class.

I finally calmed down, but I can’t forget how embarrassing was earlier. How I wish I could do everything all over again! How I wish I had never tripped! And then it hit me, I have next period with this girl! This day can’t get worse. I walk into the classroom and my eyes wander until I spot her. She looks majestic. I sat down in my spot next to her. She won’t even look at me. I feel the burn creeping up my cheeks. I’m sure I’m as red as a tomato right now. To calm my racing mind, I grabbed my phone, but I forgot to put it on silent mode, so the whole class listened the song I was blasting through my headphones earlier. I turned to look at her. I found her staring at me. I want to die. and then she lets out the most gorgeous laugh. I start laughing too. She asked what my name was and we found ourselves enveloped in a deep conversation.

My mind was elsewhere when I saw her coming in. She looked very embarrassed. She was scanning the room when our gazes met. I quickly turned my attention to my phone. Hopefully she didn’t notice me staring. She sat down next to me. As she grabbed her phone, a loud sound came from it. She looked very embarrassed. I couldn’t help but to burst into laughter. She started to laugh too. I decided to ask for her name and start a conversation. She happily obliged and we got deeper into our conversation.

How could she do this to me? After eight months of dating! she goes to a party and decides to hook up with someone else! I am devastated. My emotions are consuming me. I’m sobbing uncontrollably and J can barely breathe. My heart aches profusely. I can hear it break into a thousand pieces. I’m painfully aware of my mediocre looks and my lack of intelligence, but I foolishly thought that she didn’t care for those things. I scream my heart out. My head is pounding. Oh, how a broken heart hurts! I thought we had something special. I thought we were meant to be. I thought you liked my clumsy nature and my silly jokes. I guess I was wrong. I guess I never really knew you. And I guess you would have never told me about your hook up, and I would have been the laughingstock of everyone for being so dumb. I know I was just a game for you, but for me, you were everything.

I can’t help but to feel amused. How foolish she was to think I ever felt something for her! How foolish she was to think I would ever date her and take her seriously! She is just so annoying. She is not quite brilliant nor gracious. My standards are way higher than that! That klutz couldn’t possibly meet them. Of course i went to the first hot person I found. Of course I only played her. It was fun toying with her emotions. Of course I wasn’t genuine although it was very amusing while it lasted. Seeing her blush at the mere sight of me, stumbling with her words and cranking some bad jokes just to make me laugh. She should have looked to how foolish she appeared! But now, everything must come to an end. I got bored, so I ended it. Not my fault she wasn’t an interesting person. Not even I can endure such person for a long time. Farewell, I wish you well, and I wish you find someone who isn’t just using you for amusement.
