To begin our journey, let's start with a little background.
TMAL takes place at a sister school to Hopes Peak, a school by the name of Castle Rock High. Instead of reaching out to students currently enrolled in high school, it searches for talent in more early stages. Students that fall upon the age of approximately 14, or just finishing up middle school, are scouted to join their talent research program. They have a different outlook on how to conduct their research, and unlike Hopes Peak, only have one class of 16 students at a time, for about 4 years. These students would learn in a very isolated environment, structured in a place that resembles that of a medieval style castle from the outside, away from foreign interruption, and a place to practice and hone their talents.
However, tragedy struck, and our students found themselves locked in the school, with no prior memory of the place where they now remain. The only way to escape...

How will our protagonist make it out of this horrible situation? How can he overcome the odds and find the dark secrets of this school?
