After being arrested by Kuroko Shirai and Uiharu, and what happened started to spread through academy city, giving Both Kuroko and Mikoto problems, Even to Mikoto school where many are talking about it.
Mikoto? After being arrested, scoulded by her Dorm mother, got a restraining order on herself, havws the embarrassment of what happened, Half to have the thought that Ruri-Sampai is dissaponted in her since she did not come to help her when she was arrested the first time.....now is pushed to her limits by Misaki who decided along with her Clique to Mock Mikoto Misaka after a few days after it happened.
Now pushed to her limits? Mikoto Misaka is challenging Misaki to a fight, and is now giving her a ultimatum.

Also? For Mikoto And Misaki? I view that Mikoto went to far with This, but she was having a horrible time before this, and after all that anger built up in her? Misaki teasing her about this along with her clique didn't help matters and finally made Misaka snap, and in her anger she decided to challenge Misaki and threaten her clique in a legal way, and reason Mikoto Is threatening Misaki clique is to get Misaki to fight yes, but in my opinion it's also to get back at them for badmouthing her, of Misaki accapts she won't fight them since she's beating there Queen, but for Misaki Clique she's having them in to get back at them, but won't if Misaki accapts the challenge.
But for Misaki? I view for her that she also took it to far, she knows that Mikoto Misaka was having bad days, along with that she decided it was a smart idea for herself to tease Mikoto about this and allow her clique to badmouth Mikoto while she's in earshot when she knows the Railgun has some anger issues and was very angry on what happened. And Also Mikoto Misaka is smart she forgets so what she challenge Misaki to and her clique is legal. Will say this? Mocking a girl who's more powerful then you and your clique is not a smart idea if there in a already very bad mood.
