It was another day in Ninjago.
Rebuilding always seemed to be the case for the city as well as the whole realm every time a villain tries to turn Ninjago into their own image.
The Serpentine's attack with the Great Devourer,
the invasion of Garmadon and his invincible Stone Army,
the second fight with the Overlord and his robotic army,
Morro and the queen who wanted to curse all,
that one fight which no one can remember except those halves of each other,
the Hands of Time who couldn't get their hands off of time,
the revival of the Oni part of Lord Garmadon and the making of the Colossi,
the return of the Oni from the first realm,
that time when Unogami turned players into energy cubes,
Skull Sorcerer's return after years of being buried under Shintaro,
the fight against the serpent from the times of the First Spinjitzu Master, Wo-jira,
and even the final battle of the Green Ninja with the Overlord.
But evil deeds don't stop occurring everyday and as the protectors of Ninjago, it was up to the Ninjas to help the city. But with powers lost, they are once again confused, when will they come back?
However, losing powers weren't a new occurrence to the Ninjas. But of course, having relying on them to fight enemies for so long, they couldn't help but long for them.

"Nya."
A faint echo of a voice was heard by the short, jet-black haired girl, in a grey gi, who was practicing new moves at the training grounds of the monastery.
She quickly became alert of her surroundings, readying herself to engage into a fight. She tries to feel the source of the voice but to no avail.
The mysterious voice comes again, but this time it was more vivid, even closer than before.
"Come to me, my child."
Beads of water started floating around her, which was weird because she wasn't the one doing that. She touched one of the beads of water and it started crystallizing immediately, forming what seemed to be like snowflakes in her hand.
She didn't know whether it was a good sign or a bad sign, but she can definitely tell that something's going on and she doesn't know what.
On the other hand, beads of sweat started forming at the youngest ninja's forehead. His face forming a grimaced expression. A nightmare has fallen upon the greatest hero.
"You can run, but you can't hide."
He can hear the Overlord's voice echoing across his nightmare. He was running. Where to? He doesn't know. 'Where am I?' He thought to himself.
It was a space of some sort. Full of crystals that the Overlord used to cover the entire Ninjago with when they last fought. Lloyd came near upon one of those but he was horrified of what he saw.
He saw his self in its Oni Form. Terrified of what he saw, he began running again, screaming, "No, it can't be! I won't be like my dad. I don't want my Oni side. Get it away, get it away, please!" Desperate cries went out of his mouth, but no one seems to hear them.
"You can never run away from your own bloodline, Green Ninja. You're bound to turn to us anytime now, so why don't you just accept it?"
"I'll never be someone like you." He screamed before throwing an energy blast to who knows where.

Peace may not last for long, but we all know that the Ninjas will always be there to save the day. Will they be able to fend off the darkness once more or forever be engulfed in its demise?
