Addams- An eccentric old family that has a lot of wealth and prestige is also progressive and doesn't have the same elitism as some others.
Adel - an Egyptian-American family that can trace their lineage back to the pharaohs, adept in illusions and magic that can calm most magical creatures.
Aurum- A family of Greek-American wizards tracing their lineage back to an ancient Greek wizard king, the current patriarch has his ancestor's curse due to a curse on his family's tomb. They are known for using magic to modify muggle weapons, with the recent generations being fond of Thompson submachine guns
Allen- A black family with a long history in working for the government and justice . Akin to the Crouch family. Prominent in the far north states
Brando- An Italian old family with lots of influence in New York and the area surrounding. Rumored to be involved with organized crime
Chan- A Chinese American family prominent in California, known for their expertise in ancient talismans as well as blending magic with martial arts
Cruz- A Hispanic family mostly in Florida .
Dean- A black family prominent in Washington and the west coast.
DeMayo - A magical family originating in the Delmarva Peninsula of Maryland, their notoriety is more recent, coming from a Wizard Rock band named The Magical Universe.
Dubois- A Cajun family in Louisiana
Fenton- A family on the east coast originating from New England, known for their deep research in ghosts and death. Many of them are researchers for the magical government. The family is notoriously full of rather eccentric but brilliant wizards and witches.
Foster-A family with roots in both America and branches in Australia. Prominent for being in the American Wizarding Forces and Auror branch of the Wizarding American military
Garcia- A Hispanic family in California.
George- A family prominent in Michigan and Illinois
Graham- A large family spread all over the country. Akin to the Weasleys.
Hart- A family prominent on the east coast.
Hasegawa- A Japanese and Hawaiian family mostly prominent in Hawaii and somewhat in California and the surrounding magical territories
Jones- A prominent and especially widespread large family across America. Very old and very respected.
Kimura- A Japanese- American old family in northern states, mainly Michigan.
Kobayashi- A prominent Japanese-American family on the far west coast.
Lang- A prominent Chinese American family living in the east coast area.
Lasko-A Greek family prominent in America and Canada , known for their alchemy researchers, located along the East Coast in America
LeBlanc- A southern and Cajun family prominent in the deep south.
Leonard- A fairly prominent white family in the southern states. Very traditional and a bit old fashioned and rumored to be a bit blood purist.
Qiang- A Chinese American family on the West Coast , prominent among the Chinese American wizarding community.
Long- A Chinese American family prominent in New York and the Northeast coast…
Martinez- A Hispanic wizarding family.
Potter- An American branch of a British old magic line. One of the biggest progressive families. While the Potters were left off the British Sacred 28 list, they have a lot of respect in America and are one of the oldest among the New American Nobles (NAN)
Russo- An Italian family spread across the east coast from far north to Florida.
Sako- A prominent Japanese American family in Washington in the surrounding area.
Sasaki- A Japanese-American family in the Northeast region and New York area…
Scotch- A prominent family in the state of Texas.
Simone- An Italian wizarding family in the far north states.
Song- A Chinese American family in California and the surrounding territory.
Tanaka-A Japanese family with roots in America and Canada/British Columbia , Known for being highly proficient with various forms of combat both magical and muggle, and their skill in East Asian magical practices.
White- A black and mixed-race old family that is very old and very rich. Very prominent in the black wizarding community.
