Summary:

“Momma, momma look!” A young boy cried, holding up a fist proudly and waving it around for his mother to see. obsidian-colored scales covered the young boy's pale hand, talons curled out from his nailbeds.
“My quirk came in Mama!” The boy cheered, oblivious to the way his mother's eyes darkened as she hesitantly smiled.

“That's great, Mischa.” The woman said while plastering a smile on her face, crouching down to cup her son's hands in her own.

Mischa gazed up at his mother with stars in his eyes, a blinding smile erupting on his face. “This means I’ll be able to be a strong hero!”

The boys' mother could only watch with despair in her eyes as her son danced across the room, punching the air with pure joy written across his face. She knew the fate of children gifted with desirable quirks, strong quirks. Heroic quirks.

And she knew she couldn’t protect her son from that same fate.

CASE FILE 035 Mythic

Name: Mischa Volkov

Alias(s): Mythic Hero: Drogo / Zmei

Age: 23

Gender: male

Quirk: Draconifacation / Transformation-type / User is able to transform at will into dragons depicted from Slavik folklore. Vulnerable to cold temperatures. Possesses the ability to breath a version of fire, more akin to spraying liquid metals at high velocity. Scales have a limited range of color-changing capabilities impacted largely by mood.  

Appearance: 6'5 man with ginger mid-length hair and yellow-slitted eyes.

Quirk: Dragonifacation

Relatives: 

Mori Maku/ Maternal Grandfather/ Quirk: Chameleon. Mutant-type. Gives the user color-changing scales and the traits of a chameleon  

Alya Volkov / Maternal Grandmother / Quirk: Beastly. Emitter-type. User is able to transform portions of their body into that of a desired animal and attain the same abilities of said animal. User will acquire the same instincts of the desired animal(s) as a side effect. 

Raisa Volkov / Mother / Quirk: Tough-Scales. Transformation-Type. User can grow extremely durable diamond-shaped scales on patches of their body at a fast rate and shed them off afterward. 

Viktor Kuznetsov / Father / Quirk: Magma. Mutant/Emitter type. Grants the user the ability to consume metal and spit it back up as molten metal. Mutant factor includes a reinforced organ that stores/melts the metals. Posses heat immunity.  

Recent sightings: Hosu, Japan. Seen last during the nomu attack. Suspected to be affiliated with the Leauge of Villains. Current status unkown.
