Unfortunate impression

Summary:

An important princess of elfhame came of age and he was dragged into this girl's memorial gathering thanks to his title of prince.
Everything had remained as tiresome as ever. Loki hadn't expected anything to be there, as he normally did on those occasions; until he meets a boy who changes the course of his situation.
His hope revived with him, but he didn't expect the consequences of a busy whole day, without any spare time. Soon, everything took an unexpected turn to become hell for the god.
With the impotence of having to stay in his seat until the end. What would he do in the face of the fullness of his neglected bladder?
He couldn't do anything but hang in there and hope for the best, right?

Notes:

After a long time I am encouraged to publish this that I have had for a while.
Of course, in marvel we have not been officially introduced to alfheim and I took inspiration from alfheim from other places.
Of course, it also contains characters created just for this Alfheim story, which honestly, I don't really like to call them "original characters" because I couldn't think of other characters that would work.
As always, I try to keep everything as true to life as possible, or as "canon" as possible.
I used references to his book "where malice lies"
And well, that's all I have to say, enjoy! Remember, English is not my first language so please forgive any spelling or grammatical errors.
With love, Dan-

Work Text:

Maybe it wasn't so bad after all. That was a truly surprising thought coming from Loki. Even more so when the prince hated any kind of event with all his soul, especially when he was outside of Asgard. But strangely, Loki wasn't having such a bad time right now.

His father always made him along with all the other royal family wear new clothes: Extravagant and that had to do with the theme of the celebration.
This time was no exception, so Thor and Loki had to sit for hours and hours in front of a bunch of dedicated workers who had to carefully place each piece on their expensive outfits. Any mistake could be very expensive. The best seamstresses took extreme care at all times.

Was it worth it in the end? Well... Actually Loki didn't know. It had been so tedious, as always, sitting without being able to move so as not to ruin his outfit created with the most expensive and extravagant Asgardian material. Despite this, he could not deny that the final result left him completely satisfied.

His clothing was made of an unusually lighter green leather. He had three shiny gold ornaments on each side of his abdomen and on his sleeves. He also had a long green cloak that faded from top to bottom in an increasingly lighter color until at the end it was an almost transparent light green.
It had its characteristic little horns, except this time they were thinner and finer. Gold turned to light green glass at the tip.

All of his attire seemed to have a touch that gave the feeling of having to do with nature; this was so because the celebration in question was a ceremony in Alfheim. The princess had come of age, and of course, they had to be dressed according to the etiquette of the royal family.

The extra clothing and preparations ended up taking longer than planned, and since Odin liked to get anywhere early, they left as soon as possible.
That would not have been a problem, but there was still time for the banquet and Loki was hungry. Not to mention that preferably, before going out, he always used the bathroom. Loki didn't think his bladder was a real problem; but the feeling, which he tried to put in the back of his mind, left him slightly anxious.

Everything went normal. Loki still didn't understand why his father had to arrive so exaggeratedly early, since he wasn't even ready for the place yet. There were things missing that Odin began to help with, not to mention the birthday girl wasn't even close to being ready. Loki sank into a seat in boredom.

Loki remained bored for a while. There didn't seem to be anything interesting to do and although Thor had tried to convince him to explore the place, Loki wasn't in the mood, so he continued bored in his seat waiting for the ceremony to end or some angel to come and save him. Surprisingly, his whims were heard because a second later someone caught the full attention of the Asgardian prince.

A boy with long white hair, blue eyes, and rather attractive features, crossed into Loki's field of vision. From the first moment the boy caught his attention and Loki was unable to look away. He was undeniably attractive.

He looked at his face carefully. he looked into his deep blue eyes, a sky color. His fine nose, full, hydrated lips. The perfect beautiful smile that he flashed when he thought something was funny and laughed. He also noticed his pointy ears.

It was when he realized that this was not just an elf from Alfheim.
Loki was before Einar. Prince of Alfheim and younger brother of Dahlia, who was celebrated that day.

Belatedly, the Asgardian realized that Einar noticed Loki looking at him. He shuddered in surprise and quickly, Loki looked away as he felt a slight heat rise up his cheeks.
After a few seconds, Loki's gaze returned to the prince of Alfheim, and when he saw that he was still looking at him, he almost panicked.

What is he supposed to do now? Should I smile at him? Greet? Ignore?

Einar looked him up and down and smiled, Loki could have sworn that at any moment he could have fainted. Of all the things that could happen to him that day, what would a handsome prince from Alfheim look at him like that?
He was not in his plans.

Loki looked away and pretended that Einar wasn't looking at him. He felt a little bad for ignoring it but he had no idea how to act.

Loki kept his gaze on a fixed point far away from Einar, too nervous to look at him again. Loki was afraid of doing something that would upset him, so he decided to avoid his attention. He stayed like that until he felt someone's hand on his shoulder. The god shuddered again.

He was about to insult Thor for scaring him until he realized that he wasn't Thor. His brother was already interested trying to steal the food that was just being placed on the tables.

"Are you just going to sit there the whole ceremony?" Einar asked with a questioning look, something mischievous.

Surprise crossed Loki's features for a second.

"I didn't know i had other choice, Prince Einar" Loki replied, trying not to sound rude, but not very correct either. It was his chance to stay with him and he didn't want to waste it. Having no idea how to behave to please the elf, Loki tried what used to work for him. To his bad luck, mid-sentence he felt a pang of regret. His voice, which radiated security, faltered. In an attempt to compose himself he quickly added another comment, praying that Einar hadn't noticed.

"Although certainly, I would be quite pleased if the majestic elf prince would show me what other options I have."

A playful smile appeared on the white-haired man's face and Loki was immediately satisfied.

"Well, in that case, Prince Loki. It would be a pleasure to show you those other options" the way Einar said his name caused an electrifying current to run through him from head to toe.

At that moment, Loki began to actually enjoy being there.

Einar took his arm and pulled him from his seat. He started dragging him out of there. It was common for Loki that by doing things that his father might scold him for, he would cause her enormous anxiety, this time, he felt emotional.
He didn't care at the time. Regardless of the consequences, he felt it would be worth it. Since Einar took his arm he was convinced of it.

They had already managed to get to a place far enough from the ceremony that no one would see them, or hear them. As Thor came running up from behind, Loki sighed in frustration as he noticed. He really thought that it could be just the two of them.

"Loki, were you thinking of leaving me there alone? If something happened to you, they would blame me!
It wouldn't be the first time you'd get into trouble, and I don't want to deal with father's fury if that happened! Thor exclaimed breathlessly from running.

The nerve of his words almost pushed him to the edge of his patience, knowing full well that if anything happened, Loki would be the one to pay for both of them.

Loki breathed, trying not to get angry as Einar watched him. But without being able to prevent his face from burning with anger and shame, couldn't he save that for later?

"Ah yes. Thor, Odin's firstborn, nice to meet you, his majesty, will he join us?"
He stepped forward to say Einar. Loki prayed that his sister would say no. He certainly knew it wouldn't happen, but hope clung to his heart, hoping he could be alone with the boy.

"Isn't it obvious? I wouldn't have walked here if it wasn't for the fact that i will come with you" Thor remarked with the same animated tone as always. He was so irritating.

They continued walking, following Einar. Loki didn't ask where they were going so as not to sound impolite or impatient, but his brother didn't think the same way.

"Where we go?"

"Oh, you'll see" Einar replied as he walked a little faster. The answer wasn't convincing enough for Thor and he growled.

The princes continued to follow Einar as he led them to a place that they hoped would be minimally entertaining. The minor prince gazed at the surroundings of Alfheim in astonishment.

It wasn't until minutes later that Loki felt a pang in his bladder, remembering that his father hadn't given them time for anything before hastily leaving for Alfheim.
When they left the house he didn't remember the pressure in his abdomen feeling like this. His bladder was constantly filling and it wasn't something that calmed him down, not at all.
And although he still wasn't really urgent, the sensation made him uncomfortable and scared. Not enough to seek to do something about it, but enough to start planning how to get out of the situation.

He was afraid of being ridiculed if he said anything, so he decided that he would keep quiet until he had a chance to attend to his needs, without drawing anyone's attention.

Thor interrupted his thoughts

"Where is there a bathroom here? I need to pee" the blonde mentioned without any fear. Loki couldn't help but roll his eyes at the nerve of his brother.
Thor wasn't embarrassed in the least, and though he would never admit it, for the first time Thor's impudence deeply relieved him.
His anxiety melted away at the knowledge that he could have relief in no time.

"Really Thor? You just got here" Einar chided him as they changed course. Loki's complexion flushed red with embarrassment. He felt the scolding was directed at him, yet he was deeply grateful that he didn't have to say it.

Einar led them to a small wooden bath in the midst of the fauna. He didn't look in the best shape, but Loki was so anxious about having to urinate in public—even if it wasn't urgent—that he would definitely use it.

"Well, hurry up, Thor. We don't have all day," Einar grumbled in annoyance.

"I won't be long" Thor concluded and entered.

After a few minutes Thor left the bathroom and Einar, who was leaning against a tree with boredom, got up impatiently.

"Okay, we can continue" Einar started to walk away as Thor ran to catch up.

Loki felt a tickle in his throat from the anxiety that returned to him again. They didn't even give him the opportunity to use it!
Loki opened his mouth to speak, but the sound stuck in his throat. The terror that Einar would be upset with him too stopped him.
He decided to follow them and ignore the demands of his body. He was fine, he could wait.

In a short time they had already surrounded the entire place of the celebration. They were just behind the beautiful castle of Alfheim. It was surrounded by nature and a decorative waterfall adorned its left side. The view was wonderful.

Loki and Thor looked at the place in amazement.
Einar interrupted them.

"Come in," Einar demanded, pointing towards the castle. He had already entered.

A chill ran through Loki. He was afraid of getting into trouble before the celebration started. He was pretty sure the punishment wouldn't be nice if he was found out, but before he knew it, that idiot of a brother of his had already entered without any fear.

Loki took a deep breath and steeled himself to enter. When he was already through the door, he began to hesitate. Einar noted his indecision.

"Come on Loki, nothing will happen. I thought a prince from Asgard would be less boring" Einar mentioned with a disappointed tone, this immediately made Loki want to prove otherwise.

"Okay, then let's see how boring I can be." Loki replied, forcing a security image. He gave him a playful smile.

Einar smiled

"Okay, I'll see"

Thor rolled his eyes as he started walking down a random hallway. "Uh huh, are we leaving now?" He said to himself as he walked away.

"Not that way, Thor!" the elf prince yelled. Thor growled in response and this drew laughter from Loki and Einar.

They walked towards a room full of windows. Except that they were covered by gold curtains. Einar without hesitation opened one of the windows and moved the curtain.

A large number of servants, seamstresses, and helpers were visible who were dressing and preparing Dahlia for her celebration. Is that supposed to be fun?

Judging by the way Einar was looking at her older sister, Loki guessed that he was going to try to screw her around for a while. He hoped so because in that case, in fact, he had an idea.
A little trick that he used several times when he wanted to annoy someone. Especially Thor. He was sure that he could turn out quite well so Loki prayed that Einar really had those intentions.

While Loki was thinking about how he would pull off the trick, Einar had already jumped over the window and motioned for them to do the same. There was an armchair on the other side that would cover them. No one would be able to see that they were there if they were cautious. It wasn't the first time Einar had done this. He was sure.
Everything about him indicated that the number of times he had been in that situation was countless.

Loki quickly decided that he would be the next to jump the window. He jumped off the edge of the window and jumped. The movement caused the younger prince to feel much more strongly the pressure in his lower abdomen that he had been trying to ignore. His lips pursed in concern, he concentrated on trying to forget the annoyance. After all, it was just a minor inconvenience. A little annoying, but nothing more. He just had to ignore it, go on, and wait.

Loki landed lightly and hid with Einar as Thor already began to prepare to jump. After a few seconds, the three of them were behind the chair, stealthily looking at Einar's sister, who was sitting while they were fixing her hair. Einar smirked.

"And good?" Thor whispered in confusion.

"Honestly, I was thinking of improvising. Improvisation makes things more sporadic and unpredictable, even more so when it comes from new minds. Any ideas?" Einar looked at them curiously and Loki's eyes sparkled with excitement. He could pull off his trick, he was lucky, maybe he would even leave a good impression on Einar.

"I could have something" replied the black haired prince mischievously.

Loki waited for Dahlia to take her drink to her mouth while Thor and Einar looked at him with confusion and curiosity. Until the time came. As the princess raised the bottle to her mouth, Loki waved her hand gently and waited.

Seconds later, Dahlia's face showed confusion or even disgust. She stuck her fingers in her mouth seconds later, pulling out a slug. Seeing her, he jumped in terror and with a scream she released the water that spilled all over the floor and splashed some of her servants who looked at her with concern, worry, anger and confusion.

Dahlia was completely disgusted and scrunched up her face as she tried to keep from gagging.

Loki looked at Einar expectantly to gauge his reaction and seeing that the prince of Alfheim tried not to laugh out loud, he was satisfied.
After a few seconds Einar still had his hand over his mouth, trying not to laugh out loud so as not to be heard. It took a while before the white-haired man's laughter stopped completely.
Loki smiled.
Einar approached the god and whispered "impressive, he asked me what else you can do, Loki"

The prince laughed nervously while he blushed slightly.
That distraction was enough to prevent them from noticing when Dahlia walked over to where they were. She jumped on the couch while yelling furiously.

"Einar, you fucking unhappy bastard!"

All three gasped in surprise.

Einar tried to get out and run while Thor and Loki followed him not knowing what to do. Unfortunately for them, the workers who were with Dahlia ended up intercepting them on their way out and called the guards, who severely reprimanded them. Especially to Einar since Loki and Thor were invited. The main responsibility fell on the shoulders of the elven prince.

Loki could see a smirk cross Dahlia's features as guards dragged Thor and Loki out into the main courtyard where the ceremony would take place. In the same place where his father and mother were.

Loki's stomach churned with terror at the thought of his father's anger upon finding out what they had done. The black-haired prince suddenly felt enormous anxiety creep up from his stomach to his throat. He wanted to run, run before hell began. except there was nowhere to run. Loki swallowed his anxiety and let himself be drawn towards his father.

Einar would surely be suppressed in the castle. Loki wondered if he would have another chance to talk with the elf.

--------------------------

Loki sank back into his seat while he looked bored at an angry guard saying something to Odin, he turned to where Thor and Loki were and looked at them sternly. Thor pretended not to see it as Loki looked apologetic, the fear almost overwhelming. Of course Thor didn't care! After all, the one who was punished the worst was always to him!
Thor obviously wouldn't have to worry, in the end, Loki would be the one to pay for their actions. Something that he had already foreseen before, but that he had ignored.

He sighed and looked down. In defeat, he examined his hands and his clothing. He concentrated on watching the sheen of the leather and cloth as he absently rolled the cloak between his fingers.

Now that the adrenaline had left him and he no longer had anything to distract himself with, it was when he felt the pressure in his abdomen.

Shit, he still had to pee.

Loki sighed again. He wasn't urgent, but he actually turned out to be quite annoying. A nagging pang that wouldn't and wouldn't go away. If he could choose, he would choose to get rid of that feeling.

It was just the beginning. He knew it perfectly. With every minute he would worsen until his agony was unbearable. He needed to do something before he got to this point.

Would it be prudent to get up in search of amenities? Would his father even let him look for one? After what he did, probably not. Loki didn't take any chances. He had already caused enough trouble in a very short time. He did not want to cause another scandal

It should be easy. Sit in that seat for the necessary time. Put up with the boring celebration, and at the party, sneak out to find a bathroom. Awkward, yes. But not a problem. Not something difficult.

Loki clenched and crumpled his cloak in concern as he thought about this. Too deep in his mind to pay attention to his surroundings. He was taken by surprise when a small stone hit him on the right cheek.

The prince raised a hand to his cheek and rubbed it painfully as he tried to figure out where the stone that had hit him had come from. It didn't take him long to find the answer.

Thor was motioning for her to look at him from a distant chair. When Loki finally looked at Thor with a confused expression, the crown prince threw another stone at him.

This time, the god of mischief managed to catch the small stone and threw it back at him. The small stone smashed against Thor's forehead and Thor smirked at it as he began to search for another stone under his seat.

"Idiot" Loki whispered as a warm, amused smile spread across his face.

His happiness unfortunately did not last long. He placed his hand protectively on his abdomen as he remembered the cause of his mortification. He didn't want to continue to be caught up in his inherent neediness.

He should try to find a bathroom before the ceremony starts, because once it started, it would be impossible for him to be allowed to leave. He should try it before Einar was there again, witnessing the weakness of his body. Before he realized how pathetic he was.

A new stone crashed right under his eye. Loki growled in frustration and bent down to search for stones on the ground. It took him too long to realize the clothes he was wearing.
His armor dug into his bladder and Loki snarled again, this time in pain.

Well, if he was going to try to leave, it should be now.
Loki thought as he stood up.

Where had I seen a bathroom? He could go to the one Einar took Thor, but he was too far away and his father would definitely notice and punish him much worse. Wasn't there one closer?

Loki looked and examined delicately while looking for a sign indicating a bathroom, but he didn't see any.

Well, they were probably inside the palace, Loki mused.

Odin noticed when Loki got up from his seat and immediately gave him a scolding look. His fury increased when Loki didn't even take the time to look in his direction.
The prince was too busy looking around, as if he was looking for someone, or something.

Odin put two fingers to the bridge of his nose and grimaced before walking over to where he was.

Loki's face lit up when he seemed to have found what he was looking for. With relief, he tried to walk in that direction, if it weren't for the strong grip that Odin placed on his son.

"Loki Odinson, you have caused enough inconvenience for today. I never want to see your worthless face anywhere but right here again.
As soon as we return to Asgard you will stay in your chambers, and in the meantime, you will not move from there again" Odin spoke sternly. Hearing this, the relief on Loki's face faded only to be replaced by an expression of horror.

"Father-"

"I won't listen to anything else"

Loki was about to try to speak, but in a heartbeat he decided against it. He wasn't sure if it was out of fear, embarrassment, or humiliation, but he couldn't find the strength to say anything else. He obeyed.

He tried to calm himself as he noticed the pounding of his heart.
Loki Odinson. Prince of asgard, God of lies. All of that was nothing to him. He would be fine.
He took more deep breaths, ignoring the frustrated tears in his eyes.
This was all stupid. He couldn't let something like that affect him.

He started to roll up his cloak again as he thought about what he could do to distract himself, what was Thor doing anyway?
Curious, he looked to the other end of the chairs and tables to see Thor, who was chatting in a frenzy with two elves behind him.

Damn gregarious idiot, Loki thought with some envy. At least Thor had something to do to distract himself.

Loki growled slightly. A sound that caught in his throat as he shifted uncomfortably in his seat.

He allowed his thoughts to take him back to somewhere much better. Wasting time. Distracting herself with thoughts of him in an attempt to forget about the reality of him.
Every minute seemed to get more complicated, and after about half an hour, Loki started to get frustrated.

Looking for a way to distract himself again, he peered at the trees. He watched as the wind caused the leaves to sway, over and over again.

He was so distracted by trying to forget the annoyance of needing him that he was taken by surprise when the stone fell against his arm.
Thor again? But that was not possible, the stone crashed against his left arm and Thor was on his right...

Another stone hit him again. It was when he found Einar two chairs away from him, looking at him with amusement.

Loki unconsciously smiled. He swallowed his emotion as he smiled awkwardly back at him.

When had Einar arrived? Either way it didn't matter, he was glad to know that he was there again. Knowing that he could be with him once more made excitement bubble in his stomach. It was sudden when a new thought, not a very pleasant one, ran through him.

Einar would see it. He would have to watch Loki writhe helplessly in his seat, and what would happen next? when the hours pass and his bladder fills up more and more. When he was at his limit and he had to make the obvious need of him in an attempt not to disgrace himself in front of the nine realms. In front of Einar, how could he bear it?
He couldn't. He couldn't bear the look of disgust from him when he figured out what Loki needed. He would rather disappear.

The god swallowed worriedly.

Loki knew that he would have to find a solution. There was no way he would win that war. The fight would not do; he had to figure it out.

The more time passed, the more people arrived. Being such a special celebration, the vast majority were important people: Royalty, with high and important positions. People you couldn't talk to just like that.

She couldn't afford to be in a situation like this in front of all of them. Much less being a person as important as Loki.

The thought was not comforting and he tried not to think about it. Even as the people increased, as did his anxiety. Being a prince of Asgard he had an important place, at the front. The perfect place not to go unnoticed.

The minutes kept passing and more and more people arrived. The ceremony was about to start and Loki was trying his best to distract himself with something. Something, whatever. Focusing on his fear that would cause to end up in a meltdown, or a blackout. At the very least he would be on the verge of vomiting from his nerves.
That left him vulnerable. Vulnerable in front of all those people. It couldn't happen.

The annoyance did not decrease, it increased. Enough that Loki could feel the way he was sinking into his belly. He closed his eyes in mortification as he leaned back. He managed to enjoy the feeling of the warm sun on his face as he tried to convince himself that everything would be alright.

"Brother" Thor almost whispered. He wanted to avoid drawing the attention of those around him. Hearing his name, Loki opened an eye to see Thor in the chair in front of him, turned around for better communication.

"What the hell are you doing Thor? Stay in the place where our Father left you. All the guests are almost here and I'm pretty sure they will be very upset if they see you there, occupying a place that doesn't belong to you"

"Shhhh, I know, I know Loki. But I've been trying to get your attention for too long and you continue to ignore me."

"Thor, please, I beg you by the rules to return to your seat. If Odin sees you there he will be more upset"

"Well, what's the problem? Father is already angry and I highly doubt he'll give us another punishment. Why does that worry you so much?

Loki sighed. His face fell between sadness and concern. He brought his thighs together and caressed his right arm, in a show of insecurity.

Thor understood that there was something. Anything else.

"What is it about brother? Did he punish you with something? Is that what's bothering you so much? Did he forbid you from using seidr or something? Or are you worried that he will?" Thor questioned trying to figure out why he seemed to stress Loki so much.
He had noticed before how he seemed to be more distracted than usual. At times, he seemed fearful. He had decided to ignore it because anyway, his brother was always stressed about something. But now, he was intrigued.

"No, Thor. I just don't want any more trouble for today. Please"
Loki said in a more annoyed tone than usual.

"How boring. As you wish" Thor growled before walking away and returning to his seat. He flopped down on his chair like a pouting little boy. Afterwards, he started looking for a new person to annoy.

Loki rolled his eyes.

By the way, where was Einar? Loki began to look for the prince before realizing that he was no longer there, when did he leave and where the hell was he?

Out of nowhere, all the people present stood up from their seats. Loki also did it out of sheer instinct, but in reality, he had no idea what was going on. It was when he realized how quickly he got up. His bladder sent her first signal of urgency in protest. Loki made a soft sound of pain as he leaned in slightly and brought his thighs together. The prince was anxious to be able to sit down again.

He realized that everyone had gotten up because Princess Dahlia had arrived, and she was in front of everyone. She wore a white dress with golden decorations and a long cloak tied around her neck.

To be honest, Dahlia was physically attractive. Although Loki couldn't help but think that his brother was cutest.

The king of Alfheim, Dahlia's father, began to say a few words. Something about responsibility, honor, courage, etc. The words seemed no more than unimportant background noises.
What was really at the forefront of his thoughts was the pressure exerted by the liquid inside him. The pang that begged her to attend to his needs, but there was nothing he could do. He had to settle for every imperceptible movement he made.
he seemed to be more bored and anxious for the speech to end than anything, but in any case, nobody paid enough attention to him to notice things like that.

He just begged to sit down again so he could stop feeling so full.

His gaze drifted longingly to the bathrooms on the other side of the room. If he only he could slip away...

"Take your seats again" The king of Alfheim finally concluded his long speech. It was the only thing Loki heard and without waiting any longer, he sat down again. He sighed as the pressure eased.

Maybe his mother would help him and let him excuse himself, would it be worth a try?
He looked around for Frigga and quickly found her. She was sitting up front, next to Dahlia's mother. Of course the kings of Asgard would have an exclusive place at the front. After all, these were the protectors of the nine worlds.

It took her by surprise to realize that Einar was standing at the other end of the stage. There he was.

The speeches continued for a longer time. Loki had no idea how much longer he would have to endure here, but being out in the sun was starting to get annoying. He was beginning to feel the damage that the heat would do to her delicate skin, considering that he never had a good tolerance for heat.
A pang had appeared in his head and her throat was dry enough to want to cool off.
The god suddenly decided that he would have to ignore it because there was no way he would drink water. Not at that time. He wouldn't risk doing anything that would cause the pressure in her bladder to increase, for he already felt so full that moving bothered him more than it helped.
He had no idea how much longer he would have to endure like this.

Finally, Loki thought as he clapped his hands as all the speech ceased. It couldn't be worse. Actually, Loki was quite grateful that they had put Thor away from him. He couldn't bear to deal with him when he was so full and uncomfortable. He, too, would not have wanted Thor to question him about his expression of utter concern and mortification. At this point he was pretty sure Thor would already be convinced that something very bad was wrong with him. In the worst case, he would already have discovered the cause.

Loki had no choice but to pretend everything was fine until the end.

Oh God. Loki had tried not to think about it so as not to panic, but at what damned moment could he have relief?

His legs bounced in feverish movements. He didn't want to continue squeezing his legs so tightly, trying to avoid the sting of his exhausted muscles.

Could he sneak himself into the party? Would they let it?
He was proud, everyone knew it, but despite his pride, there was something much stronger that could control him: Fear.
And Loki was sure that he couldn't hold out until the celebration was over and they returned home; There was a chance he wouldn't even last until the dance tonight. It was physiologically impossible. Too much time. Seriously, too much.

Before the dance shows started he should try it. With each minute his desperation increased and he was no longer willing to try to hold out until the end.

With his mind rapidly formulating ideas, one of them was captured.
His magic. If he were to try to use his seidr...
Yes, that could work.

A soft green glow washed over him and created an illusion of him. Before anyone noticed, he went into hiding. He made his way, surrounding everyone to reach the room at the other end without being seen.

He was only a few meters from arriving when he saw Odin and Frigga. They were in the corner, talking about something. Loki, scared that his parents would find out, in one fluid movement hid behind a tree.

The god waited a few seconds. Seconds in which he was too scared to examine a second time. He preferred to wait, leaning against the trunk with both hands pinching his thighs.

He waited a few more minutes until he got tired and looked. They were no longer there.
He could get the relief he so longed for.

Loki, without waiting any longer, walked impatiently. Eager to be rid of the stinging sensation.

A hand gripped it tightly.
I whimper with a balance between surprise and grief. A chill ran through him, captivating every nerve in him until it unraveled over the heaviness in his belly. His knees went weak and he nearly fell to a squat.

Loki looked in panic at his father, who was gripping him with a raw solidity that could crack his bone.
His exhalations intensified and his eyes glazed over. Each emotion was more confused and overwhelming than the last.

"Father." Fear cracked his voice.

"I warned you once, Odinson. Your behavior is unacceptable, even more so coming from a prince of Asgard." He lifted his chin, regarding her with authority. Demonstrating firmly who was in charge "Of... my son" This last word flashed displeasure.

"I-I" Loki tried to say breathlessly.

"I'll ask Frigga to block your seidr until you behave"

"Father, please. I implore your compassion for 3 seconds"

Odin completely ignored Loki and instead almost dragged him towards Frigga. Each pull hurt almost as much as the pulsations on his body.

"Really, Loki? First you bother Dahlia, they banish you from the castle, and not satisfied with that, you try to desert?" Frigga said as she charmed the god so he couldn't use his magic.

"Mother, I greedily need -"

"No. Behave yourself and perhaps consider continuing your seidr lessons. Disobey again and I will deny you access to your magic" His mother was difficult to annoy, however. Yet the anger in his voice was undeniable.

"I beg" Loki whispered with his head bowed. Refusing to acknowledge the moisture that clouded his sight. His thighs rubbed together with deafening insistence. Although he had tried to avoid it before, your legs seized from the effort.

"Go back to your seat and don't make any more displays"
Frigga warned. The disappointment in her tone felt like a dagger in his chest. And Loki was at his wit's end.

The god did not know what else to do because he understood that they would not listen to him. Although he kept trying, he didn't want to go back to his seat. The pressure was unbearable and the terror of him, too. He did not want to be without Seidr. With strong anxiety and pain in his chest he returned to his seat.

The show had started. Alfheim dancers danced and made a majestic presentation: dancing fused with the wind, to the sound of fallen leaves. Their velvet gowns billowed in the air with a down-to-earth elegance. It was easy to understand why everyone was entranced by the show.

There was only one exception. It was obvious that something was wrong with Loki. His face gave off pain every time he looked longingly at the baths. The tenacity spread in every muscle of him could not be a coincidence.
Every prayer for it all to end was ignored, over and over again.

A chunk of granite fell against his cheek.

He ignored it. Anyway, he already knew that Thor was boring again. Loki was too frustrated and in a bad mood to bear it. He didn't want to have to do anything: talk, be with someone, focus. Each fragment of him could only notice a single thing.
His swollen abdomen pulsed with agony inside him.
More and more crowded, more urgent.

a new rock hit him and this time he glared at the part where Thor should be, but instead of finding the amused face of his brother, he found him, worried.

Thor beckoned to him, a clear "what's wrong?" Loki could only straighten up in an attempt not to move, his hands digging hard into his thighs. He glared at the thunder god.

Thor rolled his eyes and asked again why it was wrong. Loki made a move to send him to hell as soon as their eyes met, but the acute perception of his body trying to get rid of the excess liquid led him to break. he let the air out of his lungs escape between his teeth, making a hissing sound.

He remained rigid, trembling with the pressure. Reflexively he turned his back on Thor, leaning in on himself.

«Please, please, not now. Thor is watching. Norns, please »

Loki pressed both eyes, ignoring the little spots of Tlike colors on the black void caused by his action. He gasped, causing the people around him to stare at him. He ignored every eye on him, only wanting to retain a modicum of his dignity in front of those creatures.

When his crystalline eyes opened and his body was finally able to find stillness, his gaze met Einar's, who was looking at him in total confusion. He seemed much like Thor, asking what was wrong.

Gods, Loki wanted to die. He really wanted to die. It couldn't be real. It was a bad dream, sure. It must have been a nightmare, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to get into a similar situation.

The speed with which he inhaled made him seem seconds away from being drowned and engulfed by the sea. Only in this case, the sea was the agony of impotence.
He wanted to cry, run away, disappear; However, he continued to be seen by all. With his bladder at the limit, he was about to disgrace himself in front of the whole place full of important beings.
As he had thought before, it was a terrible dream.

Some dances ended and the banquet was almost beginning. he could try it there. There were only two or three more dances to go.

Loki placed the cloak in front and dug both hands into his crotch, trying to ignore the embarrassment and mortification that this entailed. His ears burned from the embarrassing blood that rushed to his head. At that point, the haze of despair over his thoughts blocked him from thinking clearly.
He was raising and lowering both legs irregularly, moving in every direction he could. Hugging himself, trying to clear his mind as time ran out.

"Almost there, Loki. Just a dance. A dance, and that's it»

He breathed in through his mouth repeatedly; he was lucky the air was humid as his mouth had barely dried. He tried to calm down, but he couldn't.
Why did he have to go through this? He didn't want to look anyone in the eye. He didn't want to know anything about Thor, nor about Einar, much less about his parents. He wondered if they were aware of the agony they were causing him in any existing way: physical, psychological, even social.

Another shocking surge of urgency washed over him.
He wanted to stop the shaking from him, but at that point, the shaking was the least of his concern.
He convinced himself that he was being too obvious. Her gaze wide with despair, her cheeks flushed red, his obvious movements, the way he was shivering violently; left it exposed.

At that point he didn't care. Too upset to form coherent thoughts. He just focused on staying dry. He would endure what was necessary. No matter what, no matter the pain. Although the organ itself tears (Almost impossible, but Loki began to stubbornly believe that it would happen)
He would do anything not to suffer that humiliation.
The thought cut deep.
Whatever. Even though, nothing could be done about his bad luck alone, he would try tooth, nail and claw.

The god, grieved by the whole situation, spun a piece of his garment cloth against his hand. The material coiled around his long fingers and he took it hard. He puckered up and buried himself so hard against his skin that he lost some circulation.
It was a pinprick that caught him off guard and caused him to accidentally pull his arm in the wrong direction. The cloak tore and hung between his pale, icy fingers.

He managed to emanate an almost silent scream. More than anything, it sounded like dying air after running out of voice.
He might have blushed if it weren't for how quickly he blanched as he noticed the soft piece dangling entwined over his limbs.
They would kill him. In short, if before he was not assured of that, now he is. Someone would deprive him of his life for destroying such an expensive outfit.

This time, the saline substance in his eyes if he managed to break through. He shed tears of sorrow.

On this occasion, his seat neighbors took the initiative to stop ignoring the prince. Seeing him cry awakened a fading feeling of empathy. Enough to ask, not so much for his well-being, rather, to satiate his morbid curiosities.

A woman in beige robes along with an older looking man spoke to him. Hypocritical of him, considering the way he was observed in earlier times.

"Prince Loki" he spoke the blonde. The statement of his name sounded more like a question, as if he expected them to assure him that he had pronounced it correctly. "Is he unwell? He seems distraught."

The god barely caught the words, finding himself unable to answer when his brain couldn't even focus on functioning regularly. Too stunned, he was slow to understand that the words were directed towards him.
He forced his body to stop shaking, even as he was in a cold sweat despite having his body temperature so high that they thought he was lying with a fever. He hid the piece of clothing from him.

He didn't manage to articulate a response because every time he opened his mouth, he exhaled, barely making a tremulous sound.
He raised a fisted hand to his mouth. The gesture seemed like the one a calculating person would make when thinking, but it was clearly not the case. He pressed his lips against his ring finger.

He gave up speaking and instead responded with an awkward nod.

The woman narrowed her eyes, looking at him suspiciously. Loki ignored her stalking and pretended to pay attention to the scene. The intensity in his pupils caused his seat neighbor to also fix her gaze again on what mattered: the exhibition.

No wonder people refused to blink at every musical movement of the triangular-eared dancers.
It was almost tragic the way the god missed it

The term. Ultimately, he was done and Loki was more than ready to get out of there. He didn't wait any longer and got up, only to regret it seconds later. He must have been too giddy to reflect on it, but the moment he stood up, he realized it.

He hadn't just reached his limit. He had surpassed it.
His bladder sank inside him, feeling heavy. His body had no more place to keep the liquid, he was struggling to make a space for himself. His control cracked.

His clothes got wet from the strong rush of liquid that he couldn't take anymore. Terrified, he sat up again and went limp, every joint contracting with avid rigidity.

He stopped, shaking hard but still feeling little drips on the wet and now cold fabric.

He growled gutturally.

He didn't move, breathing in and out for a few seconds. He began to feel unpleasant and lowered his head to scrutinize his icy clothes.

Luckily for him, he had an exuberant amount of decorations that covered the lack of control he had over himself for a few seconds.

He dug his nails into his thighs until he felt a burn. He would leave marks, but his clothes didn't allow her to check it. He bit his tongue.

"Surprise Presentation"
The words made him sick physically as well as mentally.

The princess turned out to be a passionate poet and writer, so she sent a request to exhibit her writing. She made him whimper in anguish and she almost made him sob at the length: It seemed like a small book, between fifty or a hundred pages.
It was unexpected.
Loki didn't have the opportunity to contemplate it, much less to prepare himself psychologically.
He panicked, his pupils squinting like a caged animal.

Loki began to puff that ended in puffs of steam.
His watery eyes made it impossible for him to see.

The speech began.
Loki was panting, his face stained with tears and sweat. The green microglitters from his tear duct had already faded a long time ago.

His fingers were numb from the pressure with which he used them. Whitening his knuckles and cutting off his circulation. He stopped shaking abruptly; he couldn't anymore.

His movements became placid, and instead of erratic, weak. I couldn't put effort on it without dripping.

His legs jerked, forcing leaks and leaks. A small drip trickled down one leg of his seat.

God. He wanted to die.

He made the worst mistake ever. His gaze slid around him.

He had drawn people's attention, impossible to know for how long, but they kept an eye on him.

Loki cringed at the sight of the others. Him closing in as much as he could, squeezing in an attempt to disappear.

He took it to the end.

While Dahlia was still reading, Loki lost all control over his body, tired of him, over his seat.

"Uhghm" Loki snorted. With unintelligible sounds, he tried to stop.
He sucked in air until his chest ached. He made sounds so forced that his throat ached.
He cried out silently, as he used to, as his hands trembled on his bruised thighs.

Panic thoughts stabbed at him.
"No no. No. Gods, no. Not now, not here. I'm surrounded by important people, norns. My brother, my father, my mother..., Einar. I'm going to die. Yes, I will kill myself. Now please. No more. Please. They will hate me, they will kill me. I will kill myself. They are looking at me. I can't- No."

His clothing made him difficult to notice, but his position not only made it obvious, it made him stand out.
His clothes got soaked. Each piece succumbing to humidity and getting wet too quickly.
He could hear it, and it was the worst. The liquid made a sound as it splashed on the floor, he could be heard hitting the tiles. It was devious.

He collapsed. Sobbing into his hands, trying to avoid making more of a scandal but her heart bleeding with pain with each blow on his chest.
Everything hurt.
It still ached as he pulled free. He had endured more than he had to and he couldn't even feel relief anymore. It was just pain after pain.

There was no longer silence. People were murmuring and gasps of surprise were clear around him; even silent laughter could be heard.
Dahlia, confused as it was obvious something was up in the audience, blew into the microphone shrilly when she noticed Loki. She froze, her mind blank.

It wasn't until she heard her father clear her throat forcefully that he snapped out of her trance. She gave a nervous laugh and continued as if nothing had happened, glancing sideways at the Asgardian prince.
This only made things worse because people, curious, followed her gaze until they reached the god in misfortune.
Loki was now the center of public attention.

The woman next to her looked at him disgusted, and together with her husband, they headed somewhere.
The god did not notice. He didn't notice anything. He was stunned: as if drunk with pain and rampant shame. Humiliation, was the word. He had never felt more pathetic in his life, with feelings that alternated even with anger. At one point he felt small, one of the sensations he hated the most and managed to provoke him to madness.

As a method of defense against the strong suffering that he was experiencing, his feelings were blocked.
He continued to gasp and shiver, but he no longer felt shame, sadness, or anger.

He used magic to dry himself before remembering that his mother had blocked his seidr.
he grumbled.

His heart was still pounding against his ribcage and he didn't know what to do. He froze, barely breathing and overwhelmed. He no longer felt such intense emotions, but he still wanted to vomit at every questioning look. His feelings pooled together, forming a tangle of thoughts that he couldn't delve into without getting blocked.

The minutes were eternal and he froze. He thought about running away. Alone, run away
He knew that he would capture people's attention, but it was better to stay there the whole celebration until someone took pity on him.

Someone ended up getting him out of there, but with everything but compassion.

Odin took it, and without saying a word, dragged it with an angry force out of everyone's sight. On the way, he spotted people looking at him with impetus. His brother looked at him strangely, some s people with cruelty, others with pity and even with surprise. It was Einar's eyes that captivated him. He commanded prayers with his eyes but all he returned was a cold, distasteful look.
After that, he didn't deign to look at him again, as if he wasn't worthy of being looked at with more than hate. Maybe he wasn't.

He led him behind a stone building. He pushed him against the wall.

"Go away. I don't want to see you again. You're not my son. You disgust me."
His father exclaimed nonchalantly before walking off and leaving him alone, drenched.

The words destroyed the defenses that Loki's long-suffering mind had managed to put up. He fell sobbing to the ground. This time without caring about getting dirty or hurt. He leaned back against the hard wall and cried until he was out of tears.

What would he do? With no magic to teleport, he was stranded.

«Bifrost»
The thought filled him with relief, more relief than he'd gotten before.
He could ask Heimdall to take him home. Either way, Heimdall sees everything. He must have already known what had happened.
Shame washed over him again, but it was either that or stay there.

"Heimdall, take me to Asgard," Loki urged in a dull, worn voice. He almost didn't hear it himself.

Seconds later, a shower of lights illuminated his opaque gaze.

Upon arrival, he expected taunts from Heimdall. He had already prepared himself for scathing retorts, until after a few minutes, he understood that these were not coming.
Heimdall just looked at him, unfazed.

Loki swallowed a strangled sob.

He was about to leave when his voice rang out.

"Is it alright, his majesty?"

Loki was startled upon hearing this. Who knew Heimdall would be more forgiving than his own family.

He turned to look at him, his lips trembled and he tried not to cry again.

"Yes" he exclaimed as he quickly tried to leave again, just wanting to avoid everyone.

"I'm so sorry for what happened, Prince Loki."

He nodded shakily and ran to his room. He had never looked so scruffy and out of sorts.

Upon arrival, he collapsed on top of his room. Exhausted and overwhelmed. He hurried to take a bath, feeling grotesque and unpleasant.
He had a blank look as the warm water drenched him.

He soon fell asleep afterwards. He relished the relief that the loss of consciousness brought him, he wanted to stay like this forever.

In the middle of the night he woke up. The world blurred as his sight came into focus. As soon as he concentrated again, the memories of the day stuck to him as well. He growled in mortification.

It wasn't until seconds later that he saw that the one who had woken him up was Frigga, his mother.
She was caressing her hair delicately, as if trying to comfort him. Loki, still stunned, did not understand anything.

"Forgive me, son. I should have listened to you" Frigga hugged him immediately after that.
It took the god a few seconds to understand her words, but as soon as she did, she hugged him back eagerly. Helplessly, he sobbed into her arms.

In short, that would be a trauma that would torment him for several millennia.

At some time, he went back to sleep.
When he woke up, his mom was gone but his magic had returned.
He wouldn't have been out all day if it wasn't for Thor coming to see him. To his surprise, neither he nor Odin remembered what happened the day before.

Frigga winked at him and Loki thanked her with a sheepish smile.
