The view from hell is blue sky

Summary:

In an alternate universe of the QSMP, Cellbit, a cold-blooded vampire exiled by his own family, arrives at Isla Quesadilla with a goal to escape and seek revenge. However, his plans take an unexpected turn when he meets Roier, a friendly and energetic human. Roier feels an irresistible attraction to Cellbit, despite his grandfather's warnings. Oblivious to the danger, Roier's desire is to help Cellbit integrate into the island's community. As their paths intertwine, a story of obsession, protection, and forbidden connections begins to unfold on Isla Quesadilla.

Notes:

This is my first fanfiction and honestly I have no idea of what I’m doing, please be patient. I just wanted to fulfill Cellbit’s dream of being a gothic emo vampire and my need for more deranged Guapoduo dynamics. Enjoy, I guess…

The title is inspired by “Keep your eyes peeled” a song by Queens of the Stone Age.

Chapter 1: Shadows of Exile

Summary:

Unusually handsome, manipulative, and with a magnetic personality, Cellbit has shown no compassion for humans, often feeding on their blood carelessly and violently. As a result, his family decided to exile him, fearing that he would attract too much attention from his enemies, the vampire hunters.

Chapter Text

Cellbit steps off the creaking wooden boat onto the shores of Isla Quesadilla. The fading rays of the sun cast an orange glow over the picturesque island, contrasting with the darkness that resides within his heart. Determination burns in his eyes as he surveys his new surroundings, his mind set on a single goal: escape and seek revenge.

As Cellbit ventured further into the island's lush vegetation, he felt the tropical breeze whispering through the palm trees, a stark contrast to the chilling air of his previous existence. The place seemed like an oasis of serenity, a place where he could disappear and plan his revenge against those who had wronged him.

But survival came first. Although he never felt the necessity for restraint, Cellbit had learned to control his insatiable bloodlust over the years, honing his ability to feed on animals as a substitute for human blood. Though it would never truly satisfy the craving deep within him, it allowed him to keep his urges at bay. He couldn't afford to attract attention or risk being discovered.

He found a secluded spot, a small clearing surrounded by dense foliage. The moon began its ascent, casting an ethereal glow over the island. Cellbit's senses heightened as his vampire instincts kicked in, guiding him to a nearby cow grazing peacefully. Silently, he stalked his prey, his movements graceful and predatory.

In a swift motion, Cellbit lunged, sinking his fangs into the cow's neck. He drank its life force, the warm blood sliding down his throat, momentarily appeasing the hunger that gnawed at his core. The primal satisfaction mingled with a sense of guilt, a constant reminder of the monster he had become.

Once sated, Cellbit retreated to the outskirts of the clearing, watching as the cow's lifeless body lay on the ground. The weight of his actions settled upon him, the conflicting emotions tearing at his already fractured soul. He had once been human, once felt compassion and warmth, but those qualities had been overshadowed by the curse that transformed him into a powerful creature of the night.

As Cellbit wiped the remnants of blood from his lips, he contemplated the nature of his existence. Could he find redemption or escape the darkness that consumed him? The answers eluded him, buried beneath layers of anger, grief, and a thirst for retribution.

The sound of waves crashing against the shore brought Cellbit back to the present. Isla Quesadilla held the promise of a fresh start, a chance to forge a new identity beyond the blood-soaked legacy of his past. But as he looked out at the tranquil sea, he couldn't help but wonder if the island held more than just an escape. Could it offer him something he had long believed was lost—a connection, perhaps even love?

Cellbit pushed aside the thought, burying it deep within him. Love was a luxury he couldn't afford, not in his world of shadows and vengeance. Survival and revenge were his only companions now.

With a determined stride, Cellbit ventured further into Isla Quesadilla, his mind set on survival and the pursuit of his dark agenda. The island's mysteries and his own internal conflicts awaited him, their resolution uncertain in the face of his relentless quest for revenge.
